"The hotel is in a picturesque location, surrounded by mountains, hills, greenery, trees, etc. However, the rooms' windows face the pool and look into each other. Everyone keeps their curtains drawn, so you sit in your room and don't see any of the beautiful views at all. You can barely see anything from the inner courtyard either. The mattress on the bed is hard, making for a poor night's sleep. I mentioned this to the administrator, and she replied that it's not a five-star hotel, implying soft mattresses are only found there. Really? I've stayed in several hostels where the mattresses were excellent! There's a shared kitchen with a gas stove, but I didn't see any frying pans or pots. There's a medium-sized fridge, plates (some with chipped edges, which could really be replaced), cutlery, a kettle, and small mugs. The staff is nice, and it's clean all around. Overall, the hotel is not worth the money."

"Thanks to the hotel for decorating our honeymoon room. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it, even folding the tissues and toilet paper into fan shapes. It felt very ceremonial. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport, so it's a bit out of the way. There's no 7-Eleven nearby, but there's a large Lotus supermarket. However, it's a bit far to walk. I recommend stopping at this Lotus before heading to the hotel, as it's along the same main road. There's also a small night market outside Lotus, which, though not big, has plenty of food options. Breakfast at the hotel was pretty standard, but you can definitely fill up. The hotel is very eco-friendly, with lots of large red ants around, and we even saw millipedes. We woke up to bird calls in the morning. My only complaint is that you have to close the room door quickly at all times because many insects can fly in. We also saw ants and small bugs inside the room. Also, the water in the toilet bowl always looked yellowish, and many areas around it were a bit rusty. Despite this, the hotel offers excellent value for money. It's a perfect choice if you're staying for your first or last night before heading to the airport. We had an early morning flight the next day, and I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"The hotel is clean, and overall it's good. My only issue – and I'm not sure if it's the same in other rooms – is that the bathroom mirror faces the bed, and it's so bright it illuminates the entire room, making it impossible to sleep. Personally, I'd suggest they fix this. Other than that, everything else is good; the room is clean, and they offer car rental."

"Loved my stay at Ma Doo Bua Stay. The room was clean, breakfast was great (better than other hotels), and the staff were very polite. But the main thing is, this place is incredibly beautiful! There are professional photographers with drones who can take amazing aerial photos and videos for only 1500 baht. It's definitely worth coming here just for the pictures! Another plus is their own cafe with various food options on site. Highly recommend!"

"The surroundings are convenient, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is great. They also offer a free shuttle. It's so much better than Patong – not as crowded or noisy. It's a five-minute drive to Bang Tao Beach, or about a half-hour walk. This was my favorite hotel of the trip, and it offers excellent value for money."

There's a full length mirror and a fridge. It has places to hang your clothes. Several seating areas. There's a little balcony to relax and overlooks the pool. Cons Far from the exciting attractions like Tiger kingdom/ elephant sanctuary / Patong etc. If you are interested in these things be prepared to spend alot on transportation costs. The hotel could add a bit more entertainment options for its guests. Side note: you can check out Bang Tao beach it's clean and more private. It's a little over 30 minutes from the hotel."

"I only stayed at this hotel for one night. It's generally suitable for a short stopover during a road trip, but personally, I wouldn't be very comfortable staying longer. The room is small, and the furniture and plumbing are quite dated. Hot water was also a bit inconvenient – the temperature can only be adjusted on the boiler, and it's impossible to get it right at the tap and in the shower. There was also an issue with the toilet: the water in the tank was constantly yellow for some reason, giving the impression that the plumbing wasn't working correctly. Overall, it wasn't very aesthetically pleasing. On the plus side, the staff was friendly, there's convenient parking for those arriving by car, and a shop is within walking distance. The hotel doesn't offer meals. Overall, it's more of an option for a single night without high expectations for comfort."
