Check in and out was good, the room was nice and big bathroom but no smart tv so no YouTube 😩 beds where a bit too hard and no PowerPoints next to beds👎🏻 The buffet breakfast was below par, poor choice and poor quality way to many people it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think🤕 it was very uncomfortable, pool was ok but saunas where locked😞 Over all the hotel was very old and dated furniture from the 40s and not clean, don't think I'll stay here again.

The hotel is nice with good service. The rooms were clean and everything was well arranged. We were lucky and being upgraded to 2 bedroom when we checked in. Snack bar are free and this was suprised us. We felt this hotel warm and with passion. The swimming pool with jacuzzi was great. Let's relax just right at the same building and you can enjoy spa and massage whenever you like. Overall rating is high on this hotel and highly recommended.

The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options and excellent service. The location is perfect—conveniently close to key attractions, shopping areas, and transport links, making it easy to get around. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

First time staying at the Four Points Hotel, and everything was great. We were warmly welcomed, and the doorman helped carry our bags. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist us whenever we needed help. The location is very strategic, with the BTS station located right beside the hotel, making it very convenient to travel around the city. There are also many convenient shops nearby, including 7-Eleven and a large pharmacy offering a wide range of daily necessities and groceries. The area also has a local market and a very nice coffee shop. We will definitely stay here again next time.

We used to travel to Bkk for medical tourism and take medical treatments at Bumrungrad Hospital. Furama Xclusive Sukhumvit Hotel is our favorite accommodation, which is just opposite the hospital across the narrow lane.We found it very convenient to stay whenever we visit Bkk for medical follow-ups. We highly appreciate the cleanliness, staff friendliness, location, amenities and reasonable room rates. We highly recommend those who are seeking treatment at the hospital stay in this hotel.

The beds are comfortable but staying in a plastic capsule in a country where 30C degrees is common makes it incredibly stuffy to sleep in, even with the added fan. There was a weird stench in the hallway and bathroom, couldn’t figure out what it was. While a common room does exist, its on the 6th floor and easy to miss, since there’s no elevator access. For solo travellers on a budget and not looking to meet anyone in the hostel, its an “OK” place to stay.

The location was very good, near Phloen Chit BTS (7 mins walk) or hitch a complimentary ride from the hotel tuk tuk at every half hour. 10 mins away walk from Sukhumvit..Grab costs under 150 THB to anywhere central. The room was big and generally clean though a bit dated. Breakfast was OK. We actually ordered breakfast on the 3rd day via Grab Food for something different. The counter staff was very helpful and pleasant with our request for a late check out and some stationary. Airport transit was arranged for us at 500 THB including highway charges, good for if you don't want to stress over trying to find a last minute ride to the airport

Stayed 4 nights at Mercure Bangkok Makkasan, and overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there are a few things worth noting before booking. The room itself was well equipped with all the essentials. Clean, functional, and comfortable enough for a few nights. No major issues with the room setup, and it serves its purpose well for resting after a long day out. However, the main issue is really the location. The hotel feels quite secluded, with almost nothing within a 1 km radius. Even walking to the nearest Petchaburi train station involves going along a main road, which can feel a bit unsafe, especially at night. Another thing that stood out was the bathroom design. The toilet and shower are connected to the room with a semi full-length door, so the air conditioning from the room seeps in. This makes it quite cold when showering, and at the same time, any odours from the toilet can drift into the room — not the most ideal setup. The check-in lobby is located on level 8, while there’s a concierge at level 1, which can be slightly inconvenient initially. That said, I have to highlight that the concierge team was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and making the stay more pleasant. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to Petchaburi station every hour, and for the return trip, you can message them to arrange pickup, which helps a bit. On the positive side, the swimming pool is nice, and the gym is well equipped for a proper workout. One small thing to note — there were quite a number of mosquitoes at level 1. Would I stay here again? Probably not, mainly due to the location and accessibility. If convenience is important for your Bangkok trip, this is something to consider carefully before booking.

I was really glad I booked this hotel. Aside from the fact that it is cheaper than other hotels, it was near Pratunam market which is why I considered booking it. There is a 500baht deposit but it was immediately refunded after checkout. It also has a daily room cleaning and towels are changed everyday. I requested a room with 2 single beds and it was granted. If I go back to Bangkok, I will definitely book this hotel again.
