The front desk service is super good, and there are problems that will help solve them. It is especially warm. Just rush this point and you will stay back. Hotel location is OK, traffic is more convenient. The hotel has been renovated for some years but it is very clean, and then this year it is ready to be renovated and upgraded. The hotel also has a refrigerator that is very practical and can put some things for children to eat. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us move the trolley up the steps. It is more affordable to come to Hangzhou for business and play here. Will push if you give friends to stay, family, you can rush directly! ! !

A very convenient hotel for going out in the morning. The Narada brand is excellent. The staff are polite and courteous. Manager Yi is loving and family-like. Opposite is Huanglong Cave, with scenery everywhere. Complete facilities, swimming and fitness, suitable for business and leisure. It’s also very convenient to run to West Lake! And also go hiking! The most thoughtful thing is that there are power banks on every floor, which is very considerate! The buffet on the second floor is also delicious! The fruit roast duck is delicious for the elderly and children! I look forward to staying here again next time I come.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

It is worth recommending honest merchants. It is less than ten minutes' walk from the broken snow scenic spot on the West Lake. The room is small but very clean and tidy, with a separate bathroom, very cost-effective. The boss and I joked and named the Lakeside Youth Hostel. It’s more appropriate to use the Lakeside Inn. The boss smiled and said that relying on the shore of West Lake (the scenic spot on the north side of the West Lake and the remnant snow, etc.) is already a ten-year old shop, because changing the business license will be relatively troublesome. So I kept using the original inn name. The boss helped us arrange parking, and we will stay here next time we visit Hangzhou. I wish my boss a prosperous business!

Exceptionally good service provided by Xiao Peng (小彭) and Xiao Xu (小徐). [The People] Xiao Peng always engage us and made us feel at home. You can see that she is genuinely passionate about her job. She informed us of the complimentary afternoon tea (from 2pm) and complimentary noodles for supper (from 10pm). Xiao Xu helped us with our check in and was very efficient. He also gave us some souvenirs on our last day and asked about our experience in Hangzhou. [The Hotel] Extremely comfortable and clean room. Love the open concept (1 door for the shower & toilet area). Pyjamas was thoughtfully provided as well. The most surprising part is that they even provide make up remover, face cleanser, garment detergent. 👍🏻 Free flow bottled water placed in the lobby and the lift area on each floor. Most hotels charge you for extra water but they don't. The location is very near West Lake. Not too sure about the transportation accessibility as I took Didi (taxi) all the time. 10/10 will book LESTIE HOTEL again when I revisit hangzhou. Highly recommend if you are considering to book this hotel.

This is the most satisfying and favorite hotel I have stayed in so far this year!!! The suite is so comfortable, the layout is very good, the details are very attentive, the dry and wet areas are separated, the washbasin is very special, and the acca kappa full set of washbasins is used The variety of breakfast area can meet the basic needs of Chinese stomachs, and the environment is very comfortable Although the whole hotel is not big, it seems to have only 5 floors, the design of the front desk area is also very beautiful, and I have an urge to meet this designer. Good service and easy access to public transportation. Stayed for several days and brought some big luggages, good thing that they have elevators. Good location as well, there are cute cafes and restaurants nearby (as seen on the picture). Thank you🙏🏻
