"The hotel service is excellent, with a complimentary shuttle boat to the Sathorn pier. If you want to go to ICONSIAM, it's only 12 baht, with round trips every hour, which is very convenient. There's a Ferris wheel night market nearby that's great for strolling around. The hotel provides tuk-tuks to take you to the night market anytime, allowing you to enjoy it as much as you like. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off services; booking these in advance yourself is much cheaper than booking a taxi online. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and I had a very comfortable stay. If it's your birthday, the hotel even provides a small complimentary birthday cake. Exploring the night market and taking a cruise on the Chao Phraya River at night was a wonderful travel experience."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the cruise terminal, within walking distance. I was greeted with a warm smile and even received a cookie upon check-in. The room was exceptionally spacious and well-equipped. They provided four complimentary bottles of mineral water – two at room temperature and two chilled – with any additional items being chargeable. The bathtub was fantastic, though the water pressure was a bit low, and the light on the vanity mirror was yellow. Breakfast was à la carte, and the food was delicious. Both the hot cocoa and iced matcha were excellent."

"The room isn't big, just right for one person, but might be a bit cramped for two. It's relatively clean, and a higher floor is more comfortable. However, despite my request not to be given a room at the end of the hall, one of the rooms assigned was indeed an end room. The AC in the room is powerful. The bathroom hygiene, however, was lacking, and the usual towel setup had become a one-time 'perk', which was quite annoying. The room is well-equipped, the surroundings are quiet, there's no [redacted, likely a negative term like 'noise' or 'disturbance' based on context], and there's a fridge. I was very unhappy that disposable toiletries were only provided upon request. The nearby 7-Eleven is a bit far, but it's convenient for getting around and dining. The subway station isn't very close, but it's easy to take a motorbike. I'd like to commend the young man at the door; he was very proactive and polite in helping with luggage and opening doors. The front desk lady was relatively polite and I didn't feel discriminated against as a Chinese person. Finally, what deserves the most praise and recognition is Trip.com. They actively accommodated my needs, contacted the hotel promptly, and were patient and polite."

"The room facilities are similar to economy hotels back home, but they are a bit dated. They offer complimentary water and coffee daily and tidy up the room. There's a small pool on the fifth floor. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Asiatique (the Ferris wheel night market). There's a 7-Eleven and a Big C supermarket nearby. Most of the food options are local eateries with a limited menu, and Thai portions are quite small. If you head to Asiatique for dinner, you'll find a wider variety, but the prices are comparable to major cities in China."

"Wonderful hotel! The room was clean, a bit small, but who has time to sit in their room when in Bangkok? The staff were very responsive. They even allowed us to check out after 2 PM completely free of charge. Check-in and check-out were very quick. And of course, the main advantage is the location – close to the metro and the pier. Definitely recommend!"

"it was of a business trip, the hotel is not located centrally but it has beautiful views, overlooking Mekong river. Although the hotel is slightly dated but the rooms are kept clean. Staff are nice, especially Por and Nook from concierge, both of them are patient and polite in our conversation and especially Nook who went all the way to help my colleagues with her lost and found mobile phone on the road. Lek from the restaurant is always full of smile and energy, love her presence each morning during our four-day stay. Should chances be given, we will definitely return to this hotel!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are so friendly and attentive, always finding a way to help everyone. There's a small shop inside the hotel, and a 7/11 and the Gold Line station are close by, plus Iconsiam isn't far either. The breakfasts are delicious. The room was a bit dirty in the corners and around the light fixtures, but they changed the towels and water every day. It’s the ideal base for exploring the city’s vibrant energy without the noise. A Creator-Friendly Aesthetic The room itself was a pleasant surprise. The minimalist, modern aesthetic is a dream for photography and video shoots—very ”on-brand” for my social media feed. The natural lighting and clean lines provided a sophisticated backdrop for my daily vlogs. More importantly, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is a total non-negotiable for me when I need to upload high-quality content on the fly."
