The location is relatively convenient, but it is very close to the airport. If you are flying the next day, it is a good choice. The hotel is very new, the room size is quite large, clean and cost-effective.

The service can be poorly rated, it's a self-check in hotel without staff...so I have to choose ”oke” now. The booking process was super, hotel and rooms were absolutely ok and modern/new (as long as there is probably not yet the stores, everything works as recently renovated in the rooms). If it had been a little bit off, so I was pleasantly surprised. There were even free earstops because of the volume (if you have a room on the street), I already felt it a sweet gesture. It is not the most beautiful, but you don't feel that something is crazy/comical as you would expect at such a hotel and in Friedrichshain. However, the walls are really thin... every huster in Nebenan sounded like a earthquake, it seems to have been only superficially renovated here and some hotel standards were disregarded, which was really unusual. The situation is a little off the shot, but not so extreme. Trains are all around the corner and the best is that you are directly in an old building kit and even the next Third Wave Coffee Shop (so extremely good coffee that is also placed in the “Coffee Trip” app) is not even 5 minutes walk away. I wouldn't spend a romantic holiday there now, but for the night it's enough. But not for noise-sensitive people who will not be able to sleep there for a second, sticks or sticks. If it isn't traffic, then the snapper will already take care of it.

Dear Team,
I had asked for a room on the quiet side where I can open the window as a lung sick night.
This was not possible,
Because it was so noisy about the car noise that I had to finish it quickly.
The air conditioning also did not bring air even though it was enabled and placed on “much air”.
I didn't sleep 1 minute.....
Otherwise I have nothing to challenge, all the other was top!
With friendly greetings
Elisabeth Weichs

It was clean and when I first arrived I thought the location wasn’t very good, but it’s actually in a pretty good place, depending on what you want to do and see. There is a bus stop right outside which was often convenient. There isn’t a front desk so check in was kind of annoying since you should contact them before you get there to get the code in time but I didn’t know that booking from Trip. After I got the code, everything else was smooth, except their laundry room was not yet open.

The room is very good. For the hotel-style apartment, the independent kitchen and spacious balcony are a lot more points than the average apartment. This hotel is very good except that there is no front desk and you need to contact online. It is a perfect experience!

This hotel is clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, a refrigerator, a stove, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The environment is pleasant and quiet, with a garden and a supermarket nearby.
Self-service check-in was a bit of a hassle initially, but the service was excellent.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt

The apartment is lovely , except the shower is easily blocked so it needs to be unblocked. And the customer service was not very nice when I asked if I could pls check out a bit later , even if I had to pay for it cause our bus was 7 hours later so it was a bit much. They simply said no. No discussion at all. So yeah overall it’s a beautiful apartment and easy to get around. Just wished for more flexibility from the team.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Excellent hotel, good location, convenient room, there are dishes, dishes, dining appliances. You can cook breakfast. There is no restaurant hotel. This is the only minus. But around is full of cafes, work from 9 a.m., huge choice of everything and coffee including. Next to the supermarket, buy whatever you want.

Loved the place. It was very organized and all instructions are given beforehand. Didn’t struggle. Rooms were spacious as well. Loved the complimentary candy and lime soda.

Really good place.
Everything is ready to stay there - good rooms, kitchen with everything (free coffee and tea, also they leave tablets for washing machine 😍).
In 15 minutes for the center and bus stop to the airport.
A lot of shops and bars around this place.

Located near the palace, Plaza de España and Plaza Mayor, the newly renovated building, spacious and clean rooms, thoughtful indoor appliances and equipment placement, bright high-rise floor-to-ceiling windows and small balconies, efficient and orderly operation management, extremely satisfying two-night stay. But this is an unmanned room system similar to AirBnb. After booking, you need to receive emails from the management company, pre-check in online, and you can receive the lock password directly from the management company on the day of check-in. I don't know why Trip.com has no centrally coordinated arrangement at all. After contacting the owner's phone number in English the day before the trip, I learned the above process. When registering online, Trip.com's 9-digit hotel confirmation number does not match the 10-11 code requirements. I can't log in. I have to contact multiple times to solve it. You cannot check in early or leave your luggage on the same day, wait until 3 pm, but everything goes well after that.

The single room is small but functional, with everything necessary for a short stay. Perfect location, even a beautiful view from the balcony.

The hotel is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable.

Lovely apartment hotel, free WiFi, modern, nice balcony. Everything you'd really need.

Area is a bit sketchy/diverse but not awful, close to everything you'd expect in a city. One morning there was police escorting someone out of the building, possibly visa issues. Good metro links to anywhere in the city and quick to get into the centre.

If you stay here and like craft beer make sure to go to the Schnauzer & Beagle Brewery & Taproom about a 15/20 minute walk away.

Enjoyed the usage of their website as a key to unlock the front and room doors. Clever tech.

Would definitely stay again if a good price if I was in Vienna.

Отличное место для отдыха, кофемашина, посудомоечная, отличный вид с балкона. Жаль что нет стиральной машины и немного неудобный диван, хотя идеально чисто! В качестве комплимента был кофе, чай, что поднимает настроение!

Opening the curtains every morning to such a beautiful sunrise was incredibly therapeutic! The sunlight streaming through the glass onto the bed started the day off perfectly 🥳

I was initially a bit nervous when choosing this hotel because I saw comments about issues with the self-check-in code. I want to say that as long as you take two or three minutes to carefully read the hotel's email before check-in, you won't be rushing around during check-in. And if the code really doesn't work, there's always a backup option to open the door with one click.

The hotel is quite spacious and its location is excellent, very close to Schönbrunn Palace. So close, in fact, that I regretted not buying a souvenir the first time I went to Schönbrunn, went back to the hotel, and then went back to the Schönbrunn souvenir shop first thing the next morning to buy it! Though I'm still missing the Sissi Empress earrings, leaving something for next time!

Transportation is also very convenient, close to both bus and subway stations. There are a few bakeries downstairs, so you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out in the morning.

There's a DM across the street, and souvenir shops nearby, so you can pick out some nice gifts before you leave.

This stay was very comfortable, and I really love this hotel. That's why I, someone who rarely leaves reviews, typed out such a long one. I hope the hotel continues to improve, but I also have a selfish thought: what if next time I come, it's become a hotel I can no longer afford, hahaha. Anyway, this is a really great hotel! 🥰

The rooms are a good size. The kitchenette is very well equipped even comes with oil, salt and pepper which AJ very helpful rather than having to buy oil if you are on a short trip. The washing machines and dryer are well-maintained. Location is near a u-bahn and there are a few restaurants near by which is useful.
Would be even more useful if a broom or a small vacuum cleaner could be provided. Take note that there’s a very small flight of stairs before reaching the lift so for those with accessibility requirements this needs to be considered.

Very satisfied with this hotel, the environment is very large and clean, and the equipment is new.
We stayed with two people and there was plenty of space despite the large luggage!
