I would like to start by saying that I am very impressed not only by the staff, but also by the premises, the environment and simply the whole holiday was perfect. The hotel is very clean, very well arranged and you have a good feeling of being included. Even after 16 days I don't regret having chosen this hotel for a single day and on the next trip I would choose this hotel again. Unfortunately I can't upload all the pictures to celebrate this hotel, it's just stunning. Отель очень чистый, очень хорошо обустроен, и у вас есть хорошее чувство того, что вы включены. Даже по прошествии 16 дней я не жалею, что выбрала этот отель ни на один день и в следующую поездку снова выбрала бы этот отель. К сожалению, я не могу загрузить все фотографии, посвященные этому отелю, он просто потрясающий. Ставлю 10 из 5 звезд 🌟🙏🏼 Большое спасибо всем, кто причастен к этому отелю и, конечно, всем, кто позволил мне провести этот замечательный отпуск и показал мне, что это так приятно, что вы возвращаетесь. Ich möchte vorweg sagen, dass ich nicht nur vom Personal sehr beeindruckt bin, sondern auch von den Räumlichkeiten, der Umgebung und einfach der ganze Urlaub war perfekt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, sehr übersichtlich und man hat das gute Gefühl dazuzugehören. Auch nach 16 Tagen bereue ich es nicht, dieses Hotel für einen einzigen Tag gewählt zu haben und würde bei der nächsten Reise wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Leider kann ich nicht alle Bilder hochladen, um dieses Hotel zu feiern, es ist einfach umwerfend. Ich gebe 10 von 5 Sternen 🌟🙏🏼 Vielen Dank an alle Beteiligten an diesem Hotel und natürlich an alle, die mir diesen wunderschönen Urlaub ermöglicht und mir gezeigt haben, dass es so schön ist, dass Sie wiederkommen.

Нам отель понравился. Но мы туристы непритязательные. Были с мужем и дочкой (3,5г.), и еще ездила моя мама, жила в соседнем номере. Поселили рядышком, на третьем этаже. Постельное белье местами с пятнами неотстирывающимися, на всякий случай в день заезда сфотографировали, чтобы потом вдруг не предъявили. Каждый день пополняли воду и чайные пакетики/кофе. Номер просторный, светлый, брали с окном и балконом (есть еще вроде номера без вида, окно не на улицу, а в помещение, но все завешено искусственнойт травой, в общем-то нормально с виду, представляла себе по-другому). Вид у нас был на соседний отель и если посмотртеь вбок - виднелся кусочек моря. Завтраки, увы, не шведский стол, но тем не менее мы всегда наедались и нам хватало. Каждое утро были арбузы - их можно было брать сколько хочешь. А горячее всегда одно и то же, выносили каждому отдельно: яичница, бекон, сосиски, тосты, помидор, огурец и лист салата. Было вкусно. В первый день, конечно, мы были в шоке от такого ”шведского стола”, не ожидали, но нормально. Самое главное - это близость отеля к пляжу. Переходишь через дорогу - и все, на месте. Ну и вообще расположение отеля удачное: и кафе хорошие недалеко, и море рядом. В общем и целом я бы вернулась сюда еще.

Dili in a single room on the 8th floor. The hotel's excellent location and sea view, we even saw fireworks a couple of times. The room has a spacious living room with a kitchen, stove, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and dishes available. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The furniture is not new, but the plumbing is all in good working order and without leaks. The pool is great in the shade of the trees, the birds are singing, the flowers are blooming, the cicadas are chirping. The area is looked after, the area is clean, it’s nice to walk around. The people at the reception are simply amazing, responsive and ready to help. Thank you for our comfortable stay!!! Both children had their birthdays a couple of days after leaving, the amazing girl from the reception congratulated them with a cake and a song... it was unexpected and incredibly pleasant!!!!! Thank you!!

We typically do not complain unless it’s really warranted but this is one of those times. My wife and I stayed at the Wyndham in Playa de Carmen Mexico early this year. After a delayed flight and a long travel day, we finally arrived at 11:30 PM only to be told upon check in that our hotel room has no running water. No other room was offered to us and when we asked we were told that we cannot change rooms!! Needless to say this was unacceptable on so many levels! A year later we decided to put that experience behind us and give the Wyndham another chance so we booked into the Proud Karen beach Wyndham in Phuket Thailand. We chose this hotel over another one because their site said the hotel had a roof top pool and a fitness room. I recently injured myself so a gym is very important for my ongoing rehab. However, once we checked in, were informed by the staff that there was no fitness room nor a roof top pool as both were still under construction. I was feeling frustrated as I specifically choose this hotel for the fitness room and felt that they had misrepresented their amenities on the site. Furthermore, It appeared the hotel was still under renovation as you have to navigate yourself through an old car parkade (see video) and long steep drive way to get to the front desk and only one elevator is operational in each building. We were willing to turn a blind eye to these shortcomings but I needed a fitness room so after 2 days we ask to check out early and get a refund only on the last 2 days. When I called (from room) the manager at the front desk about my request and reason why the call was disconnected so I went to the front counter and when the manager saw me he called the sales agent who informed him to tell me that our room was nonrefundable. At this point I asked to talk to the sales agent on the phone as they appeared to have the authority to grant refunds. As I began to explain to her why I wanted to check out early she rudely cut me off and would not let me finish explaining. I asked her to let me finish speaking and again she cut me off and said that I have to go through my booking agent. The booking agent had already emailed the hotel twice with no reply. We were then told the office was closed so we would have to wait until Monday which was our check out date so that would be too late. An hour later our booking agent mysteriously got a hold off the “closed office” (the sales lady who I had talked to) and he said that she denied our request despite our complaint. There was nothing he could do. I email Wyndham’s head office regarding the matter but had no reply ! This company misrepresents itself and takes no accountability should an issue occur ! Stay clear!!!

That was a nice Hotel. Location is great in all meanings. Hotel is located on cliff just above the sea with beautiful views on a Adaman sea and Karon beach. It is very quiet location suitable for travellers who want to silently sleep at night without any disturbance. Patong, Karon, Kata beaches, boxing stadiums,etc. , all are available by 10 min taxy driving. Cabby arrived all the time to this location even at night and earlier morning . Staff was friendly, room was clean. Shower and hot water 24 hours. Breakfast was simple but tasty, no oroblem at all,absolutely everyone can accept such international food. Overalk, good experience.

Ibis Kata is located nearby Kata beach. The hotel has been around for a while, providing many bedrooms and lots of activities. The hotel itself is abit dated. Reception always get busy. Swimming pool area and breakfast area is pretty decent. There's also a shuttle van from hotel to kata beach and back (5 times a day). Although it is walkable distance too (have to walk around club med area). The telephone in our room is not working during the stay though. And also one of the elevator is out of service during the time as well. Anything else is decent and quite good. The bar lobby area is good for mingle with friends and families. There is also a taxi service from hotel to the airport, you can simply book in advance with the reception team. It is 1000.00 Thai Baht. Special shout out to K. Rujiret (Asst. Front Office Manager) and the crew for being so friendly and going extra miles to help each customer's request.

Such a fun and exciting resort to stay! Beautiful open space at the lobby and huge main areas. Pool was fun eventho mainly for children but we’ve had fun running down them slides. Cafe / bar besides the pool was my favourite area, spent most of my stay there and shoutout to the bar / cafe team. YOU WERE AMAZING! Coffee, tea, pizza, cocktails were delicious grubs. Very biggg dining hall but was abit chaotic during high season. pandemonium I would say and a tad annoyed by the speaker information regarding breakfast hours closing time as its super loud and repetitive for over 10mins 🙃 Staff were kind, service was prompt and immaculate. Full of smile from the whole team. SO SO GREAT! it was a very nice stay. We’ve like our room very much too. So, thank you very much, pammokko! ill be coming back

Located in the south of Phuket, the hotel is merely 200 meters from the beach with a vibrant market just outside the premises. Although, the hotel is located on the hillside its a bit of a climb up to get to the entrance. Nothing too terrible but also not ideal. The rooms and bathrooms are big and spacious with good amenities. The staff is courteous but not very friendly. That's something I noticed throughout my trip to Thailand. Overall a decent experience.

Very Beautiful Hotel, Every details, hotel provides us many things. I love to stay in here. Very relaxing view and experience. Swimming pool is not good for swimming but very nice place to play and take photos around the pool with greenery. Love It!!!

5 minutes from the airport. I like free-up services.Family Room is two floors and two beds.The stairs are very dangerous.The swimming pool is awesome.The staff’s all kind.
