Beautiful hotel, but super small room. I wasn’t expecting the room to be that small after payig so much money. I booked the hotel for 4 nights but had to cancel the other 3 nights because it was very small and couldn’t even open my luggage well, there was just no space. 

The room was just ok, just a standard room.

Although our family room was not that big, I like this hotel for superb location, free parking, cheap and good breakfast

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful scenery outside. The hotel is very clean. The room is large. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. It was a very satisfactory experience. I look forward to staying here again next time.

This is a very clean and safe hotel with a good breakfast. There is a Wild Fig Restaurant just a stone's throw away where you can dine (but it seems to be closed on Sunday night).

It only takes about 15 minutes by taxi from the hotel to the airport and the city center.

The hotel was out of this world.The staff were friendly and extremely helpful .The hotel’s cleanliness was breathtaking .My room was nice and spacious The hotel bar has an outside are where you can chill and have a cocktail .The hotel also has a restaurant,you don’t have to order in or go out to eat because the food was very good .I cannot  wait to be back and experience the pool area

The staff was friendly and helpful, willing to adjust and help. Allow us to check in early upon arrival because there is availability. Overall was excellent hotel, services and hospitality.

Just one comment, the floor is quite dirty, you are recommended to wear slippers but hotel slippers are not provided. Other cleaning facilities and services are available the basic.

The service is impeccable from the security gate to your suite. Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. A very comfortable room. The room lacked cutlery and crockery. There was an AC in each part of the room but basic TV channels. The room also had a comfortable bed and great Eartherapy toiletries. A great stay overall. 

The place is really an amazing  place. well caring staff members with a welcoming smile.l really  felt at home beyond the boarders. The food was really amazing, especially in the morning.The environment  is really  accessible to a mall, which is a walkable distance.Protea team welldone #Protea hotel  Cairo road.

Facilities: Airport hotel, the room is small, like a dormitory. It is a place to sleep. No slippers, no toothpaste toothbrush. The bed is small. The air conditioner is not hot. Breakfast is very small.

Hygiene: There are bugs.

Environment: There is nothing outside, it is close to the airport, and you can walk to the airport.

Service: When you sit down and order food, suddenly trip. Ask the waiter for a box of matches and charge 50 grams of watcha.

Very good business experience journey, African hotels are good, have the opportunity to continue to stay again, the hotel overall clean service quality is a four-star 

Breakfast was average and environment was ok. There is a 24-hour convenience store near the gas station next to it. It is too difficult to find a convenience store in Lusaka. In a business district, you can go to the supermarket to buy something during the day.

Excellent location. In and around the hotel, there are a lot of delicious restaurants. The highway is easily accessible. The bedroom was nice and tidy. Would return to stay there.

Hotel room spacious and well furnished, hotel in a very good location for business in Pretoria and for transport to and from international airport.  breakfast very good and staff friendly.
Would recommend for business or leisure travel, price is very good for quality of hotel, comfort and stay.
