Top hotel in a great location. Bierkönig is a few streets away and the Mega Park is just around the corner. The beach is a few minutes away, but you can also chill out by the pool in the hotel. The hotel provides towels for free. Top service and everything else was perfect too.

RIU Concordia is central to beer and skinke street in the second beach series. The beach is accessible in two minutes' walk, as well as many bars, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is located on a street, with which you get in the room as well as nothing, since the windows and doors are sound-dämpfed after the renovation 3 years ago. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are 120 cm larger than average. There is a large selection of German broadcasters in the TV. Breakfast is similar to a good 4-star hotel (although RIE has abolished the Serrano skin). The great friendliness of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant is to be highlighted. We will certainly book the Concordia again!

This hotel is very nice.  Clean, friendly staffs.  Foods were delicious and lots of varieties.  Location is very near to the beach, just right behind the hotel.  

There’s bus stop 2min away from the hotel so quite convenient.  But it’s far from downtown.  You have to take the bus to get around.  It costs only €2 per trip so still ok.  You can also take the airport bus from the same station.

Overall, this hotel is worth the money.  Would recommend it.

Everything's all right. Hotel clean and staff friendly. The only minus is the lack of water in the room, no kettle for making tea, disposable slippers and a sewing kit... :(

Just the standard RUI Hotel setup…unable to get a booking in any of the specialty restaurants. Buffet restaurants the same repetitive food.

Reception staff need to be more customer focussed I arrived at 8pm given a keycard and a map and pointed in the direction of the room…no one to help with baggage. Requested late checkout on the RUI app had it confirmed and then I find keycard not working on the day after spending the morning by the pool headed to reception was told I should have requested this at reception…at no point in time did the app state this. I was told that the bell boy had put a note under my door..that’s ok if I could actually get into the room to read it, but there was no note !
Would not say this is a 5* hotel more  a 4*.

The hotel is very well located and has a very good buffet. The animation and workers are very helpful. The hotel is a little old but it is very good

Can’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me.

Yesterday, I just arrived at the time and I couldn’t decide whether to book this for three days. I originally decided to bring the baby before leaving or to come by myself. Because it takes four hours to fly in Geneva, I am afraid that he will not be able to make it on the plane. This hotel has two large pools and a children's pool, the hotel is not very green and looks very clean. Three restaurants, buffet, Spanish restaurant and a Fusion restaurant. The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time. Great hotel right by the sea with a great garden! The restaurant was great! Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel, there was little water in the room and Nespresso machine. There was also no cosmetics or soap! Service in the room was OK
