Renaissance Yu Garden: Just 160 meters from Yu Garden Station on lines 10/14. I recommend exiting from Exit 1 or 3A; it's just a short walk to the hotel, no detours needed.

Executive Lounge Perks: Quiet, comfortable, with views of Yu Garden. The night view is stunning.

Front desk staff member Nicole deserves a big shout-out! Her service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful; she really went above and beyond to help guests and solve problems. On the other hand, Ares Chen at the lobby bar was a complete disappointment. His communication was stiff, and his attitude was cold and unhelpful, showing no consideration for guest needs whatsoever. This kind of service really drags down the hotel's overall experience. The hotel itself has an excellent location and great views. While it's an older property, the facilities are well-maintained.

My child's high school entrance exam was held at Jincai Middle School, so we chose the Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel for convenience. Our 2-night stay was excellent! The hotel facilities are relatively new, clean, and refreshing. Most importantly, the soundproofing was great, allowing my child to rest comfortably. A special thanks to Michael for his thoughtful service over these two days! 👍

Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by its spacious and grand design. The overall service was, of course, outstanding. The thoughtfully designed atrium garden was beautiful and truly uplifting. Michael, the front desk manager, meticulously coordinated everything from transportation to dining, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. On checkout day, it was raining and a peak time for car services, and my destination was very close, so no drivers were accepting the ride. Thankfully, Michael promptly helped arrange a car for me – a big thumbs up! Lynda at the lounge was also incredibly attentive and warm throughout, providing a truly excellent and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. Special thanks to the navigation team, the doorman an the breakfast staff for their attentive service, and the pool staff who were incredibly friendly and kind to our family. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

The facilities are complete, comfortable, spacious, and bright, feeling quite new! The hygiene is excellent, and toiletries are fully stocked. The environment is quiet and pleasant, a true oasis in Shanghai. It's close to the subway station and InCity shopping mall, making shopping and dining very convenient! The service quality is top-notch; my room was upgraded, and I even received complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast is abundant and high-class. There's a gym and an indoor swimming pool; even if only one person is swimming, there are two lifeguards and one attendant on duty. The water quality is clear and good! A truly amazing experience!

The room was quite small, but clean. There wasn't much in terms of service, and overall, the value for money was pretty poor. Flushing isn't that big anyway, so staying in different areas probably doesn't make a huge difference. Besides being clean, there really aren't any other positives. The internet was also very bad.

The air conditioner is very loud and sometimes there is a strange smell, like the smell of ventilation. Be patient. There are three elevators, and one seems to be wobbling. It should be checked. The staff at the hotel counter are unprofessional. You have to ask at different times to get results. I hope the staff training can be improved.

It was absolutely brilliant at Renaissance New York Chelsea from the beginning to the end of our stay.

The reception staff arranged a room with amazing view per our request and explained well for everything the hotel could offer.

Room is morden, chic, spacious with great amenities and friendly housekeeping staff.

Breakfast was buffet style which was better than we expected and the hotel provides bottled water at the lobby throughout the day. 

We would highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is ideal. Two elevators provide access to the room. However, the room lacks basic, inexpensive amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, and a hairdryer. These are available upon request, but are extremely inconvenient if you're staying for just one night and don't have time to wait.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a five-minute walk from Penn station, making it easy to catch the train and also convenient to take the LIRR or subway from JFK. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable, but the room was rather small. Our midtown view room faced 34th Street, and the main problem was the terrible soundproofing. We could hear everything clearly, from the doors of rooms opposite to police cars passing by downstairs. Light sleepers should ask the front desk for a quiet room.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to the National Art Museum subway station (Line 8). Lao She's Former Residence and Wangfujing are both within a ten-minute walk. We even walked to the Forbidden City – it was quicker than taking a taxi or the subway! Even though it was hot, the breeze made it much more bearable than I expected.

The staff were all very friendly, the cleanliness was good, and the facilities were decent, though the mattress was a bit too high. The pool isn't huge, but it's sufficient. Breakfast was just okay. My only real complaint was the mini wontons at breakfast. Other hotels cook them fresh, but here they seemed to be pre-cooked and then reheated, which made them a bit mushy.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd probably stay here again.

I specifically came for Jolin Tsai's concert on Saturday, and my one-night stay at the Renaissance Beijing Capital on June 13th was absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming, with efficient and timely communication throughout. Any queries I had were met with quick responses and follow-ups, showing how much they value guest needs, providing meticulous and genuine service. The hotel's location is convenient, making travel to and from the concert hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, ensuring a very pleasant rest. From reception to subsequent interactions, the professionalism was evident, with polite and warm service full of thoughtful touches. Although it was just a brief one-night stay for the concert, I received service far beyond my expectations, offering both great value for money and an excellent experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town for a show, and I sincerely recommend it to any concert-goers!

Highly recommend the Renaissance Beijing Zhongguancun Dongsheng Hotel! It's the top choice for business travelers in the northern district, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations.

The location is superb, right inside the Dongsheng Science Park. Surrounded by tech companies, it's incredibly convenient for visiting clients and attending meetings. For those driving, the underground parking has ample spaces and even charging stations, making the commute stress-free. The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are pristine. The lobby's military tunnel and horse-themed design is very unique, and the floating large screen creates a fantastic atmosphere. The horse-hoof sound effect in the elevator is a thoughtful detail, perfect for photos.

The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the park's greenery. The lighting and curtains are fully smart-controlled. The bedding is soft yet supportive, with a variety of pillows available. The soundproofing is excellent, completely isolating any noise from the hallway or the park, ensuring a peaceful rest even if you're working late. The bathroom features a wet-dry separation, with premium-scented toiletries and stable water pressure and temperature. The cleaning is meticulous with no corners missed.

The 18th-floor executive lounge offers breathtaking views, overlooking Olympic Forest Park and the Olympic Tower. The evening happy hour offerings are top-notch, and coffee is unlimited. The 24-hour gym and heated pool are well-equipped, perfect for unwinding after work.

The entire staff provides professional and attentive service. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and housekeeping and concierge were responsive and quick to address any requests. Whether for a short business trip or a longer stay for work in the park, this Renaissance is worth repeat visits. I've already saved it – next time I'm in Zhongguancun, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!
