Hotels near Pavilion of Fan Zhongyan, Hangzhou

Overall stay was good. The cleaning ladies were friendly and overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. There are no lifts in the hotel so we had to carry our luggages up the flight of stairs on our own - not the most convenient in this aspect if you are travelling with elderly or young kids. Location was good - walking distance to West Lake and there's a whole stretch of eateries and a convenience store just beside the hotel.

I stayed here for two days from July 4th. As a Japanese woman in my 30s who was generally looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, please see the following impressions. The location is very good. There is a public bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there are several bus stops for other routes within a 5-minute walk. If you are going to visit the West Lake Scenic Area, it is very convenient to use the bus, so the location of the hotel is very good. In particular, it is about an 8-minute walk to the West Lake, so you can enjoy the West Lake from early in the morning until late at night. Actually, when I told them about my stay, I arrived at the hotel a little earlier than the check-in time, but the room was ready, so I was able to leave my luggage there. I was also able to complete the check-in procedure. The owner of the hotel helped me with the app when he found out that my Chinese was halting. When foreigners stay in some countries, they are required to register with the police, but when I told him that I had never ridden an electric motorcycle, the owner of the hotel let me ride on the back of his motorcycle and went to the police station with him. The owner and another woman work at the inn, and they were really supportive of laundry, water server, and room cleaning during my stay. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The maximum temperature was 39 degrees every day during my stay, so it was a relief to return to a room that was well cooled by the air conditioner. The shower booth was really small, but the water pressure and temperature of the shower were just right, so I was able to stay comfortably. My room was on the main road, but thanks to the comfortable room environment, I was able to sleep well, although the traffic noise was a bit bothersome. There was also a row of large plane trees along the main road, and the sunlight filtering through the trees in the morning was beautiful. For people like me who are looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, this inn is perfect. This time I stayed in the summer, so I would like to visit in the winter next time. Of course, I will definitely stay at this inn next time. The owner's true enthusiasm for entertaining me was so strong. I'm so excited. I want to go to your trip to blue again.

I went to the Butterfly Theater to see Liang Zhu on a whim. I chose for a long time and finally booked the Home Inn. I was very embarrassed before I went. I was very satisfied after I went. I will book the Home Inn next time I go to the Butterfly Theater. After arriving in the afternoon, the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the room type with windows. The room has been opened in advance to open the window for ventilation. The residential area next to it is quite quiet at night. Not far from the Butterfly Theater, it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. The next day I went to take the subway, about nine minutes away from Wulin Square subway station. The location is OK and the price is right. I bought a set meal with breakfast. There is a door next to breakfast. There are many varieties, enough to eat, and the noodles are delicious. There is also a breakfast shop downstairs, and there is also an online red bun shop. Many people queue up to buy buns at night. The front desk service is very good, very warm, overall very satisfied

Our stay in the hotel has been a very pleasant experience! Throughout our trip in different cities in China, we felt that UrCove left the best impression and we had an excellent stay there. This was right outside the metro station exit, though when we arrived we had to take the next exit further down from the hotel (can’t remember if it was exit 3, 4 or 5?) as the nearest exit didn’t have a up-going escalator for our luggages. The stay came with access to the gym and washing machine where we could do our laundry. Some of the room functions can be AI-automated (however it only responses to Chinese language/Mandarin) - we could get it to play songs and stuff. If I recall correctly, the hotel has a mini-app/program in WeChat where you can connect with the hotel staff (if you have any requests etc). The staff were also kind and friendly, and were accommodating to our request. There’s a mall opposite which can be accessed by the metro underpass. The underpass also has different food (and some bubble tea + other beverages) stores so you’ll never have to worry about the lack of food options around the area. There’s a Family Mart in the metro underpass too. A minor inconvenience is the lack of a dry area to place clean clothes in the bathroom to change into after shower. But this didn’t affect the overall experience we had in the hotel (wish we didn’t have to check out!). UrCove has won our hearts and it’ll definitely be our top choice for stays when we visit various cities in the Mainland again!

The.staff here, despite not speaking ANY English were EXCELLENT. They were so helpful, and genuinely tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.The girl and boy who checked me in did a great job. Room was clean and spacious. Good shower, with plenty of hot water. Bed large and comfortable. AC did leak water into the room a couple of times, do hope that will be fixed. When checking out presented with a snack and small soft toy, a very thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again.

It was nice for the price. Right next to a night market and lots of food. My room was on the 5th floor and it was quite loud late at night and in the early morning. My friends staying on the 9th floor had no such issues. So if you can, I’d ask for a higher floor. Overall, good experience 👍🏻 The hot water and the water pressure was great.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Clean and comfortable bed and shower, has basic amenities that is sufficient for a solo traveller and short stay. However they do not provide bottled water daily during housekeeping and when I asked at the front desk they said it was chargeable at additional cost, which is rare for a hotel in China. Location is near Wulin street and west lake.

The hardware is top-notch, and other guests have already described it, so I won't repeat it. I just want to say that I, a full-time mother who worries about everything at home every day, finally have the ”feeling of being a child” here. Whether it is daily necessities or three meals a day, I am taken care of in various ways. This is the highest level of home-like feeling. I have traveled half of the world and experienced countless N-star hotels and homestays. The ”active service” awareness of each staff member here still makes me sigh. For example, when drinking afternoon tea, I casually said to my husband, ”The room card is a little insensitive, I will go to the front desk to swipe it later.” The sister passing by immediately responded: ”Sister, I will take it for you to deal with it.” For example, seeing that my child is relatively large, she will take the initiative to ask ”Do you want to add a staple food for breakfast (free)?” The word ”active” is difficult to evaluate with KPI. If you do it, it is really rare. Maybe some people think the price is not attractive enough, but my experience is: in addition to the hardware, I see the labor cost and quality behind the excellent service: there are eight rooms in total, and when I step out of the door in the morning, there are seven employees who respond to guests' needs at any time. Breakfast is freshly made, and the quality of fruits, snacks and drinks is obvious... In short, one word: worth it!
