The hotel lobby is quite beautiful, and the rooftop pool is a huge plus, especially at night. The hotel itself feels a bit like a budget hotel, with small but very clean rooms. I stayed for three days, and housekeeping wasn't included, but I'd leave trash and dirty towels by the door each day, and fresh ones would appear there at night. FYI, if you run out of toothpaste, you can ask for more at the front desk. There are also laundry rooms on every other floor. The price is very reasonable too, though it's a bit far from Kokusai Dori, so you'll need to take a taxi or the subway. It's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station. This place seems quite popular, with most guests being from Taiwan and Hong Kong.

The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s a 4-minute walk from the monorail station. 
The room was on the 8th floor, with a view of the surrounding area.
The room itself could be extended, with an additional door leading to the neighbouring room.
Towels are changed every day, and bottled water is provided daily as well.
Breakfasts are just right.
The only drawback is the position of the toilet – it’s too close to the wall, and your thigh ends up pressing against the toilet roll.

It's just a weird stay. Overall good, but the service especially is inconsistent - the younger staff had the worst Gen Z stare I've ever come across (coming from a Gen Z myself), just stared blankly at customers with no greetings, and overall seemed very confused on what they needed to do. I think they needed some training. The older staff on the other hand are quite nice and efficient.

Also confused on the amenities provided - stayed for 4 nights; the first 2 nights had no water in room so I just bought from the hotel's own vending machine - but on the 3rd night they started providing bottled water in room. This goes back to the untrained front desk staff - they gave no explanation on what's provided and what's not.

This overall limbo and confusion lasts until check out - when I handed the room key back they just stood like O_O. Nothing said - not ”ok, check out done” or even ”finish”. I had to be the one to ask - so is that all? No other charges?

Please please train your front desk.

I love that the staff are welcoming and helpful. Good amenities like a laundry room and microwave was helpful traveling with a kid.

Also decent breakfast for families. I equally love the fact I could have storage of luggage at the hotel after my check out time. 

Location is great closeness to the monorail and bus stops makes movement easier.

Overall we had a great time and will come back again.

I completely love this hotel and definitely would stay there again. The location is very convenient - three stops at the tram 2 or 6 from the station, really good for evening walk to the Dome. We also had a tram to Miyajima at the morning, leaving out luggage at the hotel, - the stop is right near the hotel, - and returned by tram as well. It was super-comfortable without dealing with additional movements to the station and lockers. Family Mart is nearby. The room is not so big, but it’s nice, comfortable, and we had  a good view to the streets of Hiroshima. Complementary breakfast was also fine - tasty bread and really good coffee. We’ve enjoyed our stay.
In comparison with the Nest hotel near the station I would definitely recommend this one. It’s much cleaner, quite reasonable, and more pleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Hiroshima Station's South Exit. The room was on the smaller side, which I expected. Downstairs, they offer breakfast from 7-10 AM, with a good selection of breads, small pastries, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. If you don't have super high expectations, it's pretty decent. There are also quite a few good izakayas nearby, but unfortunately, they allow smoking, so we couldn't go in with kids. However, there's a nice yakiniku place close by that was a good alternative.

The Nest Hotel is an excellent choice for your first stay in Tokyo. The location is beautiful, situated right next to the Imperial Palace. Everything you might need is close by, including several convenience stores and a nearby metro line just a few steps away.

The rooms are compact, which is typical for Tokyo, yet still spacious enough to feel comfortable. Breakfast is available and complimentary, which is a great added benefit.

The staff is always present, friendly, and ready to assist with anything you may need. I would definitely book this hotel again.

A hotel I was quite satisfied with during this business trip:
1. There's a coffee machine at the front desk, so you can enjoy free coffee anytime.
2. Breakfast was quite standard, just some bread laid out in the area shown in picture one.
3. There's a workspace at the front desk where you can work and charge your devices.
4. I arrived quite early, and after a brief discussion, I was able to check in ahead of schedule.
