"Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety, including pho. The price was reasonable, around 750-800 for an adult and a child. It's about 1.5 km from Central World, which isn't really walking distance. Cons: The location isn't very close to the shopping centers. The pool is small and dirty, and the rooftop has no shade, so it's very hot. I didn't see anyone swimming there. We stayed for two days and gave up on the pool, which made our child quite bored. The air conditioning was too cold; even set to 28 degrees, it was still chilly. Turning it off made the room a bit stuffy."

However, one pair of slippers was as thin as paper, while the other was somewhat normal; it was inconsistent. Also, the culture of constantly handing out cards and asking guests to write good reviews is something I hope they can tone down. We hadn't even checked in, weren't in our room yet, and they were already asking us to write a review?! 🤷🏻‍♀️"

"The room was clean and very comfortable. It's super convenient for getting around, just a few minutes' walk to 7-Eleven and the subway, which takes you to the Erawan Shrine and various shopping malls. The staff were all warm and attentive. The SPA on the 7th floor was excellent with professional techniques. They even offered snacks and drinks before and after the massage. And that mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious! 😋"

"The hotel is very close to Nana BTS station, making it convenient to get to all the major shopping areas. The room was clean, and the restaurant on the first floor offered a good variety of food that tasted decent. Downstairs, there are many bars, so it's very lively at night – highly recommended if you enjoy Bangkok's nightlife. However, if you prefer a quiet environment, you might want to consider other options, as the bars are open until 2 AM, and you can hear the music from your room."

"We are very grateful to the hotel staff for fulfilling all our special requests regarding the room! The room matched the description and photos – it had a bedroom, a living-dining area, and a kitchen. There was plenty of space to unpack and hang clothes. The kitchen was equipped with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and washing machine. Washing machine powder in small packets was replenished daily. The mini-bar was free and also refilled. There were enough cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery. Unfortunately, despite having a washing machine, there was nowhere to hang washed clothes; usually, there's a special line in the bathroom, but it was missing here. There was no iron in the room. The room was very clean, cleaned daily, and towels were changed. For some reason, when the bed was made, our folded pajamas were pulled out from under the pillows and left in piles on the bedside tables. After noticing this on the first day, we started removing our pajamas from the bed altogether – but we've never encountered this before. Instead of curtains, there were wooden blinds, which were a bit inconvenient to use – you had to go around and close each one – but they darkened the room well. We didn't hear our neighbors, but street noise and the train could sometimes be heard through the closed windows. There were air conditioners in every room. In the bedroom, it blew directly onto the bed, and could only be adjusted by temperature. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries and a hairdryer. The bathroom itself was poorly designed – the bathtub had a very sharp outer corner that we constantly bumped our legs against. Also, there were significant issues with water pressure; it was impossible to use the shower and the sink faucet simultaneously, for instance. The shower in the shower cabin couldn't be adjusted for height or spray, and couldn't be held in hand – it was fixed firmly to the wall. It was clearly old, and the water flow was such that you had to stand right against the wall to wash. Given the poor water pressure, showering became an annoyance rather than a pleasure. There was also a shower in the bathtub that could be held, but you could only wash while sitting. Moreover, the water from it would flow onto the tiles along the wall and then directly onto the floor towards the door. The toilet flush was very slow; you had to hold the handle for a long time. The hotel staff at the reception and by the doors were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Free luggage storage was available. Computers and coffee were provided free of charge in the lobby. The swimming pool was very pleasant, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it – it was occupied by unsupervised children all day until evening, making noise and splashing, so relaxation was impossible. The only time they weren't there was early in the morning. Breakfast was a buffet with Asian and European cuisine. There was plenty of food and it was quite diverse, so a European guest would definitely find something to eat. However, there were problems with timely replenishment of consumed items. The cheese was not refilled at all, and every morning I had to scrape oatmeal from the bottom, and then the empty pot would just sit there. The breakfast area was small, and there were many guests. There wasn't a queue, but it was hard to find a comfortable table to avoid bumping elbows with neighbors. The hotel is located at the corner of the BTS line and Ploenchit station – which is very convenient, on one hand. On the other hand, we didn't find an elevator or escalator nearby, only stairs, making it difficult for someone with luggage or an elderly person to ascend. From the pedestrian SKY WALK on the BTS line, you can access Central Embassy mall, and from there, via an air-conditioned walkway, to the neighboring Central. Both have food courts and a large Tops supermarket. Overall, the impression was mixed. We booked the room at a discount, and for that price, the stay was satisfactory. However, this room usually sells for more, and it's definitely not worth that higher price. The main significant advantage of this hotel is its location – right next to the metro; everything else can be found better and cheaper in the same area."

"Perfect stay, Perfect location for shopping, dinning and night life. 7/Eleven and departmental store is just outside the hotel which makes easy to grab a quick night drinks & snacks. But if anyone doesn't like a strong smell of Arabic perfume, this area is not for you because this area has full of Arabic. The room itself is very clean, spacious and well maintained. We loved it. Definitely worth to stay."
