Rooms are very spacious and clean. More pillow options will be better.
Only one restaurant with limited selection but no issue as mall next door has tons of options.
But after 10pm need to walk one big round outside to return to hotel.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around and manage luggage easily. A good option if you prefer bigger rooms compared to newer compact hotels.
Location is very convenient, especially being near Kota Kasablanka mall, with lots of dining and shopping options just a short walk away.
Breakfast was average—decent variety but nothing particularly standout.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with great service. Would consider staying here again.

Located in the heart of the Mega Kuningan business district, the hotel offers a sophisticated escape from the city’s bustle. The rooms are incredibly spacious and well-appointed, but the real highlight is the world-class dining specifically the breakfast at Sailendra Restaurant, which is easily one of the best in the city. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Whether you are there for business or leisure, the impeccable service and prime location make it a top-tier choice in Jakarta.

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoThe hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes.
Cleanliness is fairly acceptable.
However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient.
The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression.
I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings.
The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in.
There were also some minor disappointments:
No tissue was provided in the room.
My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties.
Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated.
Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

TTravel RythmMixed feeling
Upon arrival the initial room assigned was a major letdown, which immediately affected our comfort level. More concerning were the cleanliness issues: we found a stain on the bed linens pillow blanket and the sofa.
On the positive side, the room was very large and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.
Fortunately, the front desk staff were understanding and professional when we raised these concerns. Manager Arry promptly arranged for us to move to a different room. The second room was much cleaner and significantly improved our stay (I forget to take picture of the second room).
While our initial experience was poor due to the condition of the first room, we appreciate the hotel's quick and effective resolution of the issue.
Breakfast not bad, morethan enough to fill our stomach. For the price we've paid I think worth it, hotel also have afternoon tea on lobby for hotel guests every 5-7pm if I am correct. And hotel also connect to Epiwalk mall, a small mall but there is a supermarket on B1 and plenty restaurant.
Overall The Grove Suite by Grand Aston is recommended especially for family or business.

GGuest UserArtotel is a brilliant mid level brand, where the service and design often make it much better than hotel chains with more stars. Casa Kuningan have wonderful helpful staff, modern clean, comfortable rooms and a good, fresh breakfast and usually spa service to the room. Would highly recommend for solo and business travellers staying in Jakarta.

GGuest UserRoom a bit small but that's ok. One thing that irritated us ( me and my friends, we had 3 rooms x 3 couple) the lack of lighting. Only bedside lamps and 1 above the desk that are not enough to cover the whole room, too dim. Of course there are the entrance way & toilet lights.

KKaurJac313Super huge rooms. Value for money. Near the malls and offices I needed to be at. But WiFi was really bad. Breakfast was an ok spread. Families are recommended as you can cook and wash. Safe area too
