The room was clean with no strange odors, and the toiletries were of good quality. Sally at the front desk was super efficient during check-in and her service attitude was excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My stay this time was perfect, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

The room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed rest. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and all my fatigue melted away as soon as I lay down. The air conditioning cooled down the room very quickly, making it comfortable for everyday use. The in-room TV supports mobile screen mirroring, which was great for catching up on shows at my leisure. The room was fully equipped with a mini-fridge and a powerful hairdryer, showing that every little detail was thoughtfully considered. The hotel's public facilities were a pleasant surprise. On the 22nd floor, there's a self-service laundry area with integrated washer-dryer machines, so you can wash and dry all your dirty clothes from your outings in one go. The gym is well-equipped with a complete range of machines. The rooftop sky garden offers a panoramic view, and watching the city lights at dusk from there created a wonderful ambiance. It’s a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The front desk staff were gentle and courteous. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The staff were professional and efficient, and they even proactively and thoughtfully arranged for our group's rooms to be on the same floor. The communication throughout was smooth and pleasant. The room service robot delivered requested items directly to our door, which was both convenient and fun. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, ensuring that everyone, young and old, could find something they liked. There were freshly cooked noodles and congee, hot and cold savory dishes, fresh fruit salads, and a wide array of desserts and pastries. Soy milk, fried dough sticks, fresh milk, and coffee were continuously replenished. Both the taste and variety were commendable.

😍😍 The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in front of the Huaqiangbei Metro Station, placing it squarely in the heart of the Huaqiangbei commercial district. You have access to lines 2, 8, and 7. It's only about 40 minutes to Shenzhen North High-Speed Rail Station, 30 minutes direct to Window of the World, 30 minutes direct to Shuibei, and easy access to Dameisha. Getting anywhere is super convenient. ☺ Downstairs, there's a whole street of drink shops and restaurants that stay open for late-night supper until 2 AM. ☺ The hotel breakfast is very generous, served from 7 AM to 11 AM, so you can easily combine breakfast and brunch. The hotel also provides complimentary late-night supper and afternoon tea. Supper is from 9:30 PM to 11 PM, so after a day out exploring, you can definitely come back to the hotel for dinner. In short, all three meals can be taken care of right here at the hotel. ☺ The afternoon tea, as shown in the pictures, is exquisite and delicate, with unlimited juice and coffee refills. ☺ Next time I visit Shenzhen, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 😍

The surrounding area is convenient, with the metro and electronics market right nearby, yet it's quiet enough for an undisturbed rest. The concierge service is professional and thoughtful, responding quickly to messages. They kindly arranged for luggage storage after checkout. The in-room facilities are complete, with a washer-dryer combo, a large projector, and a desk – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness details are top-notch: the floors are gleaming, there's no standing water on the vanity, and the toilet and shower area are thoroughly disinfected. The bedding is dry and odor-free. All four key aspects are consistently outstanding, making it perfect for frequent business travelers.
