Easy check-in and they even allowed me to check in around 1pm, which was a great start after arriving in Bangkok. They also gave me a welcome drink voucher which I redeemed at the Level 6 restaurant — a small gesture, but a nice touch after travelling. The room size was surprisingly good, very clean, comfortable and honestly exceeded my expectations for the price point. Everything felt properly maintained and the overall stay was smooth from start to finish. Location is one of the biggest strengths here. The hotel sits right above the MRT station, making it super convenient to move around Bangkok without getting stuck in traffic. Central Ladprao mall is directly opposite the hotel as well, so food, shopping and coffee options are all within walking distance. There are also a few massage shops nearby if you just want to unwind after a long day. Another thing I liked was the facilities at Level 6. The swimming pool was actually very nice and relaxing, while the gym was surprisingly well-equipped compared to many hotels in this category. Definitely usable for a proper workout instead of just a few random machines. And one small but very practical detail — there’s a 7-Eleven right at the entrance of the hotel. Extremely convenient for drinks, snacks or late-night supper runs. Overall, a wonderful stay with a very practical location, clean rooms, solid facilities and easy connectivity around Bangkok. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and cleanliness was very good. Room was spacious with a dining/ study table and office chair. Location of hotel was right beside Central Ladprao mall and a train station, and can be easily accessed through the link bridge that cuts through the carpark. Highly recommended!

The Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay, which made it easy to stay connected. The location in Phahonyothin 35 is perfect for those who want to experience a more authentic side of Bangkok while staying well-connected to the city center. It is just a short, manageable walk or a quick motorbike taxi ride to the BTS Ratchayothin station, which puts the rest of the city within easy reach. The surrounding neighborhood is convenient as well, with a 7-Eleven nearby and plenty of delicious local food stalls along the alley. I also loved the little extras provided by the hotel, like the massage chair in the common area and the free snacks and coffee provided in the lobby. Metro Hotel Phahol 35 is a ”smart travel” choice that doesn't feel like a budget hotel; it feels like a modern home away from home. Between the wonderful staff, the well-equipped rooms, and the unbeatable price, I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Bangkok. This hotel is very conveniently located near Don Mueang Airport — only about 16 minutes by Grab. There are several lovely night markets nearby, plus a 7/11 within easy walking distance. The hotel café serves good drinks and food, and welcome juice was provided in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean with a great balcony view. There was a constant dripping sound on the balcony, but otherwise it was comfortable. Amenities were sufficient, although there was no hand soap provided. The fridge also appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned. The staff were consistently lovely and provided excellent service. In terms of location, it is ideal for airport access but far from major attractions like Ancient City. Highways include tolls, and traffic can be very congested — we experienced a 40-minute delay with Grab due to traffic. The metro is available but requires a walk, mostly alongside a busy highway in the heat. It takes longer to reach central areas, though it does avoid road congestion. One important note: the hotel checks rooms at checkout, which takes about 5–10 minutes. Since Grabs arrive quickly due to the airport proximity, allow extra time so you do not keep your driver waiting while your deposit is processed. Overall, a good airport-area stay with friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Stayed here for 4 days for a concert at union mall. They provided buggy to and fro to BTS due to their quit secluded hotel location. Lotus is just 5 mins away and also near BTS. Staff is extremely helpful. Room is clean, provided with free netflix. Minor hiccups for my room is the unlockable balcony lock . Breakfast is not provided but they have a 24 HR lounge, equipped with a coffee machine and some small tidbits Overall, I have such a wonderful time and will come back again ☺️❤️

This hotel is perfect for guests arriving on late flights who want to check in quickly. It's not far from Don Mueang Airport, and the hotel's cleanliness is good. The design has some unique touches, and the security is also excellent. Many families with children stay here. Overall, we're very satisfied.

I always stay here when my car is in for repairs. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel has a large outdoor parking lot. A laundromat is within walking distance. It's a bit far from the city center, and public transportation isn't very convenient, but overall, it's still a good option.

The room environment is really good, and the facilities are decent too. The front desk service was excellent. They also have a self-service laundry, which is very convenient, and a gym and pool. For basic use, it's perfectly satisfactory.

The hotel is fully equipped with amenities for women, and there's a communal bathroom on the 4th floor, which makes personal business more convenient. I highly recommend this hostel for solo female travelers (you'll have to take your chances with roommates, though, so it's best for light sleepers). Overall, I definitely recommend it!

I prefer lunch time menu For this menu start from 11AM And just 129 bhat The foood is reaaly good When I stayed in this hotel They have lucky draws And i got free chicken and rice Its really good I also order padthai and thats amazing
