I've stayed at the Sheraton Binjiang Hotel multiple times.

**Pros:** The most significant advantage is that it offers the best value for money among five-star hotels. Plus, it's right next to Line 14, within walking distance. The service is incredibly warm and friendly. I've stayed many times, and the service quality has always been consistently excellent; it's never varied. I'm always satisfied with my stay. Sometimes, after a tiring journey, people can be irritable when speaking, but the hotel staff always manage to de-escalate the situation. Their communication skills are truly smart! They make you feel comfortable.

Furthermore, having experienced numerous five-star hotel pools across many cities, I can say that the Sheraton's pool water temperature is the most comfortable. I'm on the leaner side and tend to feel cold easily, so the Sheraton's pool temperature is very friendly for women and children alike. The indoor pool temperature is also excellent! You don't feel cold when you get out.

That's why I highly recommend the Sheraton. When the hotel isn't fully booked, they often proactively upgrade guests, which is a really thoughtful gesture that truly wins you over!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An experience that exceeded my expectations!

Location and Transportation
The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station/commercial area, making it easy to get around and shop.

Room Facilities
The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of good quality. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and other facilities worked perfectly, and the hot water was quick and consistent.

Service Quality
The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. Housekeeping responded promptly, and the cleaning staff were meticulous. Whenever an issue arose, the staff patiently resolved it, making guests feel well taken care of.

Dining Experience
The breakfast offered a rich variety, combining both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the food was delicious. The restaurant environment was bright and comfortable, and the servers were proactive and attentive.

Value for Money
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit this city and will recommend it to my friends!

The overall experience staying at Sheraton Shanghai Waigaoqiao Hotel was acceptable. 

Their room service is available 24 hours, and you can order food by calling their hotline anytime. However, please note that the menu prices are on the higher side. One simple main course can cost almost twice as much as ordering through ******* food delivery.
There are also 2–3 restaurants within the building itself if you do not mind the pricing. The hotel surroundings are mainly office buildings, so there are no nearby restaurants or shops within walking distance. However, the 基隆路 metro station is easily accessible with an 8–10 minute walk. For ******* food deliveries, all orders must be sent to the locker located outside the hotel lobby near the drop-off area. The hotel management does not allow food deliveries to be sent directly to the rooms, and they do not provide robots for delivery either, which means guests need to personally come down to collect their food. The same applies to parcels. Although the hotel has a counter to receive parcels (refer to picture 2) and store them temporarily, guests still need to collect them personally from the counter.

For a high-end hotel, this level of service was not what I expected.

The hotel also provides laundry services for an additional fee, charged per piece. Their laundry service team was efficient — they collected the clothes directly from the room and returned them in good condition, neatly hung in the wardrobe.

Room cleaning was done daily. I stayed for 4 nights, and they provided complimentary bottled water every day (around 4–6 bottles daily). This could give an extra point even though most of the hotel in China have the same standard. 

The hotel breakfast was average. Although there were many choices available, the taste could definitely be improved. I took some buns from the steaming area, but they were still cold and hard. The staff were standing nearby, but they did not provide any proactive service or assistance. 

Quite disappointed overall for a five-star hotel brand, and I hope the management team will take action to improve the issues mentioned above.

The Sheraton Shanghai Jiading offers a fantastic experience! The lobby is grand, and the river view provides a pleasant and quiet environment. The guest rooms are spacious with a well-designed layout, and the walk-in closet plus large bathtub are very practical. Smart controls add convenience, and the bedding is just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. 

Service was excellent throughout: the front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, proactively introducing the facilities; housekeeping was meticulous and promptly replenished supplies (though the restaurant selection was a bit limited). The heated pool on the 5th floor has clean water, and the gym is well-equipped. The location is convenient, close to the metro, and there are parks nearby, making it suitable for both business and leisure. Highly recommended!

This trip to Chongming, I stayed at the Sheraton Chongming, and it was a great experience! The hotel lobby is really large and spacious. Check-in was super quick, and the front desk service was excellent – Vivi was particularly helpful and friendly. Then it was off to my room with the key card.

The room's air conditioning was already set to a very comfortable warm temperature, and the lighting was just right. I walked around the room, and it felt very spacious. The shower and toilet were separated from the wet area, and while close to the bed, there was a sliding door for privacy, which was both convenient and effective. Besides the shower, there was also a large bathtub, which was a nice bonus.

The vanity was also quite large with a big mirror. Although the lighting couldn't be adjusted to be super bright, the large mirror made it easy to see clearly when putting on makeup. 

By the bed, there were reading lights and a desk lamp, along with power outlets and USB ports conveniently close, so reading or using my phone was no problem. There was even a row of outlets right next to the desk chair, making it very easy to plug in a laptop or phone, even with a short cable.

Overall, it was a very good stay. While there aren't many amenities nearby, having a car made it very convenient. Plus, the hotel itself is very expansive with lots of greenery. Walking around the hotel grounds, the air quality was absolutely fantastic.

The hotel was quite good! They upgraded us to an executive room, which my child found very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast the next morning was also excellent. After eating, my child played at the hotel for a long time. We also got a late check-out. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The location is fantastic, with Lujiazui's bustling attractions right at your fingertips. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it feel just like home. The service is meticulous, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The pool and gym are top-notch, perfect for both business and leisure. Whether you're staying long-term or just for a short break, it's an excellent choice – highly recommended!

1st off the entrance way to the hotel look shabby and poor and like an old industerial state
2nd on arrival the hotel yard is nice but despite several valle looking guy who  help you with you rluggage and opening doors and greetin, none of them are used to a valle your car to the basement parking, which is a shame for a 5 star hotel. Managemnet need to set up a free valle and kick ass

The service was fantastic! I arrived at the hotel at 6 AM, and the staff member kindly let me check in after a short wait. So thoughtful! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with hot soup and an omelet. There's a kettle in the room, which is great for making hot drinks! Excellent! The hotel's Turkish bath was also wonderful. A truly great experience. Plus, there's a convenient shuttle bus from the hotel to Taksim Square.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The amenities were good, and everything we needed was available.

I've stayed at this hotel three times already and will continue to do so (whenever I have a layover and need to spend the night in Istanbul between flights). The hotel is quite far from the main attractions (city center), but the metro line is convenient (direct to Taksim, and you can also get to the area near the Grand Bazaar, from where a tram will take you right into the heart of everything). The metro entrance is right nearby, less than a minute's walk. The bed is comfortable, all necessary amenities are available, and the breakfasts are plentiful with something for everyone. In September '25, guests were offered loofahs and toothbrushes, but these were no longer available in February '26. It's a shame, the loofahs were excellent. Upon check-in, they ask for a deposit: either a €100 hold on your card or cash. If you pay the deposit in euros or dollars in cash, they will return it upon check-out, but only in Turkish Lira.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the city center shopping district, making getting around incredibly convenient. The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby recommendations. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients – even the coffee was delicious. I especially want to commend the room service; they were prompt and polite. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful family stay at Sheraton Hotels and Resorts in Dubai. Our terrace room had unbeatable views, and the staff were outstanding. A huge thank you to Blessy—she was incredibly attentive to our 2-year-old at the breakfast buffet, which took the pressure off me and my wife when he was a handful. Exceptional service that made our trip so much easier and truly memorable. Highly recommend for families the only downside is the traffic leading into JBR. There’s always traffic but what made it easier during busy times we got dropped off to Bluewater which is across the bridge from the JBR strip. Then we walk back to the hotel which took under 10min and is an amazing walk, but saves you 30min stuck in traffic.

The Sheraton boasts an excellent location, situated right above the Mall of the Emirates. You can access it directly from the metro via an underground passage. The twin beds were a little on the small side. Interestingly, there's no hairdryer outlet in the bathroom here in the UAE. The view from the window wasn't anything special. The breakfast was good, but after two days, it starts to get a bit repetitive. From outside, you can catch glimpses of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa.

Excellent location, decent breakfasts, and good service. I deducted a star for the renovations and the long waits for the elevator. Don't bother with a sea view, as it's completely blocked by towers. A view of Dubai Marina is better, cheaper, and comes with a balcony. We had to switch rooms, and big thanks to the staff for accommodating us. A Russian-speaking girl helped us out.

We booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.

The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.

Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!
