"The hotel is located in a quiet community with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean. Originally, there was no refrigerator, but a small one was brought in as needed. The extra mattress on top of the mattress in the Simengsi mattress is not breathable, and I woke up feeling damp every morning."

"Ideal if you need a budget no-frills hotel for visiting NYC. Hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the PATH station. From there, the red line takes 15 minutes to the World Trade Centre and Ground Zero/911 memorial. The yellow line takes 20 minutes to the West Village, 25 minutes to the Empire State Building. Breakfast, is typical American budget breakfast, (self service in a basement room): cereal, pastries, white bread for toast, scrambled eggs, streaky bacon, waffles, bananas, orange juice. Basic tea & coffee. All ok as long as you don’t have expectations of a European breakfast spread. (Specifically there is no yoghurt, cold cuts, cheese, berries or fruit salad) Small gym with cardio machines only, but several of these were not functioning. Hotel staff were super helpful when we were disappointed with the condition of our room and moved us the next day to a much nicer one. Housekeeping staff refreshed the spacious room daily & there was plenty of hot water & clean towels. Individual room air conditioning worked well."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Harmony Suites. The buffet breakfast was great, offering a good variety to start the day. Our room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also appreciated the pool as a nice extra amenity. The location is very convenient—just one bus ride away from Times Square, making it easy to explore New York City. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"Room and sheets were very clean and I was given a quiet spot which I was really happy about. Water was well heated and pressure was perfect as well. Loved that I was able to cast my phone screen on to the TV as well. Room size was perfect for me because I was travelling solo. Location was safe and very convenient as well. But I have to say I was disappointed by the lack of bottled water and kettle in the room. I had to get my own bottle and refill it downstairs daily. Apart from this, I’d say I had a great experience and will definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in New York."

"Very clean but very small room—there was no space except for the bed and bathroom. There was an issue with the lights in the bathroom, which the staff resolved promptly. They were out of regular coffee and provided us with one regular and one decaf packet, which we found a bit unusual but assumed it had to do with it being a holiday weekend. Otherwise, a great stay. We will be back to stay in a larger room."

"The location is good, with ferries to Manhattan every 20 minutes. However, the hotel doesn't provide drinking water, and the lighting system is poorly designed. On the last night, the bedside lamp and the bathroom vanity light couldn't be turned off, which was a bit ridiculous. Also, the room gets very dry and generates static electricity when the air conditioning and heating are on; we had a slight electric shock when we touched the switch, my arm went numb, and I was quite startled. I hope the hotel can provide a humidifier."

"The receptionists are very nice and friendly. They gave me a lot of assistance. The location is pretty good I think, with walkable distance to the subway, and I get to downtown with subway in around half an hour. The environment near the hotel is also nice, some shop and restaurant available. Room is ok, quiet and good manhattan’s view."

"A cozy hotel in the suburbs surrounded by trees and greens. Very close to the stop from which you can reach Times Square in 20 minutes. One-tonne breakfasts and longer stays can be too little. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants and bars around including Dunkin Donuts and Subway. Rooms well-designed and pleasant. You can put more weight on the purity. Super Internet. I recommend "

"The room was very comfortable and quiet. As New York's traffic is often congested, you need to take a taxi to get to the city center and go through the tunnel, which takes some time, ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. There are supermarkets, coffee shops, and an outlet nearby. But it's not very popular."
