Hotels near MRT-Sutthisan in Bangkok

The room was clean and tidy. It seemed to have been recently renovated, which was a nice touch. It's also super close to the BTS station. My only minor gripe is the bed – it felt a bit old and could use an upgrade. But honestly, that seems to be a common issue with hotels in Bangkok; they often don't replace their mattresses very often.

Best hotel ever especially all the staff front counter all friendly and the cleaner and facilities team all very helpful. The room is big and nice. Will come back again June 2025 my next stay. Keep up the work.  Very good locations just 3mins work to Suthisan station MRT. See u again today I’m flying back to Malaysia.

Lovely place! Very convenient location near to the market, MRT station and eatery places. Attended their 4-hour Authentic Thai Food Cooking Class, had a very enjoyably session. Highly recommended both the cooking class and their accommodation.

As soon as I entered the building I didn't receive any smile from the staff. When people work in hospitality industry, they must remember that giving a warm smile the moment a customer walks in will make their stay better, it will give a good impression about the business and the staff. Good side: staffs were helpful when I needed assistance. Room was good for it's price. It's located beside the road, so expect it to be a little bit noisy, coming from cars and motorbikes. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. 2nd day, there was a time when water was not available in the toilet area, so I had to wait before I could take a shower.

Arrived in the late night, the checking if fasted, but they asked a deposit( you have to prepared a cash in advance 1000tbat) . The room was dirty… looks like they’re not cleaning after the guests leaving…. The blanket and the towel as well. All facilities looks like so -so… . The staff can be talks with the guest a bit politely and respectfully…. Sound like rudeness and tired. In general it’s ok to stay here for one night.

Convenient Location by the Yellow Line, but Avoid Rooms Facing the Station The hotel is located right next to the Yellow Line station (second to last stop), which makes getting around quite convenient. You will usually need to transfer to reach the main central areas of Bangkok, but the connection is easy. If you stay here, it’s very important to request a room that does not face the station. The train noise can be very loud, making it difficult to sleep or enjoy the balcony. The hotel itself is pleasant. The breakfast is nice and quite varied, and the staff at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. There is also a small but lovely pool area, and even large turtle enclosures that are interesting to see. Housekeeping cleans the room daily, which is a nice plus. The location is convenient in terms of transportation. There are two 7-Eleven stores very close to the hotel. However, the area is a bit limited when it comes to restaurants and shops, so you may need to travel a little for more dining options. Overall, a comfortable stay with good transport access and friendly staff.

When I checked out, I realized I left my original iPhone charger in the room. I was drying clothes on the first floor and hadn't even left the hotel lobby yet when I noticed it was missing. I asked the front desk, and they immediately radioed the housekeeping staff who checked my room, but they said they hadn't seen it. So I went up to the room myself and found all the drawers open, and the charger was indeed gone. I asked the housekeeper who was cleaning if it was them, and they said no. But then the front desk checked the surveillance footage, and it *was* them. I told the front desk to just have the housekeeper return my charger, and I wouldn't pursue it further. They still insisted they didn't have it. I then asked to speak to their manager. The front desk started to be evasive, saying the manager wasn't working. Seriously?! It's Monday, and your hotel manager isn't working?! I told them I've been staying at their hotel for two years and even know their boss is Chinese. Then the front desk started spouting nonsense, saying the manager is Thai and the owner is also Thai. A little while later, the front desk took a WeChat call and handed the phone to me. You're all Thai, but a Chinese person is calling me to communicate?! I even checked the chat history and their Moments – it was a Chinese person. I said, 'Whether you're the manager or the boss, let me explain what happened first.' So I recounted the whole incident. I then said, 'I only lost a charger, it's not worth much. Just give it back to me. I'm a loyal customer here. Otherwise, if something more valuable like a bag, watch, or jewelry were forgotten and lost, what would happen?' Then he accused me of threatening him, saying with 1.4 billion Chinese people, he didn't believe I had such 'power.' I said, 'Look, I'm a regular customer of yours. Couldn't you privately ask the housekeeper to give the charger back to the front desk so they can return it to me? I won't blame anyone.' But then, you had the nerve to tell me to call the police! For a charger, really?! Are you making so much money from Chinese tourists in Thailand that you've gotten arrogant and started treating Chinese people like dirt?!

The hotel had an elegant environment, spacious and comfortable rooms, convenient transportation, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, which made it a wonderful evening for me.

The hotel is near Sutthisan Metro Station. I’ll give that for convenience. The room is always clean but we have problems we keycard. they didn’t mention that we need to re-check the keycard everyday. But apart from that one everything is great.
