The room was spacious and very clean, making my stay extremely comfortable. All the staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to nearby BTS and MRT stations, which made traveling around the city so easy. Facilities are excellent as well — the 24-hour gym and swimming pool are perfect for both fitness and relaxation. The biggest surprise was the thoughtful birthday cake and card prepared by the hotel, which truly touched me. Overall, Shama stands out in both service and environment, and it’s definitely my top choice of hotel in Bangkok!

I’m a frequent traveller and this hotel is one of the best ones I’ve stayed. Perfect for staying with family, friends or for solo travellers. We just felt like home during our stay at the hotel. We took the superior room and my experience is based on the following factors:

1. Cleanliness - Very beat and clean room and surroundings.
2. Service - Great service front desk and all hotel staff. Very polite and extremely helpful.
3. Amenities - Rooms are sound proof with a nice aircon!! Everything you could possibly need during a family trip was available, including a very nice microwave, cutlery, Iron, smart Tv, a nice balcony, and a huge bathroom..!! The swimming pool was just amazing for both kids and adults..!!! The restaurant at the hotel is great too!! 
4. Locations- Great and easily accessible location with 7/11s all around along with a great marketplace. If you are a party animal, you may need to take a taxi 3-5KM to party places..!! Grab (including food delivery service) and Bolt (taxi service only) are easily available as well..!!

Overall, our experience was just amazing at this place and we will be staying here again in the near future..!!!

Sharma is a wall away from JW Marriott, and a wall away from the entertainment street Nana.
Nana is super noisy at night till about 5am in the morning, if u are facing Nana and a light sleeper, then u are in trouble.
The room and living room is big, comes with an open kitchen and a washing machine. No coffee machine, but there is a 8am to 11am B375 breakfast. Which is well worth the price.

As a frequent business traveler, a decent hotel with approachable location and handy facilities are required. Shama meets all these requirements! If you land at DMK, it only takes you less than half an hour to reach the Hotel without any worry for the traffic jam. Meanwhile, the Hotel is situated at a quiet area with shops, restaurants and massage shops surrounded. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful to provide you information of staying in Bangkok. I stay in a suite room with living area, where you could find a small kitchen. The bed is really comfortable and tidy. Specifically, the shower is really good since the water pressure is high enough. Indeed, the price of this Hotel is really friendly, so you don't need to pay too much, but enjoy a very cozy room! When I travel again in Bangkok, I definitely choose this one again! How about you?

The location is super convenient; the hotel building is right at the exit of Sanba Subway Station, and the surrounding area offers all daily necessities. 

The room was very clean and spacious, with a well-designed, rectangular layout and a simple yet elegant interior—it truly exceeded my expectations. The front desk attendant even upgraded my room for free (it included a washer-dryer combo, a fridge, and a microwave). When I extended my stay the next day, she kindly offered me a member's rate, which was significantly better than what I found online. Thumbs up!

On the day I arrived, they sent a complimentary fruit plate in the afternoon and a voucher for the late-night diner. Breakfast was also plentiful with a good variety of choices!

The housekeeping staff were also very kind and friendly; the lady who brought laundry detergent and fruit always had a smile, making me feel very welcome. When I ordered takeout and the robot delivery was busy, the security guard even personally brought it up to my room. A small detail: the disposable slippers were thicker than those at other hotels in the same price range I’ve stayed at. Overall, my personal experience was extremely satisfying!

The room was spotless and very tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and the nighttime city lights outside were beautiful. The room also came equipped with a microwave, washing machine, stove, and pots and pans. The white porcelain plates and cups looked very appealing. There's also a small square living area, separated from the bedroom by a sliding door, which creates a good sense of space. The bathroom had an electric heated toilet, and the shower area included both a showerhead and a bathtub. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the showerhead—it was a new installation by the hotel—but I must give special praise to Manager Jin, who was on duty that day. He helped resolve the issue, demonstrating great dedication, professionalism, attention to service details, enthusiasm for his work, and incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast was also excellent; Susie from the breakfast service, the male manager on duty, and the chef and aunties were all wonderful. Overall, the stay truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely choose this place again!

Newly opened hotel. It's close to the subway, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, and there is a gym and laundry room, which is especially convenient for business people like us. The breakfast is nutritious and the beef noodles are particularly delicious.

Very clean, the hotel looks very new and toiletries are provided (which some hotels don’t these days!!). The wifi connection is very stable and strong.
The shower is very nice, hot water and the water pressure is very sufficient.
The room is slightly small but acceptable at this price range. Location is nice, few minutes away from MTR station and is accessible to food and mall
They brand themselves as apartment but in my opinion it looks more like a hotel, for instance there isn’t any kitchen. However, monthly rental options are available.

Second stay for this hotel this year.
Tip: If you prefer a quieter stay, do avoid the rooms with City View.
A guest keeper entered my room without much warning 15 minutes after I checked in and entered my room, not sure why this happened.
Overall still a decent 1-night stay given the price point.

It was a very pleasant experience to stay at Sharma Central Hollywood Road Serviced Apartments. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Central, surrounded by a wealth of restaurants, shops and public transportation facilities. The serviced apartments are fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the decoration is modern and comfortable. The room was kept clean and tidy every day throughout our stay which was a real plus.

The front desk service is very professional and enthusiastic. Whether it is check-in or inquiring about surrounding information, the staff can patiently answer and provide help. In terms of facilities, the gym is equipped with advanced equipment so that people can maintain their exercise habits. The privacy and safety of the guests are also highly valued, making the entire stay feel reassuring.

Overall, Sharma Central Hollywood Road Serviced Apartments is a recommended accommodation option. Whether you are on a business trip or a leisure trip, this place can provide you with a comfortable and convenient living environment.
