"I planned a romantic get away weekend and paid for a king sized bed for me and the missus in advance. Upon arrival, they just said ”Oops, they over sold the rooms again, no King size bed BUT we'll give you a free upgrade and you can have 2 smaller beds...call Chris Head of Ops if you have a problem with it”. There was no working # for Chris on the card they gave me for him. When I asked for an extra blanket, I recieved the infamous ”brown blanket”. It was completely crinkled, unfolded, a sand paper like texture, that actually was hard to unfold...it was stuck to itself and made like a velcro sounds as you peeled it apart...totally unusable...can't believe they still give this blanket to people. Otherwise, room was solid, employees were very nice and Chris was nice when I met him during check out."

"Honestly, rated this lower simply because of the parking situation. The site needs to do a better job calling out parking  options and pricing. It’s also wild to charge $70+ for Valet Parking especially for that tiny little lot across the street. We parked behind the hotel overnight and it cost $25, a price I would have accepted at the hotel.  The Hotel was tidy, breakfast was good and the employees responded well to loud guests yelling and and banging around late at night."

"The room is spacious and bright, the location is very good, and the breakfast is good. It is very unclear to pay on the spot when booking with breakfast. However, the after-sales of Trip.com is very good, I believe it will be successfully resolved."

"The service was amazing my wife and I stayed at the hotel to do a dinner date at the restaurant across the street. Needless to say the room was amazing the guess service and valet attendants were great. Definitely would recommend if you need a nice place to stay in old city."

"The main entrance is like the locked password door at the gate of the community. I searched for a long time and didn’t find other doors. Finally, I found that this door was opened without locking... The front desk was quite cold, even the room card was self-service. The room is the same studio room type as the regular apartment. The room includes kitchen laundry and everything. It’s good."

"The location is very good and safe, opposite the independent museum, five minutes walk is the independent palace, the health is great, the facilities are complete, many Native Americans stay"

"I simply cannot say enough about this center city hotel. From the first line knowledgeable, friendly receptionist(s) on both shifts; actually EVERY staff member was friendly (I really wish I'd written down names); to the cleanliness of all aspects of the hotel to include the rooms and especially the bathroom area with the DOVE soap/shampoo/body wash, good water pressure, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. And last but certainly not least.......the breakfast..... from the 1 minute pancake maker to hot everything else including fat biscuits, to the cold breakfast beverage(s) machine and good coffee. In/out Parking co-located with the hotel. My second year in a row. I'm impressed. and we'll be back. Keep up the good work."

"That one hotel was fine in services and had all needful amenities. I just wasn't happy that windows led to a back of hotel's signage, in a place where people can come out and walk, and one staff's worker should know about Elfreth's Alley and other one lady, who probably Russian and she took my keys, could be more welcome and doesn't repeat just said information."
