"Hotel 30-35 minutes from the city center by metro. The rooms are small but clean, except for the carpet full of crumbs and other debris. The kettle, as well as the bathroom dispensers, are caked on. Clean sheets and a comfortable bed. The lobby and rooms are clean. The quality and price are fair. A supermarket, metro, and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, a good stay."

"Very welcoming on arrival. Car park available and affordable. Great location for the underground tube station. Which was very easy to navigate. We didn’t get towels but we were given them straight away. We booked 2 rooms and they made sure we were close together. Thank you for a lovely stay. We would definitely return."

"The facilities were great and the staff were exceptional - they were super friendly, super helpful and very willing To oblige in any way they could. My one complaint would be to make the signage for the hotel visible at street level. We walked past several times and did not realise that this was where we were looking for. The photo on the website is obviously outdated as there are no buildings around it at all which is not the case It took us quite some time to identify the hotel at ground level as there is no signage to help"

"The hotel staff were helpful, and the facilities were well-equipped with a clean bathroom. There's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. It's also super close to the subway station, making transportation a breeze. Plus, the breakfast spread was varied and delicious!"

"I stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful—truly incredible. The service was excellent, and I was completely satisfied. It was exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. I had a quiet room where nobody disturbed me, so I was able to rest very well. The room was properly cleaned and hygiene was well maintained. Everything was neat and clean—the washroom, bedsheets, carpet, and even the room itself smelled fresh and pleasant. Overall, if anyone wants to explore London, Acton Travel Lodge is a very good place to stay. No matter how long you plan to stay, I would recommend choosing Acton."

"We stayed at Crown Plaze Hotel for a night, the location is good just 2 mins walk to Tube Station Hanger Lane, Room size and ambience is good & lovely, The only thing is bed is a bit small and too soft for us, bathroom size is fine but we don't like the shower curtain, though it is clean but it does have smell on it. I think the hotel is a bit outdated but oveall it is not too bad in this price in London."

"The location is a bit far from Ealing Broadway and town centre and the facilities in guest room or public area is not properly maintained. The hotel provided me a disabled-facility guest room to a normal traveller and not informing me in advance. And the disabled-facility room is at the farmost end at the floor passing through a few fire-rates closed door in order to access the room. It is not a friendly-design to disabled and also not a good service to a normal traveller."

"An ok experience, everything was very basic and just satisfactory. The rooms are not that big and equipped with just the bare necessities. The hot water in our sink basin didn’t work at night but was ok in the morning. Carpet in room had stain marks and so did the walls. Breakfast was also just satisfactory, only scrambled eggs available - not poached or boiled. Overall not anything ‘Hilton’ about the stay."

"I've stayed here a few times for business trips to London. It's very convenient, close to the tube station, just a few minutes' walk to the hotel, and check-in is quick. Service: The staff are very welcoming. Cleanliness: It's clean. Environment: Pretty good."
