⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The room was spacious and comfortable for two people. The hotel offers a very peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to relax. It also has easy access to transportation and nearby destinations, which made getting around convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

The hotel offered a solid and comfortable stay overall. The rooms were clean, practical, and provided everything needed for a pleasant visit. One aspect that stood out positively was the security staff member, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, creating a welcoming and safe atmosphere throughout the stay. Another great advantage was the parking situation, it was convenient to access, and free of charge, which made the overall experience even more stress-free. Overall, a reliable hotel with good service and great value for money.

The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the massage parlor next door is also very good. The hotel itself has a pleasant environment, complete with a swimming pool, gym, and restaurant, making it incredibly convenient. The price is reasonable, offering great value for money.

Its a good hotel with friendly staff + good breakfast, clean rooms, good airco, everyday towel change, pool on the roof. - shower or toilet could smell like sewer (not in the room only at bathroom AFTER use but many simpel hotels have this problem) They however could give some spray in the bathroom. - bed is a bid hard. Price is good to what u get :) second time i came here for me fine hotel. Can u not handle some small minus points for a good price them don’t book here. :)

The hotel's location is great. It's about a 15-minute walk from the MRT station. There's a 7-Eleven about 100 meters away, as well as a massage parlor and a popular 'influencer' restaurant. After dinner, it's just a five-minute stroll to Lumphini Park to see the monitor lizards. Being tucked away in an alley, it's quiet yet still close to the action. The security guard was always super friendly, greeting us every day and helping with our luggage. We had a really comfortable stay for several days.

Perfect stay! Great location – Just a stone’s throw from the BTS station. Very short walking distance to McDonald’s, the 24-hour Don Don Donki, night markets, and plenty of massage places. Good breakfast – Japanese-style breakfast and tasty. Lovely amenities – Comfortable pyjamas are provided, and there are washing machines and dryers available for self-service laundry, which is very convenient. Suggestion for improvement – It would be even better if body lotion could be provided in the room.

First at all, I would like to thanks reservation manager Ms Tassy, she really very kindness and polite… we went bkk for celebration birthday and anniversary, when Ms Tassy knew she try to use her right to give us a small surprise for us during staying her hotel.. the hotel location was good

I really enjoyed my stay at 56 Surawong Hotel. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the train and right in the heart of Silom where everything is happening. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, whether I needed an iron or anything else during my stay. If I had to mention one small improvement, the open shower design means water can get all over the bathroom floor. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect, within walking distance of Lumpini Park and the One Bangkok mall. The room feels just like a standard one-bedroom condo and has everything you need for a long-term stay, including kitchenware. I only stayed for the weekend, but it’s fully equipped for longer visits. Upon check-in, the staff apologized multiple times about the nearby construction work, warning that it might be noisy during the day. However, I was out all day, so I can't really say how loud it actually was. Overall, a great experience!

Seeing me with luggage, a staff member proactively came over to help me carry my bags to the room. They were genuinely sincere, always greeting me whether I was coming in or going out. It created a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere, free from any sense of unfamiliarity or distance. Check-in was quick and easy, and they patiently and thoroughly explained anything I didn't understand. There were even staff members who spoke Chinese, so communication was completely seamless. They clearly answered all my questions about local dining and transportation, and were willing to help with any small requests. The attention to detail in their service was truly impressive. The biggest advantage of this small hotel is its fantastic location. Transportation is incredibly convenient, being very close to the metro station—just a few minutes' walk to the entrance. Traffic jams are common in Bangkok, so staying near the metro saves so much hassle. You can take the subway directly to major shopping districts, night markets, and attractions. Whether it's shopping in Siam, visiting popular spots, or transferring to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport, everything is smooth. You don't have to worry about getting around at all, saving a lot of time waiting for taxis, which is a huge bonus for tourists. The hotel's surroundings also have excellent amenities. Not far downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store and local eateries. It's incredibly convenient if you want to buy water, snacks, daily necessities, or just grab a quick Thai meal. Although it's not a large hotel and lacks amenities like a concierge or doorman, the basic services are impeccable. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is fresh and dry—perfectly adequate for daily rest. Overall, it offers great value for money. The staff are warm and attentive, always greeting you proactively. Getting around is super convenient thanks to the metro. It's suitable for both short stays and transit. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok!
