"I planned a romantic get away weekend and paid for a king sized bed for me and the missus in advance. Upon arrival, they just said ”Oops, they over sold the rooms again, no King size bed BUT we'll give you a free upgrade and you can have 2 smaller beds...call Chris Head of Ops if you have a problem with it”. There was no working # for Chris on the card they gave me for him. When I asked for an extra blanket, I recieved the infamous ”brown blanket”. It was completely crinkled, unfolded, a sand paper like texture, that actually was hard to unfold...it was stuck to itself and made like a velcro sounds as you peeled it apart...totally unusable...can't believe they still give this blanket to people. Otherwise, room was solid, employees were very nice and Chris was nice when I met him during check out."

"We stayed here for a graduation and had a great experience! The rooms are updated with new carpets and furniture. A huge plus: the King rooms have pull-out sofas that work perfectly as extra beds. Major shout-out to the breakfast staff. They are super warm and attentive. We ordered off the menu instead if buffet. As for parking: Easy access to their own garage with a guest discount. $40 instead of $52, per night. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in town!"

"The hotel has a great location, surrounded by a variety of restaurants to meet all needs, and a supermarket is also nearby. The hotel is Victorian in style, with a classic ambiance. However, the amenities are severely lacking. Before checking in, I specifically called to inquire about an electric kettle, and they said yes, but upon arrival, I discovered there wasn't one. I had to repeatedly request hot water, and the staff were either extremely incompetent or simply careless. If I requested three items, they would definitely provide one less. It took 40 minutes for the kettle to arrive – a very poor experience!"

"I love the location of this place - in the (IMO) prettiest part of the city, right among all the museums. The keycard entry offers guests a nice level of security. The complimentary coffee in the morning is a lifesaver, as is the 24/7 snack mart. The gym is pretty straightforward, but offered just what I needed, and the bed was super comfy. The staff is also very friendly."

"The room is spacious and quiet, and the service is excellent. Housekeeping comes daily to clean and replenish water. The hotel is located on the UPenn campus (slightly to the north), making it convenient to access the campus. There's a Wawa directly across the street from the hotel, which is great for general grocery shopping and also offers self-service ordering for Western-style brunch and hot food. The food is tasty, and you don't need to tip extra. The only drawback was a temporary elevator malfunction where I was stuck inside for a couple of minutes, but it fortunately resumed normal operation quickly."

"We booked a double room for one night with a pull-out sofa. The apartment is spacious with large open areas. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven. The bedrooms are roomy and separated from each other, which is very convenient. The living room has the pull-out sofa, which unfortunately is uncomfortable as the springs stick out. The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach. The price is fair and reasonable for the area."

"First, there were two obvious stains on the quilt, which was a bit scared when I wanted to lie down. The carpet in the room was obviously not cleaned and there was a lot of light dust and garbage because of the dark blue background. Secondly, there is no bottled water in the room. The whole hotel does not have a water dispenser to fill the water. The only source of drinking water is a vending machine. Because the hotel is quite close to the main road, the sound of traffic passing by on the road will be particularly easy to pass to the room. The counter staff was very polite and very careful when assisting with luggage storage after check-out. In addition to the stains on the quilt of the Kangkang wall, other places are relatively clean."
