Hotels near Put Cho Shrine, Phuket

Good hotel. Location is nearby old town area. Walking distance to bus station. Easy to find food around the vicinity. Staff are courteous and competent. Lovely room. Clean hotel. Well done!

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. I’m really happy that we stayed here. We got even better room when we check in. The hotel is good looking, nice area, big swimming pool. The workers are nice and helpful. With great pleasure will come here again:)

At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.

Хороший отель, близкое расположение к пляжу, ночному рынку и знаменитой улице Бангла Роуд, рядом много обменников, если пройтись можно всегда найти выгодный курс. Так же рядом супермаркеты и обычные лавки с фруктами. Залог можно оставить, как в местной валюте, так и в долларах, евро и рублях (5000 руб.) Персонал на ресепшне не очень общительный, по-русски не говорит, только на английском. Брали номер + завтрак, завтраки однотипные день от дня, но всегда есть яичница и фрукты, за что большой плюс. Есть приятный бассейн, если в самую жару не хочется идти на пляж. Номер на попался простенький, но уютный. Фен, чайник, сейф есть. Уборка была каждый день, с мытьём полов. Только один раз нам не поставили воду. В целом все ок.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location and on-site massage station right by the pool. 10/10. The hotel is only a 5-min walk from the famous and beautiful Patong Beach and a 15-min walk from the famous ”Patong Beach Bangla Walking Street” & ”Jungceylon Malls.” Everything else was what one might expect from a 3-star budget-style hotel. So not to say it was anything bad, it met our expectations quite well. My only complaint is that the showers were a bit wonky/weird - if you were to spray water directly against the shower glass doors (which are also 2 doors that fold together), the water runs off the bottom and actually splashes the bathroom floor entirely, like a flood, getting the entire floor wet. So when you shower, you need to make sure the water doesn't directly spray the glass panels. Other than that, the hotel was quite decent! We enjoyed our 3-night stay!

Most of the things were good but the wash basin in the centre of room is beyond my understanding. I found very difficult to shave because I have to stand between Wash basin and the mirror. The location is excellent as it’s near to all prominent places

This wasn’t my first time to Patong but was first time in ten years. I simply wanted to cap off my trip with a little relaxing time on the beach after spending a month in China Rai. The room was very nice and location a resonable walking distance from everything I’d planned to see.

We stayed 3 nights and paid approx £62/night - pool access room. Check in was easy and our room was ready even though we were a few hours early. We had a pool access room so expected it to be located on the ground floor, however, it was actually on the 1st floor which required 2 flights of stairs to be climbed - no good if you are unable to do this. Access to the room from reception is down in a lift through an underground carpark and up 2 flights, its a bit of a trek!! The room was great though! Nice comfy bed and good shower. Outside deck had 2 loungers. You share the pool with 5 other rooms but we always had it to ourselves! The water was a good temperature, we enjoyed it a lot! The location of the hotel is 2 minutes' walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to the main area with lots of nicer bars and eateries. The room was them clean and new towels and bedding each day, we really don't like this. We'd rather keep until we request a change. 4 bottles of complimentary water each day was excellent. Our only concerns with the room area is the lack of a net curtain/privacy glass on the windows. The view is lovely but you need to keep the curtains closed and the ledge at the staircase. The ledge sticks out a lot and hubby, nearly 6ft, banged his head a few times. We'd stay again and would recommend.

Nice hotel tucked away from busy bustling part of Phuket. Shuttle service is provided to bring guests out to beach or boat avenue. There's a few nice cafes and restaurant around boat avenue areas. Staff are attentive and always helpful to provide guidance on where to go, what to do. Definitely worth coming back for another stay :) Special call-out to some of the hotel staff - Kig on her friendliness, Cee for his great recommendation for local cuisine and Tangkwa, Big, Num, Baitoey for showing great hospitality. They simply and always put customers in their thoughts and ensured we have a great stay! Thanks for making this a memorable trip for me.
