Our stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic in Hurghada was absolutely fantastic! The overall environment is beautiful, with lush greenery, numerous pools, and relaxing areas everywhere, creating a wonderful vacation vibe.

The room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The bedding was comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Housekeeping was prompt every day, and the attention to detail was excellent.

The dining experience was also a big plus. The buffet offered a wide variety of choices that changed daily, and the food tasted great, catering to different preferences.

The hotel's water park is definitely a highlight, with plenty of facilities perfect for families with kids or friends looking to have fun. The private beach is another gem, with fine sand and beautiful clear water, making for great photo opportunities.

Overall, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and responsive, making us feel very comfortable.

All in all, this is a highly recommended resort hotel with great value for money, perfect for relaxation and leisure. We would definitely come back if we have the chance! 👍

There's not much to say, it's just that you get what you pay for. It's very comfortable and relaxing, you can enjoy it without even leaving the hotel. I'd like to stay here again.

The all-inclusive package truly meant we didn't have to leave the hotel at all. Our stay was incredibly comfortable; snacks and drinks were replenished daily, and there were evening performances with unlimited beverages. The beach was right downstairs, and the hotel offered a wide range of entertainment options. It's definitely a place worth staying for several days, especially if you're traveling with kids – it's exactly where you should be for a vacation! We checked in on Valentine's Day, and the romantic atmosphere was absolutely perfect!

The all-inclusive hotel only accepts adults aged 18 and above, so there won't be any noisy children running around. It's suitable for adults who like a quiet and relaxing vacation. You can also enjoy the facilities and restaurants at the other two hotels in the same group, but the best restaurant is still the one inside Lifestyle itself.

Steigenberger Resort Luxor | My Honest Review 🌴

My stay at the Steigenberger Resort Luxor was, overall, very pleasant and offered great value for money. The hotel's general ambiance is excellent; the public areas are well-maintained, and the garden, pool, and the atmosphere by the Nile are all very comfortable. For a five-star hotel in Luxor, I believe its overall facilities and environment are quite competitive.

The room was comfortable and clean. Although some of the facilities show their age, they are still well-maintained. The hotel's location is also quite convenient, saving time when visiting attractions like Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple.

I also tried the hotel's Lebanese restaurant. The dishes were generally good, but one shrimp dish was quite disappointing. The texture of the shrimp was noticeably tough and dry after grilling, with almost no juice. It didn't live up to the standard I'd expect from a five-star hotel restaurant at that price point. I don't have an issue with using frozen shrimp per se, but the key is that the final quality didn't match the price.

I reported this issue to the restaurant manager at the time, but the subsequent resolution wasn't entirely satisfactory. Given that the restaurant is not cheap and positions itself as a five-star hotel restaurant, I believe guests are willing to pay more for the ambiance and service, but they should also receive ingredient quality and culinary expertise that match the price.

However, I must give special praise to the waiter, Abdallah. His service attitude throughout the meal was excellent – enthusiastic, polite, and very patient. Even after we reported the issue with the dish, he maintained his excellent service, which prevented the overall dining experience from becoming terrible because of that one dish. His service truly deserves commendation. 👏

Putting aside the minor hiccup at the restaurant, the hotel's stay experience itself was very good. With its pleasant environment, comprehensive facilities, and great value for money, it remains a hotel I would highly recommend in Luxor. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to the quality of its dining and the details of customer complaint handling in the future, and also acknowledge employees like Abdallah who diligently serve guests. This would make the overall experience even more complete. 🌅

This resort was AMAZING! 5/5! What a true gem. The hotel staff are incredible and upgraded my room to a Nile view. The management really know how to treat you and make you feel special. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the pool was the perfect place to unwind after a long hot day in the Egyptian sun. Not to mention the amazing sunsets! Highly recommend this hotel

I stayed in a classic room with the golf court view- stunning view! It was peaceful and relaxing. I am very thankful to the front desk staff who upgraded me.
You can aceess  the swimming pool and the tranquil beach at Al Hamra Residence across the road.

We had a really nice view from our room and truly enjoyed our stay. Even though there are some construction sites around the area, it didn’t affect our experience at all. The location is peaceful and relaxing, which made our trip even better.

We loved that there’s beach access, plus great amenities like the pool, golf course, and gym. Also its only5 mins away from Al Hamra Mall. 

Breakfast was okay and had a decent selection.

Special shoutout to Nihal from reception for assisting us during check-in. He was very professional, helpful, and made everything smooth for us. Great service!
