It was easy to locate the Residence and it feels like home. I enjoyed my stay overall. and I will definitely recommend to others Work a bit more on the payment system for gaining access to the pool. I had to wait for about 30mins just to pay a fee

Good place, clean, the room are fairly big and comfortable. It's noisy in the morning if the room face the street so earplugs are recommended for light sleeper. The staff is helpful and professional.

We were able to check-in earlier. However the first room we got had leaking aircon so we asked for a transfer. The transfer was done immediately. The staff were very active and accommodating. We also requested for pots and pans for cooking and they gave it to us right away. Service here is really good despite old facilities especially the bathroom. The bathroom had drainage smell but could be masked by the air freshener they gave us. Hehe

Hotel hardware n facilities a bit old, location is good nearby the green belt and close to malls that connecting to most of the places Plenty food options. But, the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is very expensive (2 people 160USD) and food is not fresh. Diarrhea and vomit after the meal. Do not recommend.

The room we had was so clean and the breakfast buffet was very nice. I sent my special request for a room with a view and they gave us a room with a great view! The service was very nice, the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had a great time. The only downside were the parking garage was confusing because there were no signs that can lead us to the exit. The amenities like the elevators were also a bit old and when we tried to go to our floor (30th flr), from the top flr, its not allowing us to go there so when we realized what was going on, had to stop to the 29th flr and use the emergency exit to go to our floor. No biggie but i would like to see more signs in the future to avoid this incident. Overall, we will come and visit again. :)

Na enjoy namin yung stay sa Berjaya, malaki ang room, makakagalaw ka ng maayos, malinis at maayos, mababait pa mga staff then yung breakfast buffet naman goods na goods sulit na sulit.. im sure masusundan pa pag che check-in namin dito.. Thank you Berjaya

Our second stay at Red Planet Hotel was nothing short of magical. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and thoughtful amenities made it the perfect destination for a romantic staycation. We left feeling relaxed, reconnected, and eager to return. Highly recommended for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some quality time together.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. It was a quick stay but a lovely one. Didn't expect that the amenities are good. Best of all is their breakfast. I was initially thinking that food is typical hotel taste but my wife and I found it really tasty :)

The hotel is located in a residential area. It's a little hard to find. It seems to be a new hotel and very clean. The shower is only a cold shower. It was a shared room for 4 people, but we paid for 4 people and it was very comfortable because we could use it like a private room. We came here by motorcycle and could use the parking lot for free.
