"Got a room at first where the AC was super loud and there wasn’t even a closet or a place to hang clothes. I told the front desk but they said the hotel was full and couldn’t do anything !!! So I contacted IHG directly and I got a new one was much better — quiet AC and a proper closet. FYI: floors 9–10 seem to have some kind of machine room inf front the room X01 . The noise could be heard all the floor to room 906. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to avoid this hotel."

"Beautiful hotel, superb and spacious room with a lovely bay window to watch the sunset. All the comforts you could ask for. The bathroom is nice, functional, and well-stocked with high-quality products. There's also a coffee maker with coffee and tea. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Pure bliss!"

"Good location, breakfast, swimming pool even if small, on the other hand the beds in 140 for the USA it is small and we are used to having much bigger The air conditioning which makes a lot of noise when it starts And finally the price of parking is exorbitant for the customer 35 doll/24h excluding charges I paid 50doll for 2 nights at the Clarke car park 50m away which is already way too much"

"The room is quite big, there is a kitchen, and it is cleaned every seven days in a row. You need to change the towel to let the front desk send it. The environment is good, there is a swimming pool, quiet at night, breakfast is rich, that is, the sound of the room air conditioner is louder when it is started. Overall cost-effective 👍"

"The location was excellent, with major tourist attractions like Bourbon Street and the French Quarter only a 10-minute walk away. I stayed for six nights and found it very convenient. The hotel facilities were average. There was no in-room safe, so I was a little concerned about security. Also, the hotel's description and the actual facilities and services were inconsistent. There was no laundry service as listed on the website, and breakfast was listed as starting at 6am, but actually started at 7am."

"A very good and unique experience. There is coffee in the lobby during the day and macarons at night! The room is clean and atmospheric, and has a southern style. The transportation location is also relatively convenient. Overall highly recommended"

"We were on a trip with 4 other couples, all staying in various hotels around Canal/Bourbon street, and the property at Virgin Hotels in New Orleans, from the lobby/coffeshop, to the room, to the rooftop bar were far and away better than the other properties for around the same price. It was our Anniversary weekend, and there was a very nice gift from the hotel in our room upon arrival, and everything was perfect. For anyone looking to see the WWII museum on their stay, it was an easy 10 min. walk, and Bourbon Street was 15-20 minutes away (for those inclined). The pictures and reviews on this hotel are accurate and probably understated compared to the experience we just had there in May 2022! "
