Overall, we had a very good stay at TOO Hotel. The hotel offers modern facilities, quiet and comfortable rooms, and an outstanding rooftop restaurant with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. Whether for breakfast, dinner, or a drink, the rooftop is definitely one of the highlights. The location is also convenient, with excellent public transport connections.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by an unexpected water leak from an upper floor, which flooded our bathroom. As a result, several of our personal belongings became wet and were damaged beyond use.

The reception team handled the situation exceptionally well by responding immediately and arranging a new room for us without delay. However, we were disappointed that the hotel management never followed up. There was no personal apology, no inquiry about the damaged belongings, and no offer of compensation or assistance. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a more proactive and customer-focused response.

Despite this unfortunate incident, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend TOO Hotel for its excellent facilities, peaceful rooms, and exceptional rooftop experience. With stronger management follow-up in situations like this, the guest experience would be truly outstanding.

Such a lovely hotel, great room and room service. Such a comfortable bed, Beautiful bathroom. Friendly bartender and free welcome drink. I loved this quiet hotel. Nearest Metro 10 minutes walk Charonne station, the Luke cafe was sweet and also liked the other one, the Belle something … around the corner from hotel. It’s a very lively area near hospital, many cafe & restaurants.

The hotel has a good location, quiet despite being in a bustling area. The rooms are small but cozy. A highlight is the century-old elevator that's still working; it's quite interesting. However, the heating is insufficient in winter. I told the front desk, and they suggested I go for a walk and come back when I was back – a rather ridiculous explanation. Fortunately, we didn't encounter any extreme weather. The complimentary afternoon teatime service was also a plus.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, the park is nearby, and the Paris football museum and club are near. The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good. It is a good choice for tourism and business trips. It is 20-30 minutes' drive from downtown attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe, which is very convenient.

I stayed here again after more than a year, and this time the family room on the 4th floor had a great view! Absolutely perfect! That's a big plus.

The hotel is undoubtedly beautiful, and the check-in service was good. There were staff who spoke a little Chinese, though the official service language is mostly English.

However, I did have a slightly different experience this time. I tried both early and late breakfast shifts. After the staff seated us, they rarely reappeared. If we wanted tea, we had to call someone over. Typically, at a hotel of this star rating, they usually ask about tea as soon as you sit down, don't they? Did their SOP change, or am I just expecting too much?

Also, the bedsheet in the room already had a hole in it, which was a bit awkward. It didn't affect my sleep, so I didn't report it or take a picture.

I found the food excellent. The ingredients and the taste of the dishes were very much to our liking. The only thing is that the two-course dinner per person was a bit too much; my small appetite couldn't finish it all, and it felt wasteful.

This year, it's either starting with two meals or nothing at all, which is quite inconvenient. I prefer having breakfast included and then ordering dinner à la carte.

Nevertheless, the price this year was very reasonable. I double-checked everything before departure and resolved some issues happily with Trip.com. That was pretty good!

I recently stayed at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery during my trip to Phuket, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the Patong area but slightly away from the busy streets, which makes it quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Because the hotel sits on a hill, the view is beautiful, especially in the morning and evening.

Another convenient point is that there is a 7-Eleven just about 3–5 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or small essentials anytime.
One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast — there was a great variety and everything tasted very good. The hotel also has three swimming pools, each with a different vibe, so there is always a nice spot to relax.

What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming. They would greet us warmly every time they saw us — morning, afternoon, or night — which made the stay feel very personal and comfortable, almost like being at home.
I would also like to give a special thank you to one of the staff members who helped us during an unexpected situation. We had a small accident with a rental motorbike and fell down near the hotel entrance. The hotel security immediately came to assist us and checked if we were okay. Later, the staff even asked what time we would return so they could help clean our wounds if needed. That level of care was truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we had rented a motorbike from a rental shop located directly in front of the hotel, and after the incident they tried to charge us 12,000 baht for a very small scratch on the bike. We approached the hotel staff for help, and they kindly assisted us in communicating with the shop. They told us the price was not reasonable and helped negotiate it down to 5,000 baht. They also informed us that we could report the issue to the police since the rental contract was not clearly written.

In the end, we decided to pay the 5,000 baht just to save time, but we were very grateful that the hotel staff supported us and helped reduce the amount significantly.
I would like to warn future travelers to be cautious when renting motorbikes from the shop located directly in front of the hotel, as the charges may not be reasonable.
Overall, the hotel itself is excellent — beautiful views, great facilities, amazing breakfast, and truly outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery again on my next trip to Phuket.

Honestly, it wasn't as good as I expected. I've stayed in many boutique, niche hotels like this before, but as soon as you enter, the beach is full of street vendors and tourists driving in, which immediately made it feel mediocre. The reception lobby was also small and not very grand. The shuttle took us very close to the room, as the area isn't big. The so-called 'mountain view' was just looking at a rather unattractive hotel across the way, so there was no real scenery to speak of. The only good thing was the rooftop bar; there was a girl there who provided excellent service. Other than that, there were absolutely no surprises or highlights. When I left, I took a bag that was in the room, and they actually charged me 750 Thai Baht for it! Nothing in the minibar was complimentary, which felt very stingy and completely mismatched with the room rate. When I stayed at Capella, everything was complimentary, including welcome champagne. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel near Disney, though not large, is very clean and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, allowing for a great night's sleep and helping to shake off the fatigue after a long day at Disney. What truly sets it apart from many hotels in the city is how friendly and helpful every single staff member is. The only minor inconvenience is its location above a mall. The first time we arrived, our Uber dropped us off at the mall entrance, and we had to walk for quite a while with our luggage through the mall trying to find it. Now we know their lobby concierge is in the basement, and that's where the taxi drop-off/pick-up point is, with a direct elevator up to check-in.

The standard room is fairly ordinary, but I was able to upgrade for a very small additional fee, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The upgraded room offers a fantastic view of the city, not only from the bedroom but even from the bathroom.

The panoramic view from the toilet was especially memorable — probably one of the most unusual views of Hong Kong I’ve ever experienced.

Overall, the hotel was very good value for money, and the upgrade was definitely worth it.
