I stayed at the Wyndham hotel from March 19-21, and this experience truly exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly heartwarming. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind, gentle, and patient throughout the check-in process, which was very efficient. They answered all my questions meticulously, making me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant and clean, and the rooms are spacious and quiet with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is also quite good, making for a very relaxing stay. The location is also very convenient, close to Joy City, which makes dining and shopping effortless. What surprised me most was the hotel's thoughtful arrangement of a free shuttle service to and from the concert venue, ensuring a safe and hassle-free trip. After the show, I didn't have to worry about the struggle of getting a taxi, which was incredibly considerate for us concert-goers. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with both the service and the environment. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuhan. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, and the soft bedding made for a comfortable night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The bathroom had ample hot water, and it's great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

This hotel deserves a perfect five-star rating! The room view was absolutely stunning, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, and fantastic natural light. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support – after a long day, lying down felt instantly relaxing, and I slept soundly until morning. The room decor was minimalist yet luxurious, with new and clean facilities and thoughtful touches everywhere, making for a truly comfortable stay.

I especially have to commend the gym! It's fully equipped with treadmills, multi-functional trainers, and more. The environment is clean and bright. Being able to fit in a run or a workout between business meetings instantly relieved my travel fatigue – it's incredibly convenient for business travelers.

The service was warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient for transportation. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this hotel is absolutely perfect. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Very close to the stadium, the hotel is the first choice for concerts. The service is very considerate, but the breakfast variety is not very large! 
A small suggestion: because my coat was soaked by the rain, I wanted to dry it, but the hotel did not have a dryer. I feel that a dryer is a necessary facility!

My overall stay was exceptionally pleasant. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it very convenient to take the subway to Yuelu Mountain and explore the city center. The lobby is elegant and grand, and the room was meticulously clean. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the soundproofing was quite good. Linda, a member of the staff, provided thoughtful and attentive service, and checked me in very efficiently. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. This hotel is perfect for both tourists and short trips. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Changsha.

The hotel is great, with spacious rooms and a tolerable central AC noise level. The curtains do an excellent job of blocking out light, and there are no strange odors. It truly upholds the standards of a good hotel.

The underground parking with charging stations is a definite plus.

The hotel lobby design is exquisite, and the staff are well-trained, generous, and enthusiastic, raising the winter temperature by a comfortable 1.685 degrees. And they're quite good-looking too, a feast for the eyes. The HR department certainly has good taste!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings. It's just a short walk along the lake to the metro station, making it super convenient—only one stop to Yuelu Academy and four stops to Orange Isle.

The staff, especially Bella, were absolutely wonderful and always willing to help. 👍 The cleaning staff and front desk team were always friendly, greeting us warmly every time we saw them. So much warmth and hospitality!

The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which even included disinfectant wipes and toilet seat covers. The breakfast spread was excellent, featuring a wide variety of options including local specialties like Sugar Oil Baba and Changsha Noodles. They were generous with the toppings too—I really enjoyed the large chunks of beef! 🥰

The room was big and clean. Free disposable bathtub covers are provided, which is very nice. However, there are no things for children, such as slippers and toothbrushes. This still needs to be improved. After all, more and more families are traveling now, whether it is shopping malls or hotels, if there is a fuss about children's services, it will be very marketable. I didn't expect that such a brand hotel would not provide daily necessities or entertainment facilities for children.
Let me emphasize again, the lake view king bed room stated on Ctrip is an extra-large bed of 2.2 meters. We, a family of four, decided to take into account the room area and the size of the bed. Who knew that the bed was actually 2 meters long, which was completely insufficient for sleeping. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor.

The service was excellent, and the hotel's environment and cleanliness were top-notch. They have a kids' play area, laundry room, and a well-equipped gym on the upper floors. There's also an outdoor pool, which I highly recommend. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. Plus, they offer free shuttle service to Disneyland and Pudong Airport, which is a huge bonus! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Shanghai.
