"Located a little outside the heart of Bangkok, which is good for traffic, not too good for dining out options. FORTUNATELY, the hotel has excellent room service and dining options. Ordered room service a couple nights, quality and taste was excellent, never got tired of the sel action. Housekeeping was excellent as well. Mr. We serviced our room daily. He did an awesome job and took care of any additional items we needed,like coffee. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay there again. Lastly, close to the Si Kritha monorail, you can access main Bangkok from there."

"Changed to a cleaner room than the previous one. All the staff are very friendly but they are super busy during checkout time. Make sure you leave enough time because they need to check your room before refund deposit."

"The room was tidy and clean, but when I pulled out the chair, it was covered in hair, which was a bit unsettling. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right at the alley entrance and the mall within walking distance. It's suitable for a travel stay."

"The Kantary hotel chain is generally known for its good quality and service standards. However, this particular property fell below the standard I have experienced at other Kantary hotels. There were several areas that require improvement. The hallway appeared dusty, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Housekeeping service was also inconsistent; on one occasion, room cleaning was done late in the afternoon, and the bed linens were not changed. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, which I appreciated. However, some aspects of staff professionalism and conduct were disappointing. In particular, one female staff member working in the breakfast restaurant repeatedly engaged in loud conversations, apparently discussing complaints or work-related matters with another staff member (possibly a supervisor) who was regularly working at a table in the corner of the restaurant. This occurred on several mornings during my stay and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests. I would respectfully suggest that the hotel strengthen staff training in professional etiquette, guest interaction, and workplace conduct. Staff should be reminded that guest-facing areas, especially the restaurant, should maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Greater emphasis on service manners, communication standards, and hospitality professionalism would help improve the guest experience and better align this property with the standards associated with the Kantary brand."

"The location of the hotel is not too far from the airport, so location wise it is quite all right. There are not restaurants within walking distance, but the small restaurant within the hotel is quite good. The swimming pool and gym at the hotel are all good. Above all, the staff at the hotel is most friendly. However, unfortunately, the many mosquitoes at the hotel are also most friendly as well, and they are everywhere, at the lobby, at the restaurant, near the pool, and, above all, inside the room, so annoying that I could hardly sleep during the whole night….."

"There was only 1 eating place downstairs with a very limited choice, the mart donwnstairs also limited, bteakfast was pretty poor with focus on chinese menu, walking in and out of hoyel quite distant leaving only taxi option. The worst thing was after 9-10 pm a room upstaits was constantly being cleaned or renovated? ( no idea). I could hear tables and chairs constantly being moved on a wooden floor, had to complain to be stopped, couldnt rest and sleep until the. Gym is quite run down. The only thing good for me was that I had a patient and Samitivej hospital and spent more days (even sleeping) at a hospital then in a hotel ( and, of course, the booking was non refundable). The communication in English was quite tough. Ovwrall, I felt it was a chinese hotel cayering to chinese guests, far from an international hotel."

"Location very near to airport by grab or bolt about 20-25mins But far away from city. A good 1 - 2 day stay for couple who looking just to relax and have sweet time with pool within the room and theme room to add more fun. But the room M4 is near to opposite condo which residents from high rise floor able to see part of the pool. So if you wanna have fun in the pool make sure to go to the corner of the pool( IYKYK)."

The desk and internet speed are both excellent, making it very suitable for business travelers. The bedding is just the right firmness, and the bathroom has strong water pressure, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The front desk service is professional and efficient. Overall, my experience was very satisfying, and I highly recommend staying here!"
