This hotel has a luxurious, Western-resort feel. It's a 'stay-and-dine' package, but not a buffet, with a focus on Western-style cuisine. The rooms are newly renovated and spotless. There's nothing around the hotel, but they offer free shuttle service to and from the train station. However, if you're not driving, it's difficult to get to nearby attractions.

First-class service, making you feel at home everywhere. From 19:00 to 22:00, in the comfortable environment on the second floor, you can enjoy snacks, drinks and cocktails. The breakfast is quite exquisite, and the tableware and furnishings are very exquisite. There are Western and Japanese options. People can't help but be in France, looking out the window elegantly and enjoying delicious meals

This is my second visit, and I'm still satisfied.
Except for the convenience store being very far away and the dinner reservations being fully booked...
I had a quick dinner beforehand, so there were no issues. There was beer in the vending machine, though.
I think it's a great choice for a theme park visit. I highly recommend it.

We stayed with a total of 4 people with 3 adult friends and 1 4 year old child. The pool was available until 18:00 on the same day and 10:00 the next day 〜 14:00 at an additional fee, and there was a jet relaxing corner in the indoor heated pool and it was quite refreshing.
The hot springs after that were free and fun.

There is a shuttle bus at Kashikojima Station. Find the driver of the hotel bus. The suite will immediately notify the Toyota car to pick you up. It takes three to five minutes by car. After arriving at the hotel, you can enjoy the 5-star service. All rooms face the sea and the sun is shining. The facilities are high-end and complete with 100 square meters. The small refrigerator is all free, and there are Mikimoto skin care products. The lounge has a terrace with an excellent view, and the food and drinks prepared are also exquisite. The service here is perfect. I checked in on my birthday. When checking in, I was asked to choose whether the check-in was on my birthday anniversary. I didn't want to bother others to choose sightseeing. As a result, the staff of the French restaurant on the 5th floor sent greeting cards and beautiful desserts. The chef came to bless me kindly, gentle and decent. Please experience the hotel's cruise ship. 3,600 yen per person is very worthwhile. It takes 45 minutes to visit Ago Bay. The memorial hall of the G7 meeting is a few minutes away from the building next door, and the car can be sent there at any time. In addition to good facilities, this hotel can host high-level meetings. More importantly, there is a perfect service team here. Everything is great. Staying for one night is unsatisfactory. 11 is the commemoration of Yamazaki Toyoko's stay in ”White Tower” that I like. I recommend the French restaurant on the 5th floor, which has a better view and the dishes taste great. I had breakfast at the Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor, but the view was a little worse and the taste was a little salty.

This hotel is a lifesaver after a long day, located just 200 meters from the Universal ticket gate, visible right as you step out. The facilities are very comfortable. My only complaint is that the AC vent blows directly onto the bed, and even on the lowest fan speed, it's strong and can't be adjusted, which gave me a bit of a headache after two nights. Downstairs, there are restaurants, a Starbucks, and a well-stocked supermarket. The hotel also gives out sparkly Sesame Street sling bags as gifts. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in recently, this one had the most polite front desk staff. There's also an ice machine downstairs.

I really love this hotel; it feels like an old gem that's still got it. Despite being an older property, it's incredibly well-maintained. All the facilities, like charging cables, are super convenient to use. The room is spacious and comfortable for sleeping, with plenty of space to open up luggage. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Take the elevator down to the second floor, walk out the door, and there's a direct passage to the Muji store in Kintetsu. If you buy a lot at Kintetsu, you can easily take your purchases straight up to your room. The basement level leads directly to the subway station. Downstairs, there's a Seijo Ishii supermarket and a dessert floor, making it easy to grab a cake and bring it up to your room. For breakfast, right outside the basement level, there's an onigiri shop and a bakery that opens early, offering great bread and good coffee. There's also a FamilyMart and a drug store. On the third floor of the nearby Kintetsu building, there's another large drug store. Across from the hotel is Mio, and a second-floor walkway connects to a pedestrian bridge leading to other shopping malls. You can practically explore everything without even leaving the hotel! They even have Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk to help with any issues. This hotel is truly excellent!

I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's very friendly towards Chinese guests, offering a kettle, disposable towels, and toothbrushes. There's also a water dispenser in the hallway where you can get hot or cold purified water. The room overall was excellent, clean, and comfortable. The duvet was very soft, and the pillows were good for sleeping. The bathtub was quite spacious for a soak, and the shower had a thermostatic control, which I really appreciated. 👍 The staff were kind, approachable, and very polite. Check-in is on the second floor, and you can enjoy complimentary drinks in the lobby there. The atmosphere is also great, and the coffee is particularly delicious.

The location is super convenient, literally just opposite Kyoto Station! The reservation team was also very helpful and responsive.
I was traveling with my toddler, and since the hotel couldn’t provide a baby cot due to space constraints, I requested to have all the beds pushed together instead. They got back to me within a day of my booking and confirmed my request.
A special shout-out to the front desk lady (Ms. 井, sorry I can only remember this character of your name!) at the cloak counter. She was super helpful and patient in assisting me when I messed up my luggage delivery booking. She even helped me coordinate with the delivery company to amend the booking. Really appreciate her help and patience!
Overall, a great experience with a convenient location and helpful staff. 😊

Miyako City Kintetsu Hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a lovely stay at Miyako City Kintetsu Hotel! The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to get around. There’s even a Uniqlo right in front of the hotel, which is great for some shopping.

The staff are super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The room is surprisingly spacious, including the toilet, which is a huge plus compared to many other hotels in Japan. Everything was super clean and well maintained.

Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service and a fantastic location. Would definitely come back again on my next visit!
