The hotel amenities are truly considerate. They have a dedicated 24-hour self-service laundry room that's easy to use, so you can wash and dry your clothes without needing to hang them – perfect for long trips. The gym isn't huge, but it has all the equipment you need, with no old or broken machines, and the floor is clean and odor-free. This combination of convenience for daily living and fitness needs significantly enhanced my overall stay. I highly recommend it for business travelers and those on extended trips. I must give a huge shout-out to the hotel's facilities! The laundry machines run quietly and are very clean, so there's no need for expensive dry cleaning. The gym offers a wide variety of equipment, more than enough for a good workout, and it's rarely crowded in the mornings or evenings, so no waiting. The facilities are meticulously maintained, and the attention to detail is superb, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. Definitely worth a five-star rating.

Traveling from Guilin to Xiamen by bullet train was super convenient. I just exited Xiamen Station's South Square and the hotel was right there – no navigation needed, it was incredibly easy to find! Great location.

Spent two days exploring. Took the 'sea subway' (metro) which was a cool experience, and the Ten-Mile Embankment was beautiful and definitely worth visiting, even with a bit of light rain. Enjoyed some snacks at Jimei University Town.

Visited Gulangyu Island, taking a 17-minute taxi ride to the ferry terminal. Walked all over the island, soaking in the beautiful scenery. 

Also went to Zhongshan Road and Shapowei; they weren't crowded at all, which was nice. 

And visited Nanputuo Temple.

Overall, I had a fantastic trip. The hotel service was excellent, great value for money, and it's a new property. It was very convenient for getting to all the nearby attractions. As a 4-star hotel, it's definitely worth staying at.

The room facilities are very comprehensive. All the lighting and air conditioning in the room are easy to control. The private bathroom facilities are in good condition, with 24-hour hot water. The room is equipped with a large-screen TV, high-speed WiFi, a mini-fridge, and multi-port charging sockets. There are also blackout curtains by the window, a vanity table, and a clothes rack. All the appliances run smoothly without any issues. The public facilities are clean and tidy, the elevator is quiet and stable, and the overall equipment is new and complete, meeting all my travel accommodation needs. I'm completely satisfied with the experience.

Our company booked this hotel for a meeting. First off, it's really convenient – only a ten-minute walk to the subway station, and there's a small commercial area right across the street with plenty of dining options. The lobby feels grand and bright. The meeting room on the first floor is spacious, easily accommodating 70 people, and the LED projection system works flawlessly. The room itself is clean, with a comfortable decor, and the environment is great for working. The laundry room is well-designed with separate wet and dry areas, and independent washer and dryer units. The price is also excellent value for money, making it perfect for business trips. Oh, and there are some fitness facilities on the first floor, though I didn't have time to try them out due to the meetings. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Both the hardware and software are excellent. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming without being intrusive, providing comprehensive and attentive service. The cleanliness is also good, and the airport pickup driver was great. From check-in to check-out, and even helping with Gulan Isle ferry tickets, everything was superb. The breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and well-maintained with a good separation between the wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The overall environment was pleasant, and both the front desk staff and housekeeping service were excellent. We originally booked for two nights, but my family was so happy that we extended our stay for another night, and they even offered complimentary breakfast! While the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, near an auto parts market, the price was very reasonable, and it was still convenient to drive to Kashgar Old City.

We arrived in Kashgar quite late, and hotels around the train station were all a bit pricey. I stumbled upon this place while browsing online and saw that the price was really good. I originally just planned to make do for one night. But to my surprise, I was absolutely thrilled when I got there! The hotel lobby was incredibly luxurious and grand, and the ambiance was just fantastic. The front desk attendant, Miss Xiaolai, was super professional and polite. She even went out of her way to tell us about the nearby night market, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was meticulously clean and tidy, and also spacious and airy, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast the next morning had a wide variety of options and tasted delicious – I ate until I was full. I genuinely highly recommend this hotel; it offers fantastic value for money and is definitely my top choice for a stay in Kashgar!

The hotel lobby is large and there are flowers, equipped with intelligent robots. The front desk service was very good and gave us a free upgrade to the room type! The rooms are very clean and tidy, all intelligently controlled, the room attendants are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to send us a few more bottles of water, the restaurant is also very large, the breakfast is very fresh.

The hotel is strategically located and conveniently located close to the main attractions and business districts. As soon as we entered the lobby, the warm and professional service of the front desk staff left a deep impression on us and checked in quickly and efficiently.

The room was spacious and bright and cleaned spotlessly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making us sleep well all night. The bathroom facilities are modern and tidy, and the design of dry and wet separation is very intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, delicious taste, providing a full day of energy.

The most commendable thing is the meticulous service of the staff, always smiling and responsive. This stay experience far exceeded expectations, the price is very high, it is highly recommended to all passengers, I will definitely choose here again next time!

Really recommend this hotel in Nalati! The environment is superb, you can feel the grassland scenery when you go out, and the view is wide and pleasant. The room hygiene is particularly in place, the corners are very clean, the facilities are complete and brand new, and the living is particularly comfortable. Facilities: All the facilities in the room are complete, minibar, makeup mirror, all available, the twin beds are large and soft!
Hygienic: The bedding looks very clean and tidy, the floor, tabletop and cabinet of the room are cleaned very clean, the overall smell is not bad, giving people a very safe feeling.
Environment: The room is warm wood + light gray color matching, simple and generous, the overall space layout is reasonable, and the extra bed area is reserved next to it. It should be prepared for the peak tourist season and it is very comfortable to live.
Service: The reception and breakfast are very good, it can be seen that the service process is still very standardized.
