1) no chair was provided in the room, very surprised & disappointed; 2) Out of 6 tv stations only 2 can hear voices; the rest 4 either no voices or partially damaged voices ; 3) room locker very basic, not providing additional safety lock with chain blocker for visitors safety. 4) Somehow the steel tap water and the water basin design is built very closed to the nearby mirrow. Every time I turn on the water tap made it have some collision with the mirror...why is this so?!? I am very worried it may broke the mirror one day...lol Hope Hotel Valenza can improve on the above issues.

The express room is decent for a short stay. Reasonable size rooms, clean with strong Internet. There is a water dispenser and ironing area in the corridor. Location is superb. About 100 meters from NU Sentral mall and KL Sentral monorel station. A lot of eateries around the hotel.

Service: The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Facilities: The hotel had excellent facilities, including spacious, well-appointed rooms, a relaxing pool area, and a well-equipped fitness center. Food: The food was delicious, with a diverse breakfast buffet and memorable dining experiences at the Colonial Café and Orchid Conservatory. Overall: A fantastic stay with top-notch service, luxurious facilities, and great food. Highly recommended!

This hotel is tucked in an area outside of the city but that’s where the charm is. It’s really new and the room is super spacious! Love the bathroom mirror and amenities. And the wardrobe with automatic lighting. Room is well-equipped with all amenities including bathroom supplies and the usual coffee and tea sachets. Air conditioning can be adjusted accordingly. Breakfast buffet spread was a great selection of Asian and western cuisine. The pool and gym are huge too. Overall a perfect stay!

I was not able to take a picture of the room we stayed in. The location was city centre and accessible to taxi and bus. The room and bath were clean. Liquid soap was provided but no shampoo and the wifi in our room on the 8th floor was weak. There was no cafe and restaurant in the hotel the staff said that due to the pandemic they closed it. There was a 24/7 convenience store near and walking distance restaurants. The staff were accommodating. Overall 8/10 rating.

It's okay to stay for the first time, the environment is very clean, there are no shopping malls near the location, and you can go to mid valley by taxi nearby. As for the hotel room, the bed is clean, comfortable and the space is large. There is very little dust, but there is less food to eat. Generally speaking, I will come back to this hotel again. Remember to take the card when parking.

Good clean room, with great view! There was a lot of people in the lobby when we came, but we only waited less than 10 minutes to check in because there was an efficient number system. I read a lot of reviews about the lift situation, but we actually went down quite a number of times just to go out and eat, or grab something from grab, & the lift process was quite smooth. All in all, a great stay.
