"I booked the Dolphin Hotel directly for my Disney trip. I hesitated for a long time between several Universal hotels, but before the limited-time cancellation period ended, I decisively cancelled several hotels including Stranova and kept this one. It turned out to be a wise decision. The receptionist was really nice; she upgraded our pool room to a water park view room. I watched the Epcot fireworks for four consecutive nights at Dolphin, and then watched them several more nights at Universal – I'm practically addicted to Disney fireworks! They don't allow them in Beijing, so I got to see them to my heart's content in Orlando, haha. There's a Universal Studios service counter in the lobby where you can buy tickets and express passes. Near the parking lot, there are shuttle buses to various parks, very frequently. There are many people going to Epic in the morning, so there might be a queue during rush hour, but there aren't many people on the shuttles to Florida Adventure and Universal Florida. There's a convenience store in the lobby; you can buy food and eat at the restaurant tables. You can keep your room key as a souvenir when you check out. A great hotel, very convenient. I recommend everyone try it."
"I stayed at this hotel to get an hour's early entry to Universal Studios.
Personally, if you're going to Universal Studios, I definitely recommend staying at a hotel that offers these perks. Furthermore, if you're going to Ireland, this hotel is close enough that you can leave around 7 a.m. and take a 15-minute stroll, and you'll be almost at the front of the line.
Being able to ride two or three attractions (or one or two multiple times) that are likely to have long waits during the first hour is a huge advantage. I rode Hagrid twice (I went right back in) and Velocity once. After that, I rode one more ride and was granted general admission. From then on, the standard wait time was over an hour...
For a family of four, I'd recommend staying at a hotel that offers express passes. The wait times can be quite different... If you're going to use express passes anyway, you might as well choose a better hotel."
"My stay was great. I will book again housekeeping replenish all the room supplies every day you have to pay for breakfast. We had an awesome poolside view. The room is nice and spacious. I will book again."
"Rosen Inn International was in the perfect location to explore international drive and take advantave of the i-ride service between the outlets. The hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities including a restaurant, bar and swimming pools. The staff were friendly and the rooms were regularly turned over while we were staying. Its the third time we have stayed at this location but all the Rosen Inns have been similar and we have never been disappointed."
"I stayed at this Orlando hotel for five nights, and overall it was pretty good! For breakfast, they had bagels, eggs, cereal, fruit, coffee, yogurt, and milk – a typical American breakfast that suited me just fine! They also offer a free shuttle service to Disney and Universal Studios, which was super convenient. The hotel has a pool too! In the lobby, they provide complimentary tea and coffee 24/7. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit old-fashioned and the faucet had a slight leak, but it was still acceptable. Plus, you can walk to the world's largest McDonald's nearby – a great spot for a photo op!"
"It's a regular motel. I stayed here while visiting Universal Studios. It's clean inside and it's about a 30 minute walk to Universal. There is also a bus that takes you to the park across the street, so it's convenient."
"The hotel environment is quite good, and the price is reasonable. My only complaint is that when we checked in, the front desk told us the shuttle to the EPCT park wouldn't start until 8 AM, and they confirmed this twice. To get there early, we ended up taking a taxi, only to find out later that the shuttle actually starts at 7 AM. We wasted 7 US dollars. The whole point of staying at a park hotel was to save on taxi fares, but we didn't get to enjoy that benefit in the end."
"The room was very clean, and housing keeping was provided every day. The front desk was very good, and they also helped to provide boxes and packing for sending things. The breakfast was rich in variety, highly recommended!"
"I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. They were all very friendly and helpful with any requests I had. My room was spotless, well-lit, and the bedding was really comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete with stable hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. The common areas were quiet and elegant, with a tidy and organized environment, and the overall decor was simple yet stylish. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes; everything was authentic, fresh, and delicious. This hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"
"The front desk staff were all wonderful and very helpful. They provided us with information about the park and tickets to the best of their knowledge. We could walk to Epic Universe in about 10 minutes from the hotel, which was even faster than taking the shuttle bus. Thank you very much!"

Great
GGuest UserSince the hotel had only recently opened, there was a bit of a wait during check-in. However, the staff were very kind and courteous, which made the process pleasant.
On the other hand, there were a few concerns regarding the facilities. The water in the handwashing area didn’t drain well, and the toilet also had drainage issues. I had never encountered these kinds of plumbing problems at other places I’ve stayed, such as Universal Canaveral or Disney All Star Resort, so it was a bit disappointing.
I was also surprised by the lack of sound insulation. Voices from the hallway could be heard very clearly inside the room. Additionally, there seemed to be a gap around the door, which likely allowed more noise to enter. I didn’t experience this kind of issue at the previous hotels I mentioned.
Since the hotel is still new, I hope to see improvements in these areas in the future.
DDr. PuppioI have already been stayed at this hotel many times.
It’s a cozy place.
There’s a remarkable guy at the front desk.., his name is Sandro. He became a great friend of mine. He’s very kind, helpful and polite.
American standard breakfast.
It’s so close to the Universal City Walk.., in about 15-20 minutes by foot.
I’d stay again for sure…!!
GGuest UserFantastic hotel and wonderful staff. Shuttles to park were frequent. Room was lovely and had everything you could need in a great location. For transparency - we paid for parking per night we were there which is a little expensive given you have already paid for a room BUT you can use their free park transportation system which saves you on theme park parking costs which are more than the hotel charges
GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.
SSataka Sataka SatakaI recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was absolutely fantastic! the room was very clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel both comfortable and cozy.
GGuest UserGot there and found out that my one reservation for 2 rooms was actually 2 reservations, so they charged me 2 security deposits. Then my credit card was $5 short, and they wouldn't take $5 cash. I ended up making an express payment on my card, just to be able to pay the second deposit. The african american lady at the front desk with the ponytail and glasses (never got her name) did not want the cash and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Room had oil stains on the walls and phone in my room didnt work. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was the only meat. No bacon or anything else. And parking was $110 for 4 nights. Then I wanted to check out a day early and was told by the night shift that as long as I left by 11 am the next morning, I would not be charged. When I tried to check out at 8:30am, once again the same african american woman was working and acted like she had to get permission from the manager. She walked off to call him so I couldn't hear what she said and then came back to say I could only leave early one night on my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said when she called him, he was in the shower and wouldn't be in until 9am. I said I would wait. Then I reminded her about how she said we had 2 separate reservations so we should be able to leave early for both rooms. She finally did it. Also, whenever you called them, before, during, and after my trip, it took about 6 hours of calling back to back before anyone picks up the phone. Even when I was there and my room phone didnt work, I kept calling and had to walk downstairs the first night to tell them about the oil stains on my wall and the phone not working, because I didnt want to be charged for it. She said she knew and that the wallpaper was going to be replaced. I have stayed there 3 times and after this time, I will not be going back. That lady was the only one with a nasty attitude.
GGuest UserFinding the hotel was super easy, excellent location for tourists. Upon check-in, I had some issues that complicated my arrival, especially after how tired I was. Apparently, it's the hotel's policy for residents to pay a $200 refundable deposit upon check-out. The problem wasn't knowing about the deposit, but that it had to be paid in cash only. This annoyed me a lot because I just wanted to get to my room and shower, but instead, I had to go out looking for an ATM. The room was clean and smelled pleasant, even though the sheets had cigarette burn marks everywhere 😂 The shower curtain was in pieces, too small, and all the water kept spilling out 🤦♀️ Aside from that, everything else was fine.
GGuest UserWe liked our stay at this hotel. Liked the location and our room.
Staff are accommodating.
Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.
Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.
เเล็กวาThis hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.
GGuest UserLorna was kind , courteous, and professional our entire stay. Love how she delegates the front desk and help so many guests at once. Her team made my stay both comfortable and worthwhile.
