Beautiful beachfront property with excellent rooms and super comfortable beds. The food was varied, plentiful, and delicious, though perhaps a wider selection of fruit would be nice. There's a large pool with lots of slides and plenty of comfy sun loungers. The entertainment team was really good – present from morning till night, but not at all intrusive. There are three great all-inclusive bars that open in shifts. If you walk about 3 minutes either left or right outside, you'll find long bars and discos, or you can take a 5-minute taxi ride to Agadir for more venues. During the day, haggle for a maximum of 3 euros per ride.

The hotel is great value for money. The food on offer is varied and delicious, however you should attend the buffets as soon as they open. The location near the beach is like a dream, I highly recommend a sea view so you can hear the waves. The refurbished rooms are very modern. The service from the animation team is good. The rest of the staff are very unhappy and unfriendly, especially reception and the bar tenders as they are understaffed by the management.

Facilities: The toilet had issues; it kept intermittently flushing on the first night. The chairs in the garden were quite dirty, but everything else was good. The gym is well-equipped.

Cleanliness: Very clean and hygienic, excellent.

Environment: Very beautiful.

Service: Room service was slow to respond, and I couldn't get through to the front desk using the in-room phone. I also went to the front desk to ask for slippers, but they were never provided.

We loved our stay at the hotel, it was clean, the rooms were clean and the food was delicious. We sunbathed and enjoyed the pool, however the pool was very cold... but what a joy. We were there for a week and really weren't disappointed. We'll be back.

The room was quite clean. Even though it's a hotel that's over a decade old, it's well-maintained, and the service is good. It's also conveniently close to the airport.
