The room was quite spacious by Japanese standards. The location is very convenient; you just walk straight to the end after landing at T2, and there's the hotel. Breakfast was also good. There are vending machines that accept WeChat Pay and Alipay, which is handy if your flight arrives late. You can self-check-in and check-out using your passport, with Chinese language options available. The machine even checks the fire escape routes, which shows great attention to detail.

If you're visiting the Ghibli Museum, Kichijoji is the best place to stay, and the Tokyu REI Hotel is the top choice in Kichijoji. The surrounding area is incredibly lively, with the 0101 Building just a few steps away offering delightful surprises. It's super close to the station and easy to find. The rooms are standard and they offer unlimited, good quality toiletries. The hotel breakfast is excellent, and the front desk service was fantastic, provided by friendly and enthusiastic staff from Taiwan.

This hotel is a hidden gem with a panoramic view of Shibuya Crossing! It's super convenient, right above the subway station, so you can eat, drink, shop, and have fun all in one place. While it's a bit pricey, that's expected for such a prime location in Shibuya. The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open a 28-inch suitcase. Plus, there are tons of great places to eat and shop nearby, making it a perfect spot to extend your stay for a couple more days.

The location of the Shibuya Stream Hotel is fantastic - connected very easily to the Shibuya train station and in proximity to the scramble square. My recommendation would be to book a room with a bathtub -- it sounds crazy, but they have some of the deepest tubs I've ever seen! I'm 6'5” (195cm) and find most conventional tubs are too small or short, but I was able to get a good soak going.
The rooms and common areas were clean, and the staff are very accommodating, allowing you to leave your bags checked if you will be returning at a later date (I made a trip to Mount Fuji and left my luggage at Stream during that time).
I would certainly stay here again, although I have stayed in other nearby hotels which have smaller rooms and cost around half the price which I would also consider.

Everything is within short walking distance in Shibuya. 10 seconds from Shibuya metro exit B2. Location unbeatable. Small room and small bathroom with tub. Aged but clean. Wifi good. No noise. Great for train spotting from window.

This hotel is excellent! The location is superb, the rooms are spotless, and the surrounding area has a fantastic vibe with plenty of shopping and attractions. Although they initially gave me a small room when I booked a medium one, they apologized and switched my room the next morning, even compensating me with a meal. While the hotel itself is small, there are tons of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of cuisines. I'd definitely want to stay here again!

Such an amazing stay for 8 nights here with my family . Completely felt at home with the plentiful amenities which included daily hand wipes for using while out. Room was impeccably clean, superior customer service, beds were incredibly comfortable with high quality bedding, and the list goes on. Also a great location, in Shibuya, but not directly in the busy section. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family or stay here again. Honestly the BEST hotel I've stayed in Japan!!!

The hotel lobby is on the 30th floor of the building. The hotel itself only occupies two floors with over a hundred rooms. On the 29th floor, there's a public bath, an ice machine, a washing machine, and a microwave.

**Amenities:** Standard intelligent toilet. The room windows don't open. The TV has an HDMI port.

**Cleanliness:** Daily housekeeping is provided. If you don't want your room cleaned, just hang the 'do not disturb' sign on your door, and the staff will leave fresh towels in a bag hanging on your doorknob.

**Environment:** There's a mall and supermarket downstairs, and Takashimaya is right next door.

**Service:** Luggage storage is available, and wheelchairs can be borrowed. Self check-in is an option. The parking lot charges a fee.

I personally feel that the Capitol Hotel Tokyu offers the best value for money among Tokyo's luxury hotels. Safety is, of course, a given, located in the very heart of the government district. Getting around is incredibly convenient, with direct access to Tameike-sanno Station. This station is rarely crowded, making commuting easy and stress-free. For shopping, you can take the Ginza Line directly to Mitsukoshimae Station, home to the Mitsukoshi Nihombashi main store, where tax refunds are quick due to fewer crowds. A taxi to Shinjuku Isetan costs around 2500 JPY. There's also a convenience store in the underground passage directly connected to the subway, though please note it's not open 24 hours.

I highly recommend the Japanese breakfast, which is served by the Japanese restaurant Suiren. The quality is exceptional and very satisfying, but you need to order before 10:00 AM.

Overall, whether you're in Japan for business, shopping, or suburban sightseeing, this hotel is extremely convenient, and the dining quality is excellent. You can even book a table directly at the restaurant to entertain clients or friends.

The room was great, big enough for two suitcases to open comfortably. We had a view of the Ferris wheel from our window, which made for a beautiful night scene. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. The airport shuttle stop is conveniently located just across the street at the intersection (marked in picture 3), making it easy for those with large luggage – it takes about the same amount of time as taking the JR. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. Our day tours also met in the lobby. Overall, it's very convenient for getting around, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

Stayed in a room with a Ferris wheel view [laughing emoji]. Everyone visiting Sapporo should stay at this hotel directly above Susukino Station! The only minor inconvenience is that the lobby is on the 7th floor of the shopping mall, but otherwise, it's perfect [grinning emoji]. There are two Don Quijote stores nearby, and all major shopping malls are within a 15-minute walk. Tanukikoji shopping street is a guaranteed 5-minute walk (even with waiting for traffic lights). Plus, there are plenty of 24-hour restaurants around the hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, and there was a slight variation in the breakfast options over the two days. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of space to open multiple suitcases. The view was great, you could even see the Ferris wheel. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station.

We chose this hotel for our trip to Universal Studios, and it's conveniently located not far from the park entrance, making coming and going very easy. There are plenty of dining options nearby, as well as Universal Studios merchandise stores. The day we arrived happened to be a Japanese holiday, so it was incredibly crowded. Check-in started at 3 PM, and we had to wait in line for a long time. The hotel is quite large and even has a Family Mart convenience store inside, which was great since we didn't book breakfast. We booked a city view room, but the front desk gave us a room on the 4th floor, so there was basically no view outside the window. For Japan, the room was quite spacious. Overall, it was convenient for accessing Universal Studios.

Facilities: The room was quite spacious for Japan, with a minimalist design, yet fully equipped. It had a large bathtub, and on the 12th floor, there was a microwave, washing machine, and gym.

Cleanliness: Extremely clean, no strange odors whatsoever.

Environment: Located right outside Exit 13 of Honmachi Station, very close to Shinsaibashi, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It's very convenient. I saw some reviews mentioning noisy street racers downstairs, but we didn't encounter any during our stay; in fact, we found it very quiet.

Service: Excellent! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and always greeted us when we came and went. When the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, they personally came to our room to help us set it up.

Breakfast: Although the variety wasn't extensive, everything was exquisite and tasted delicious. We ate it for four days without getting tired of it – it was our daily source of fruit! The panoramic night view of Osaka from the 16th-floor lobby is stunning.

Overall: A business hotel in the Umeda area with good value for money.

Location: It's a 3-minute walk from Exit M10 at the end of Whity East Mall. This makes it very convenient for those needing to take the Hankyu, Hanshin, or JR lines to Kyoto and Kobe during their stay in Osaka, potentially saving on subway fares.

Surrounding Environment: Located in Doyama-cho, and near the Hankyu Higashidori Shopping Street, the overall atmosphere is lively and bustling, but there are no safety concerns.

Hotel Facilities: A bit dated, but housekeeping is fine. Since it's a building from '78, it doesn't have vending machines on every floor.

Regarding the Room: The bathtub is small. My requests for a high floor and a south-facing room when booking were not met. Even though I checked in at 4 PM, when there should have been plenty of rooms available, I ended up on the 6th floor in a courtyard-facing room. It had poor lighting, and drawing the curtains immediately exposed privacy. The only upside was that it was very quiet at night for sleeping.
