Hotels near Westminster in London

There are disposable thick slippers. The toiletries are all L'Occitane. It's clean. I might book here again if I go to London next time. It's very cost-effective among the four-star hotels in London.

Very convenient location, friendly staff. Room is small and sound insulation is nonexistent but that is very common for most budget hotels in central London. One thing that is very confusing is that there is a note inside the room saying this place is not a licensed hotel and it is operating independently and individually. The sign and the name of the hotel does clearly say Best Western though so not sure what is that about?

We stayed for one night at the Wellington Hotel and everything was absolutely immaculate from start to finish. It was a special trip for our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful cake and a lovely card waiting for us, which was such a kind and personal touch. On top of that, we were generously given a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The service throughout was excellent—professional, warm, and attentive. A special mention has to go to the male receptionist who arranged everything for us. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. His attention to detail and kindness did not go unnoticed, and he truly made a difference to our experience. We can’t thank the team enough and will definitely be staying again. Highly recommended!

Location is amazing, right in the centre underground, food, shops all within walking distance. The capsule room itself is clean, mattress comfy, nice lighting and big mirror and sufficient hooks to hang stuff. Room is very quiet and surprisingly blocks out sound so great for a quiet good sleep even in the mornings when people are packing and moving around. Love that they have a fan in the room that is great to keep air circulating but can get a bit hot but lifting the shutter door a few inches helps. Although good hook space not great for someone with more than a backpack as there is no place to put a suitcase near you. Although check out is 10am the cleaners rush and can end up clearing and cleaning your room before you are even ready to check out yet. Check in progress is supposed to be easy but in trying to make things easier they just made more unnecessary steps. Like you can check in online but still have to check in when you arrive? There is security at the door at all times which feels safe as you have to confirm you have a room key before they let you into the building. Shared bathroom is close by to the room, showers are great plenty of hot water, sufficient space to put your stuff and hang stuff, toilets lack hooks and insufficient sink space compared to showers and toilets. No room to place essentials when using the sink and although they try cleaning the shared bathroom is lacking just due to the amount of people having to share that one bathroom. I would say at least 3 rooms have access to that one shared bathroom and each of those big rooms can fit 30+ people if full. Overall for a short overnight trip I would definitely stay again just due to comfort and location.

The location is not absolutely central, and the tube station was 10 minutes walk, but was convenient and quiet. There were two pubs nearby for food and drinks. The hotel reception was efficient and friendly. It was not the usual Hyatt Regency with limited facilities. The room I requested with a view of the Big Ben was amazing. However, it had a relatively small bed. The shower facilities were good and modern.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The service was friendly and attentive, with staff always willing to help. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. I also enjoyed the food — there was a good variety, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely breakfast more like brunch. Rooms are large and well appointed . Some communal areas needs a refresh. Small but nice spa facilities . Variety of restaurants. Liked the bottled milk in tea/ coffee tray. And complimentary Bombay mix. Some work going on in hotel however not noticeable during a weekend stay.

Arrived back at the hotel in London very late on my first night, cold and hungry. It was past midnight when I called for room service and asked the front desk if there was heating. Soon after, two staff members came up: one brought food into the room, and the other brought a heater. They even helped set the room's air conditioning to heat mode. The British are truly very polite and have a great sense of service!

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Victoria Station, and there's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff are very nice. The hotel facilities are complete. Overall, my stay was quite good.

New hotel in a great location. We had the family room. Beds are comfortable but difficult to get in and out as the space was very tight. Too much furniture in the studio - no room to place luggage & bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen in a new hotel. No space for toiletries. The family room is an accessible room which may not suit everyone.
