"The room wasn't only clean, you could tell it was SANITIZED, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It's not really close to the main attractions of Bangkok, but it's peaceful and quiet. Very spacious and pretty. Be aware that they require a 1000 baht deposit though. I arrived here after flying into Bangkok, I didn't have much cash on me, and thought I'd be able to exchange money at the bank later. I almost didn't get to check-in! But they worked with me and held my id until I could pay, which was nice."

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the BTS station, which connects to all the main attractions. The facilities are great, the room is spacious, and the lighting is excellent. Housekeeping was very thorough and attentive, and the laundry service was also good value for money. Definitely a place worth staying at."

"Love the warmth of the service, staffs can speak basic English and want to assist if you ask them. Room was good, space was okay suitable for couples. Just water pressure for shower may need to check since kinda slow comapred to bidet that was jet speed. Location wise near to BTS and inside and city outskirt neighbourhood. Overall considered safe and have 2 7Elevens nearby. Overall for solo and couples I recommend this stay, just to remind that the location is a bit outskirt but have BTS nearby and Bolt/Grab can still come for pickup/drop off."

"You can definitely tell that the hotel has some history to it, and unfortunately, its age is starting to show. There were noticeable stains on the curtains and bedsheets, as well as quite a bit of wear and tear on the furniture and amenities. The lift buttons also didn’t work very well and could be frustrating to use. The biggest concern for me, however, was the bathroom floor. I’m not sure if it was due to the material used, but the floor became extremely slippery once it got wet, which is difficult to avoid when using the shower. It felt like a potential safety issue and was ultimately the deal breaker for me. The location is also quite a distance from the nearest MRT station, so it may not be the most convenient option if you plan to rely heavily on public transport. On a positive note, the hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I genuinely appreciated their hospitality and assistance, and they were definitely one of the highlights of the experience. Unfortunately, despite the wonderful service from the staff, the overall condition of the hotel and the bathroom safety concern mean that I would likely choose to stay elsewhere on my next visit."

"Nice hotel with a wonderful restaurant (that was the main reason we chose it for the second time). It’s a bit far from the city center though, and the transportation in Bangkok is not cheap. The staff was very nice, but we had an issue during the check in. Even at 6pm our room wasn’t ready (check in time is 2pm), and that was after the overnight flight. They gave us french fries and two mocktails that kept us busy for another 40 min, and only 20 to 7 we got the room. Except this, everything was fine."

"The location is a bit out of the way, but it's a quick taxi ride to Chulalongkorn University. They upgraded me to a higher floor for my birthday, which was nice, and they even provided a birthday cake – very thoughtful! The hotel bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious; I had a very pleasant stay. It's also very convenient to catch a taxi right outside. The pool is also large!"

"The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. One of my favorite perks was the complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle, which made getting to nearby attractions and BTS stations so convenient. Although it's tucked away in a quieter neighborhood, popular shopping areas, street food, and night markets are just a short ride away. The peaceful atmosphere made it a great place to relax after a busy day exploring Bangkok. If you're looking for a clean, stylish, and great value hotel in Bangkok, Hotel Sapin is definitely worth considering. Highly recommended"

"Great service, but the location is a deal-breaker. ----- I recently stayed at Amanah Bangkok Hotel and have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the staff members are excellent. They are very helpful, enthusiastic, and did their best to make my stay comfortable. The interiors are okay—nothing spectacular, but functional and clean enough for a short stay. In terms of accessibility to major spots, it is about 3-4 km away from Central (Siam/World), which is a manageable distance by taxi. However, the location is a major downside. The hotel is tucked deep inside a very narrow alley (soi) in a local residential neighborhood. It feels quite out of the way, and navigating the small streets can be a hassle. Because of this inconvenient location, I personally feel the hotel does not live up to a 4-star rating. If you prioritize service over location, you might find it acceptable, but for most travelers, there are much better-located options in the city."

"The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and the hotel's accessibility and view were fantastic. The hotel breakfast was amazing! Honestly, everything was perfect during my 3-day stay. If I ever go to Bangkok again, I'd probably stay here. It was truly the best. Thank you so much! Especially the bottled noodles – they were seriously the absolute best. I still think about them even after coming home."
