Although the hotel had been recently renovated, I encountered two separate problems with my room. On the first night, I was disturbed by constant knocking noises — more than 20 times throughout the night — which severely disrupted my sleep. This was especially disappointing because I had specifically requested a quiet, non-corner room, yet I received the opposite. The following morning around 6:15 a.m., I discovered that my room had flooded. The air conditioning unit was leaking water. I immediately contacted the front desk, and the manager promptly arranged for staff to repair the leak and clean up the mess. I truly appreciated their quick response to this issue. Because of the noisy first night, I requested a room change. The staff initially told me the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate my request. However, when I checked online, rooms were still available that day, which I found quite disappointing. With assistance from Trip.com, I was eventually moved to a larger room. The second night in the new room was comfortable and quiet. I was also offered one complimentary breakfast, for which I am grateful. That said, I hope the hotel will handle special guest requests more professionally in the future — particularly by honoring quiet room preferences and being transparent about availability — rather than rejecting them outright. Improved maintenance of both the room’s noise levels and the air conditioning units would help prevent similar experiences for other guests.

An old-school five-star, it has everything you'd expect. The only issue is that the room was cold even without the AC on, not sure why, but it kept me up all night. However, it's very close to the big night market nearby, which makes finding food super convenient.

I always stay in this hotel every time i visit Bangkok. It's located close to MRT station, around 300 m distance. There are plenty of eateries around and 7-11 outlets are a ston's throw away. The caretaker of the hotel is friendly although limited English is spoken. The room price is affordable. At night you can walk to the vividly busy Huai Khwang night market for fruits and food.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and it did not disappoint at all. The room was extremely clean and very welcoming. The staff were very kind and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. We really like the location — it feels very local and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel from the bottom of our hearts.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location. About a 5 min walk to Huai Khwang MRT. Apart from that, nothing else. Even though I got a room categorized as a 'Suite', it doesn't feel or look like one. Within a few hours of checking in, I realized that the toilet isn't flushing properly. The hotel staff didn't manage to resolve the issue and I was given another room. Thankfully I haven't unpacked my belongings. On my 4th night in the 'new' room, the aircon started to leak. The hotel staff came with a few towels and advised that the issue can only be looked into the next day. No one came the next day so I went down to the reception to remind them about the matter before heading out. But I was asked to wait for the technician in the room. The issue was resolved in 5 mins after the technician came. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was pathetic. Nothing great about this hotel except for its location.

We stayed at Hotel Papa for three nights during the New Year holidays, and it was a truly pleasant experience. During this peak season, it was not easy to find a hotel with a reasonable price, but Hotel Papa turned out to be a great choice. The hotel feels new, clean, and well-maintained. Its location is very convenient, as it is close to Huai Khwang MRT station, making it easy to travel around the city. Although the room is a bit small, it is well-designed and comfortable. The king-size bed was especially cozy, allowing us to sleep very well. We also appreciated having a balcony, which added a nice touch to the stay. What impressed us the most was the service. Khun Apple, one of the staff members, was extremely kind and thoughtful. She even prepared a New Year card along with some snacks as a special surprise for us, which made our stay feel warm and memorable. Overall, Hotel Papa is a lovely hotel with great value, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Had an enjoyable stay with Atrium Boutique Hotel. Helpful front desk staff and room attendants. Location is great and many varieties of foods & restaurants. Walkable distance to the self-washing kiosks which is just opposite the hotel. No issues travelling around through car-hire services except that the roads could be jammed during the peak hours.

This place was good. First room I seen 2 cockroaches. Told the front desk. Was quickly changed to another room no issues. I extended my stay (it’s close to metro) had to change rooms. The other room was good too clean no bugs. Only problem I didn’t like is they’re trying to find you for anything. Lose room key 300baht. Clog toilet 3000 baht. Smoke in balcony 5000baht etc… if you’re ok with that it’s not bad and right next to jodd fairs

Location is good, room was clean and quiet. However, things can be improved a bit: 1. No complimentary water in the room. 2. Excessive advertisement of their own products, especially the meals 3. There’s a gap on top of the toilet door so when you are in toilet, you are not completely locked in. Smell and sound can easily spread to the room. 4. There is a gym but there is only one treadmill. If there is another person using it, you have to wait. 5. If you pay the deposit by a credit card, you might get it back within a month! (Most hotels don’t withdraw the money, they just hold it until the checkout time.)
