"I stayed for 3 nights. The location is good, but it's a bit of a walk from the nearest BTS station, which was a little tough with a large suitcase. However, it's easy to get around by calling a motorcycle taxi via Grab. Although it's one of the lower-tier Hilton brands, the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a great variety and delicious food."

"It was a very lovely hotel. The rooms was spacious and they refilled the bottles of water each day I was staying there. There were bus stops in walkable distances. The hotel staff were friendly and helped me with showing me the room and my luggage. Only downside was that my room was facing the road so I was able to hear the street noise. Other than that it was perfect."

"This hotel is pretty great for solo travelers if you”re looking for a budget hotel. The location of this hotel is really perfect if you want to go to the city center or some tourist attractions such as Chinatown, Icon Siam, Asiatique, etc. And if you crave for Indian food, there is the Indian restaurant near the hotel lobby. Also 7-11 is not that far from the hotel. So I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers and whoever needs a budget hotel. :D"

The hotel has a fitness center, although there is no swimming pool. Breakfast was decent but fairly basic, with a limited selection. The buffet included an American breakfast, congee, noodle soup, a few Thai dishes, bread, pastries, and bakery items. Parking was plentiful and convenient. The only area that needs improvement is the service. Compared with other branches, the staff’s hospitality and service mind were noticeably below expectations. With better customer service, the overall experience would be much more impressive."

"The hotel has modern amenities and a very clean, tidy room design. It is a bit far from the train station, taking about 10 minutes to get there. There are a few 7-Elevens nearby, but no markets in the area. However, the location is close to ICONSIAM, which is only about 5 minutes away by motorbike. Overall, the hotel is clean, modern, and quiet. It’s worth staying and offers good value for money. It also doesn’t require a 500 Thai Baht deposit like some other hotels."

"The location isn't great; it's about a 19-minute walk from the BTS station. There are two 7-Eleven stores and a cosmetics shop nearby. The front desk seems to discriminate against third-party bookings. My room type was supposed to be on floors 4-17, but when I arrived at noon, they told me I'd have to wait an hour. When I came back at 2 PM, I still had to wait longer. Eventually, they gave me a room on the 7th floor. The window of this room faced another building, so there was absolutely no sunlight; I even had to turn on the lights at 2 or 3 PM when the sun is usually brightest. Furthermore, the Caucasian couple checking in before me got a free upgrade, but I didn't. Is this discrimination? Also, I stayed for two nights, and after finishing the tea bags on the first night, they weren't replenished on the second day. I'm really surprised; a Holiday Inn shouldn't be like this."

"The location wasn't particularly bad, and there were tuk-tuks parked right in front of the hotel, which was great because I could go out and explore right after checking in. The room was clean, and while some might be bothered by the cleanliness of the bathroom, it didn't bother me personally. The front desk staff were very polite, and I had a lot of fun with the hotel's amenities like the pool, gym, and table tennis. It was also convenient to have a Lawson and a 7-Eleven nearby. Oh, and the big pink bear right inside the hotel entrance was really cute, which I liked."

"This hotel is super convenient! It's within walking distance to Iconsiam. Plus, they offer a hotel boat service to the pier, which saves you from traffic jams. You can also easily get to Songwat by boat from here. It's great to have boat access for all your comings and goings! There's also a 7-Eleven and a massage parlor right outside the hotel."

The common areas are a fantastic feature—they are beautifully designed and provide a relaxed, inviting space to sit, work, or dine. The guest rooms themselves are stunning: beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and feel very well cared for. The attention to detail in the décor, lighting, and general upkeep truly showcases the owners' thoughtful commitment to their guests' comfort. The location is excellent. It's strategically situated very close to the Si Phraya pier, which means you have easy and quick access to the river crossing and can be at ICONSIAM in mere minutes. Good to Know (The Stairs) The only minor point to note is that the building is a four-story structure and does not have an elevator. However, this is instantly mitigated by the excellent service: staff are available and happy to help carry your luggage, making the stairs a non-issue even with heavy bags. In summary, this hometel is a charming, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located alternative to a standard hotel. Highly recommended!"

"This time, we stayed in the newer section, which locals call Bangkok Ji. The advantage here is that it's only about a 5-6 minute walk to the BTS station; you just walk a few steps downstairs and you're there to catch the BTS. Plus, there's a local shopping mall and a night market nearby, which is quite convenient. Overall, the hotel is quite large, but the downside of this particular section is that it's very close to a bridge, so if you open the balcony door, the traffic noise can be quite loud. However, the view is still decent. The breakfast is a mixed buffet. The overall facilities are a bit dated, but they are generally well-maintained. There's also a ferry service to Iconsiam across the river, running approximately once an hour until evening, which is also convenient!"
