The room is clean and hygienic. You can dry clothes on the balcony, which is very comfortable. Food nearby is also cheap. When you go out, go left at the intersection and turn right. There is a spicy hotpot run by a local that tastes authentic. Especially the fruit shop on the corner. The fruit is fresh, cheap and delicious. It is very cost-effective. I recommend it to you.

The room is very spacious, clean and tidy, the front desk service attitude is good, and the location is not far from the airport. There is also a free pick-up and drop-off service. Location a bit off the city area but best to access to the airport for overnight transit stay. The facilities was great, very clean and conducive for a nice rest. The reception staffs were very helpful and kind to help with airport shuttle service (Xiao Lou). Very accessible and near to airport as well. Would recommend this stay for transiting tourists and guest. Good!

The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need to be close to the airport. Unfortunately, this was the night the central hotel airvent decided to malfunction resulting in a continuous loud noise throughout the hallway. At 1am I made my way down to reception who informed me that the staff was working to solve the problem; eventually it was fixed.
The saving grace to my stay was the friendliness of the receptionist and the smooth check in upon arrival. The room was clean and provided all the amenities needed for a 1 night stay.
Airport pickup was prompt and it took about 20 mins to get there. Airvent aside, I would recommend this hotel if you need to catch an early flight. It's worth the price point.

This hotel is directly next to XiaoShan airport but to go out from airport area and arrive to hotel you need only 15 minutes by car.
Rooms are very big and super clean.
Staff is very friendly and they paid taxi fare from airport to hotel because i arrived after at 3am, and their shuttle bus from airport stop working between 2:00am and 4:00 am
Recommended if you have an early flight from Hangzhou XiaoShan AirPort.

The hotel is very close to the airport and subway, and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel is newly opened, the room is fully equipped, there is a laundry room, and clothes can be dried. GGuest UserLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

WWangThe staff are very friendly and very helpful. Very patient and polite we we felt very well taken care of. Even the security guard are very helpful. They give us supper vouchers when we are hungry at 10 pm. Very attentive to every single request or comments we make.

The only thing I hope they can improve is the ceiling can be taller in the room and the toilet can be a bit more quiet. But everything else is good.

We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Highly recommended.

YYellow叶美It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

GGuest UserIt's very close to the subway station, and all the hotel's facilities are on the passing level. It's great that more than 200 hotels in Hangzhou can have this level. There are also restaurants nearby, which is okay as a business hotel.

GGuest UserLet's talk about the good side first: the overall environment is good, the barbecue is good, it is a good place to camp and watch the sunset, it is very pastoral style.
Areas that need improvement: 1. The fruit plate was ordered and confirmed repeatedly, but it was not delivered in the end 2. There are many insects, and I encountered four or five ** insects and spiders crawling in the curtains and door cracks. 3. The bathtub can't hold water, so it's a waste of such a large bathtub. I put water in it for several hours, and finally found that the bathtub plug is not firm at all and can't block the water. 4. There is a lot of humidity, and the quilt and pillow have a musty smell 5. The room is generally old 6. The data cable actually needs to scan the code to pay for charging, which is a lesson for me

XXishuianbianAdvantages: The location is really convenient, very close to the Southern Song Palace Ruins Museum and Hefang Street; the stay was just before the Qingming Festival, the price was reasonable, and the cost performance was very high; the whole building of Vanke Golden Finished Products is an apartment, and there are security guards in the lobby on the first floor at any time, which feels very safe; there are convenience stores, fruit stores and SF Express's small transfer point nearby, and takeout and express delivery can be delivered in the apartment building; there is a small kitchen where you can cook some meals with an induction cooker and a refrigerator for food that needs to be refrigerated or frozen; it is very convenient to take buses, subways, shared bicycles and taxis around. The landlord responded promptly, friendly and patient. During the period, the wifi in the room needed to be repaired, and the landlord also actively helped us contact the master to repair it on site; he replied to me at more than ten o'clock in the evening on how to use the projector, thank you very much🙏
Disadvantages: The towels are not clean, and I don't know what the shampoo in the bathroom is. When using it, the hair sticks together and it is difficult to comb it out, which is relatively rare in homestays and hotels nowadays. The trouble is that the hot water supply is insufficient. The hot water is basically almost over in twenty minutes, and you need to wait for a while to use it again. The bathroom door is ladleful and can't be closed.
In short, except that the bathroom needs to be opened and closed, everything else is pretty good. It is cost-effective and practical.
