The hotel environment is excellent. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped. I highly recommend the river view rooms – the view of the river is fantastic. The hotel's customer service is top-notch; they even call ahead to communicate with guests. They also provide complimentary welcome fruits and a small cake in the room, which is a lovely touch. The hotel pool is free to use and comes with changing rooms, showers, a steam room, and a sauna. The breakfast selection is also very diverse. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus to the Lujiazui transportation hub. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is superb, truly one of Shanghai's landmark buildings – prominent and unique. Transportation here is incredibly convenient. I don't even need to elaborate on how upscale and luxurious the hotel is. The service is excellent! Another reason I simply have to recommend it is that directly across the pedestrian walkway from the hotel entrance is the famous, beautiful, and highly worthwhile Shanghai History Museum! It turns out the grand staircases found in modern architectural marvels like libraries and art museums today originated at the Shanghai History Museum.

This Dragon Boat Festival, I brought my family, including elders and children, and booked two rooms for three days and two nights. I was really impressed by the excellent service quality. The breakfast had a rich variety of options, and the rooms were spotless. All the staff were incredibly warm and polite. The hotel environment is also fantastic; the pool is super comfortable and clean, and there are even kayaks available to use. They also rent out bicycles and electric bikes, which you can use to cycle around the hotel's central lake. All in all, this hotel offers top-notch quality for its price range. I'll definitely be back if I have the chance!

My overall experience at JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an was excellent, and I'd especially like to thank Guest Service Specialist Reina. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. Reina was professional and meticulous, proactively understanding my business travel needs. She thoughtfully arranged a quiet, high-floor room for me and patiently explained the hotel's office amenities, internet usage, and local business travel information. The room was clean and elegant, with complete office facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, allowing for a restful night after a busy day. During my stay, I contacted Reina for some last-minute needs, and she responded quickly and handled everything appropriately, communicating with a warm and polite demeanor. Her service throughout truly showcased Marriott's professional standards. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the overall environment is grand and comfortable, suitable for both business meetings and short breaks. Reina's attentive and thoughtful service was incredibly heartwarming. I will definitely choose this hotel first for my next business trip.

A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Cassie, whose professionalism was outstanding! She proactively reached out regarding our check-in, providing clear instructions and guiding us through the process upon arrival. Any last-minute requests were handled promptly and efficiently. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and her service was meticulous. With Cassie taking care of everything, we didn't have to worry about a thing during our vacation. The experience was excellent, highly recommended!

This is my second time staying here! The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, and they even provide complimentary welcome fruits. The hotel's location is great, just a few kilometers from Beijing South Station, so I wasn't rushed catching my high-speed train in the morning. There's a mall next door which is super convenient for shopping, and ordering takeout is easy too. This time I stayed for a concert; it's also very close to Mayday's 'P-zone Xidan Concert Venue', making it super convenient to get there – less than a 2km walk. I'll probably choose to stay here again next time I visit.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. Upon check-in, Wang Luchao, the assistant front office manager, gave us a wonderfully warm welcome. He promptly helped us sort out a room and, noticing our dining needs, immediately made a restaurant reservation for us, which was incredibly efficient. The room offered a variety of pillow choices, and they even arranged buckwheat pillows for us. Overall, it's a hotel definitely worth returning to.
