The room is a duplex with two floors, it's very spacious and has two air conditioners, a fridge, and a fully automatic washing machine. The room is very good, the area is large, the bedding is very clean and comfortable, the scenery outside the window, there is a food street downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, it is only ten minutes away from the train station by taxi, the nozzle is broken, call the front desk lady will soon change the problem, The fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation effect is not good. You can hear the sound upstairs at night. If you are afraid of noisy, you still have to bring earplugs.

This duplex Airbnb offers incredible value for money; it's the best I've stayed in. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and right outside are great spots for photos. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The room was very affordable and the location was great, making it super convenient for travelers. It's an old house, over a hundred years old, so there's no elevator, and naturally, it can't compare to a modern hotel in all aspects. However, it's beautifully decorated with a unique style, and you can even see the Zhanqiao Pier from the room. The soundproofing is quite good, and it was very quiet at night.

The staff were all very friendly and even helped me with my luggage 🧳. I had a very comfortable and convenient stay, so much so that I extended it for another night 😄. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qingdao.

酒店位置很好，門前有停車場免費停車，地鐵站和公交站也幾乎在門口，多種出行方式都很方便。離着金沙灘開車大概10分鐘。周圍吃飯的店鋪也不少，尤其樓下就是超意興，早飯午飯都很方便實惠，晚上還有夜市可以買點宵夜。酒店前台態度還可以，有什麼事情溝通回覆很快。房間很大很乾凈，高層風景不錯能遠遠看到一點海，錯峯出行人少價格實惠，性價比很高。衹是有幾點需要改進——黑色淋浴頭水垢有些多看起來有點臟，使用的自燒熱水器，因儲水量不足，洗澡需要間隔一會。作為家庭房應該考慮小孩子的需求，電視不能投屏也不能用自己的會員，如果不充值它自帶系統的會員衹能看普通電視，小朋友出遊回來後沒有合適節目看衹能玩手機，希望家庭房可以換成目前住宿普遍的投屏電視。定的連續兩天的房間，但房卡衹是一天的，到了晚上回來發現刷不開門讓再去前台操作一次。瑕不掩瑜，依舊是附近最具有性價比的酒店。後續有機會來還會住，希望到時候設施方面能有所改觀。

Hailing from Henan, I haven't stayed in such a comfortable hotel for a long time! They had a washing machine for my wet clothes and a fridge for my bubble tea and water. At this price point, I was surprised to find a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom – my girlfriend was amazed! She absolutely loved the ambient lighting. The kind front desk lady even helped me set up the Wi-Fi and, knowing I get lost easily, recommended some hidden local gems. The cleaning auntie, worried I might not have enough water, brought me two extra bottles. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying: this is a fantastic apartment hotel. It offers great value for money, with spacious rooms and thorough, thoughtful cleaning services for extended stays. We stayed for four nights and had no issues with the cleaning whatsoever. The location is perfect, right at an intersection, and just across the traffic lights from the subway entrance, which is incredibly convenient.

The room was great and very close to Jiezi Ancient Town. It's an excellent choice for business travelers. The desk in the room was large and comfortable, equipped with power outlets and Wi-Fi, making it super convenient for working on a laptop and preparing presentations in the evening. The hotel also offers conference rooms and group meals, which is perfect for team outings. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room was more spacious than I expected, even including a sofa – a great spot to relax and watch TV. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The value for money was excellent; it truly exceeded expectations. I'd definitely consider this place for future team gatherings.
