The lady at the front desk was very nice and upgraded the room for free. The whole place was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the corn and steamed dumplings. I will still choose this hotel next time.

The hotel is located close enough to the sanyauli metro station. The staff are friendly and very helpful plus they offer a good enough breakfast. It's central to many local restaurants and there is a massage SPA next to the hotel.

There is a free parking lot🅿️, rest assured, peace of mind. The room is clean and hygienic. The environment is good, I will stay at his house next time. It's really good. I really recommend it. You can also late to check out for free, which is really considerate. , ^_^

Hotel room hygiene is very good, there is a laundry room, it is very convenient, it can be dried directly after washing, the environment is also very good, the front desk and the waiter are very warm, they will say hello when they see it, there is also a place to eat next to it, overall very satisfied, recommended to stay!

The room is quite spacious, yet quite old and the window glazing is not cleaned outside. The sound proofing is quite poor, easily heard the sounds from upper floors

The location of the hotel is super good and the transportation is very convenient. It is at most 50 meters away from the subway entrance. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and the facilities are new. My two kids love it very much. Especially the Monkey King in various shapes in the hotel, everyone wants to take one home. When I was first making a guide, I noticed the rave reviews of this hotel, so I was looking forward to it even before checking in. As expected, everything I saw was a surprise. The service staff are very professional and friendly, especially Miss Zhou at the front desk. Thank you very much. I got up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight. Thank you very much for your thoughtful preparation of breakfast for our family, and even provided tissues. I, who already like Hangzhou, feel even more moved because of you. Everyone I met in Hangzhou was kind and friendly, even the maintenance man who came over when something went wrong at the hotel made people feel warmer. Because of you, I love Hangzhou even more. Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.
