"Location is a bit out of the way which is nice if you want a quieter part of town. Only a few minutes drive away from Aonang Beach. They also provide free shuttles but only 3 times a day. They also have a shuttle to Central Krabi but it will run only until 21st April 2026. Easy to get grab as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The main facility is the pool, so if you like swimming, this is definitely the hotel to stay. I did pass by a building in the hotel where it does seem like there is/will be a gym but it's not open for guests as of my stay.
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but water pressure was inconsistent but not a huge deal."
"“I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
One small suggestion would be to add a few more modern amenities and refresh some areas of the property to enhance the guest experience even further. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.”"
"The hotel staffs are so friendly, kind n helpful. We got most of our help , service n advice from them. English n French spoken hotel staff, no language barrier.
Hotel location is just a 100m walking distance to ao nang night market, across the road is the beach, can see sunset by the beach. Pool is great. Bfaz is beyond expectation. Good recommended. 👍🏻"
"Very nice hotel off the main road. It’s literally the last hotel on the street. Takes about a 10 minute walk to the main road. It is a resort so everything that you need is there. The pool was very nice and so was the breakfast. Lots of variety. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Room was nice as well and the bed was comfortable. They offer spa service which we did and it was amazing. There are many shops on the way to the hotel and of course a seven eleven. We only stayed one night but would consider staying there again."
"Our second time here! Spacious room with private pool. Frinedly staff, location a bit far from Ao Nang beach but you can always take Grab or use their free shuttle service. 2 mins walk to 7E and other halal food small restaurants and stalls as the hotel is near to the mosque.
The only thing is to improve on the private poo’s water quality, maybe because it was raining on our first night, the water was a bit dirty. Other than that all good!!"
"The room was beautiful and very comfortable, right by the pool. The atmosphere was amazing, perfect for couples and families. It's also super easy to walk to the pub, only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend!"
"We had a great time at Poonsiri and thought it was a fantastic hotel! The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed. We also loved how the room looked over the lake, and we could watch the cheeky monkeys!
The only downside was the rooms being so close together, which meant you could hear the TV in the next room and people in the bathroom next door, although I believe this is because there is a connecting door for families to stay in.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, we would stay again if we’re ever in Krabi!"
"Location was good, within walking distance to Ao Nang Night Market, eateries, and shops nearby. The hotel also provides umbrellas when it rains, which was useful during our stay.
The hotel does look a little run down, and the toilet had a slight smell. Not sure if it was due to the heavy rain, but there was also a brief power outage during our stay. Thankfully, the hotel staff managed to restore the power quite quickly.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in when they assisted us with carrying our luggage to the room. We also requested for a late check-out, but do note that they charge by the hour.
Breakfast was decent. Although it is not halal-certified, there were still some safe food and vegetarian options available. Alternatively, halal food is easily accessible outside the hotel. The breakfast crowd was also manageable since most guests left early for their tours and activities.
Overall, if you are mainly spending your time outside on activities and just need a place with basic amenities, this hotel is a decent option. They also offer activities and tours at an additional cost."
"The housekeepers, bell desk, restaurant staff, and front desk were all consistently smiling, kind, and friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location is a bit set back, so it's quiet. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Room, and the pool felt like my own private yard, so close and easy to enjoy. It was like being in a villa in the forest. I'm already planning to come back for my Krabi trip next year! Thank you to all the hotel staff."
"A great place to stay for Solo, couple or Family.
The receptionists were Muslim, very good behaviour & supportive.
The buffet breakfast was awesome with so many items to try.
The hotel had a beautiful natural vibe between 2 buildings.
Recommended for your next try."

Amazing
BBKKteahouseIt is definitely a good place to stay for five or six days! I feel that it is the most charming residence on Phi Phi Island, with a seaside cabin, close to nature, walking barefoot on the soft and white beach every day, blowing the sea breeze, and directly entering the relaxation and vacation mode. And the hotel is very quiet. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and slowly get up, and then have a perfect breakfast. In the afternoon, you can take a nap in your room semi-outdoors and sit in a daze. Occasionally, a small family of three monkeys will visit your room, take some fruit and run away. The hotel's dining is the most upscale choice on this island. The cocktails are first-class, and the lamb chops are great! The spa is also lovely. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class and enthusiastic. Several employees, such as Ms. Ping, speak Chinese very well👍, and the general manager Mr. Becker can also speak some Chinese! In short, it is a perfect resort on Phi Phi Island.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for just one night while passing through — and that’s honestly the only downside, because we really liked it and would have happily stayed longer.
The staff are very polite and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care and pay attention to details. Everything is thoughtfully designed: comfortable, clean, and very pleasant.
The property consists of several villas arranged around a pool. The pool itself is great — easy access and very convenient to use.
The room doesn’t offer much in terms of cooking facilities, but everything else is perfectly arranged. The bed is very comfortable, with an excellent mattress.
Breakfast is served buffet-style, and the staff carefully maintain cleanliness and order.
It’s also a very quiet and peaceful place.
RRina8182Excellent hotel with a great location.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for money and a wonderful stay in this hotel at ao nang.. really recommended😘
KKaoroubaoI absolutely loved my stay at this beach resort in Krabi—it was absolutely perfect in every way. The scenery here is breathtakingly beautiful, with turquoise waters, golden sand, and stunning limestone cliffs all around. The beach itself is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and simply gorgeous; I couldn’t have asked for a nicer spot to relax by the ocean.
The best part by far is the resort’s swimming pool, which is actually the largest pool in Thailand. We spent so much time there and had the best time swimming, laughing, and enjoying the water—it was so much fun.
The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to every need.
Overall, everything was flawless. We had an incredible time in Thailand, and this resort made our trip even more wonderful. I can’t recommend it enough!
Kkiing5700Infinity Aonang Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The lobby was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
LLam KuenIt took about 40 minutes and 390 baht to get to the hotel from the airport using a Bolt ride-hailing service. The hotel room was very spacious, with enough room for two double beds. The air conditioning and water pressure were good. The pool wasn't small, and the water was deep enough for adults. Breakfast offered a variety of Chinese, Thai, and Western options, with slight changes daily. The hotel is conveniently located about 50 meters from the beach, making access very easy. It's also just a 2-minute walk to the main street, offering a quiet yet very convenient location.Areas for improvement: The remote-controlled lighting was a bit inconvenient, there were small insects in the room, and the pool closed too early at 6 PM.
Mmedusa_csThe hotel was good. We lived on A7 room, bear by the lobby and the beach. There were not so many guests, most of people came here only for one day and leave the beach at the evening.
Breakfast was good, serving on a terrace.
Beach was... normal. Not so many people as at Phuket. There are enough deckchairs, but some of them are ”permanently occupied”. People leave their towels and never come back, staff make nothing to fix it.
We saw some monkey one day, they were looking for something to eat in the thashcan.
Hotel is good for it's money, but not much things to do around. To do something interesting you have to ride to Tonsai on a boat-taxi for 100-150 bat.
GGuest UserCheck in was a breeze with luggage handlers helping carry your luggage from the pier to the hotel. The reception girls are really lovely and helpful with whatever request you might have(like booking boats to your next destination), just remember to say please and thank you(kohp khun ka/krap). The hotel is the last one on the pier side bay, therefore is really quiet, even now in high season. The down low is that you have to walk 20minutes to restaurants and bars on 30+ degree heat + high humity,so expect to arrive sweating both ways. The hotel itself is probably 40/50 years old and seems that never been renovated, the inside of the rooms need freshing up,paint etc...an overall renovation of the whole building. Although the rooms were clean, aircon was good and our room with the pool access(1 of 3) had great views from the bay. Pool was also clean and it was at a good temperature. If you are here for just a couple of days it is fine. Breakfast is basic but they have an egg station, so you can order your eggs however you prefer. And the black coffee was great too(better than other hotels we stayed in Bangkok/Krabi). The hotel staff were very kind to supply my wife with Flying Rabbit(a local thai version of gaviscon/diarrhoea medicine) which helped a mild food poisoning combined with charcoal tablets. Moreover, the hotel has a little private beach with sun lounges at the very end of the bay, perfect for chilling when you don't have any boat trips booked for the morning. Be aware that it becomes shady after around 3pm because its so close to the mountain. Also there were monkeys signs on your doors to keep them lock to prevent curious monkeys of rummaging through your stuff but we haven't seen any during our 3 night stay. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not unless completely renovated:, too far from the restaurants and bars and very old/tired. Make sure you use some walking shoes when going out because you definitely gonna hit that 10000 steps mark.
MMarlé South AfricaReally beautiful place right on the beach. Several pools. Nice restaurant and amazing breakfast buffet, even for me as a vegan. Our room was nothing special so we spent most of the time at the pool. Many chairs to lie on in the shade. A bit over priced for the Chinese new year holiday. But we really enjoyed it and the staff was very friendly and moved us to a new room after we complained about noisy neighbors. Check-out time is 11am which is a bit early to be honest. But you can still relax by the pool and facilities after checkout.
GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing!
It used to be a temple so it has a fantastic Thai architecture.
The room and bathroom were really big and spacious. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping is daily and dedicated. The aircon worked well, the bed was comfortable and there's plenty of furniture in the rooms. The swimming pool is big and in good condition.
The hotel is right in front of the beach but not in the central Ao Nang area.
The wifi was very weak during the whole stay.
