The location and cleanliness of the room were excellent. However, there doesn't seem to be a permanent staff member at the hotel, so you need a passcode to enter. This means you must complete the web check-in by the day before your arrival to receive the passcode and room number via email from the hotel. It's absolutely essential not to forget to do the self-check-in beforehand.

VISIONAPARTMENTS Brandschenkestrasse is centrally located in Zürich, with functional, furnished apartments and kitchenettes. Guests appreciate privacy, flexible self check-in, and convenience for short stays. However, rooms can be small, maintenance inconsistent, and service limited. Good for business trips or short-term stays, but value for money may vary. #VisionApartments #ZurichStay #ServicedApartment #TravelZurich #CityCenterLiving #ShortTermStay #BusinessTravel #FurnishedApartment #TravelReview #ConvenientStay #ApartmentLife #SelfCheckIn #TravelTips

The location of the Mövenpick Hotel is very convenient for access to Zurich Airport and the complimentary shuttle service is greatly appreciated.

Upon checking into our room in the evening, we encountered several housekeeping issues that were disappointing and suggest that the final room inspection process could be improved.

1. An opened coffee sachet was found among the complimentary refreshments. This indicates that the room may not have been thoroughly checked and reset before being assigned to the next guest.

2. Our reservation was made for two guests, yet only one bath towel and one pair of slippers were initially provided. Basic amenities should be prepared according to the number of registered occupants to avoid inconvenience upon arrival.

3. The shampoo/body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty or nearly empty. Essential guest amenities should be inspected and replenished as part of the standard housekeeping checklist before check-in.

While these issues were not major enough to ruin our stay, they created the impression that the room had not undergone a proper final quality inspection.

Excellent location, right in the center but away from the noisy areas. Everything is easily accessible on foot.
It's situated in a small square, which is convenient for taxis to drop you off right at the entrance.
The aparthotel is new and tastefully decorated. The room is spacious with a mini-kitchen.
The bathroom has a large shower (though the door opening inwards is a bit awkward).
The sheets smelled wonderfully clean.
They provide small individual portions of shower gel and conditioner, useful for a few days.
The staff are friendly.
The spa is nice, but the pool water was a bit cold.
Overall, definitely recommended.
