Awesome, super good, hahaha! The picture below was taken in the room, by the way. They didn't provide complimentary bottled water or disposable toiletries, but there was an unlimited supply of tissues. I'm telling the truth. I paid over a thousand kuai for one night to see Victoria Harbour, and the view was ”no less impressive than The Rosewood.”

I didn’t have high expectation for hotels in HK but I would say this hotel is beyond my expectation. I already know that the room must be small since booking so that’s not something I bothered with. The front desk reception is kinda active and helpful. The room is very clean. The facilities in the room are good (small fridge, hair dryer, slippers, air con, hot water are usable). Overall it’s good for a rest after a long day of traveling. They changed the towels and did the bed every day as requested. The bond is 500HKD as mentioned. The transportation is considered convenient (walkable distant to MRT and bus). We used the bus E23 from and to the airport.

Booked the 2bdr city view, very spacious for our family of 4. It came with a washing machine which was an added bonus but they don't supply laundry powder/detergent so you need to supply yourself. There's no clothes rack but washing machine has dry function. When using the swimming pool, it's not as straightforward as going to the where you see the pool as all gates are inaccessible. You need to ask for instructions for this. Basically, you need to register to go then go via the underground labyrinth of change rooms (pretty cool by the way) then head through, what I call, the water fall door! Then you are in. The breakfast included was okay, more divesity perhaps needed! We had great views of the skyline. Sometimes you see the Dukling, traditional Chinese junk boat with red sails. They offer complimentary shuttle buses too which was an added bonus:) Overall, positive experience.

Overall, I'd give this hotel a high rating. I've stayed in many high-end hotels, and I chose Kerry Hotel because my company is in a Kerry office building, so I had a good impression of the group, though I wasn't very familiar with their hotel business beforehand. The room size is genuinely large for Hong Kong standards, and it's very well laid out. The decor is simple and elegant, which really suits my taste. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the color scheme and overall style of the room had a wonderfully relaxing vibe. Its location is definitely worth mentioning. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustle, tucked away in its own corner. Right outside the door is a waterfront promenade, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner to watch the boats – very pleasant. Despite its quiet setting, the transportation is actually excellent. There's a bus terminus and taxi stand downstairs, and it's not far from the MTR. Across the street is a pier where you can catch a ferry to Central, making it ideal as a travel hub or simply for a relaxing getaway. For dining, the hotel has restaurants and a waterfront cafe on the first floor, both offering a good selection. A nice touch was the complimentary minibar upon check-in – hotels at this price point should definitely be more generous. The service was also quite thoughtful and thorough. The room came with a universal adapter, and the small alarm clock not only had wireless charging but also Type-C and USB outputs. So, if you forgot your adapter, you basically had nothing to worry about. The front desk and restaurant staff I encountered were all very polite. All in all, it's a hotel with great value for money, the kind of place I'd be happy to return to.

This hotel is super convenient, really close to the subway station and the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station – you can even get there directly by subway. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby for all your shopping needs. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit small and can feel a little damp, but otherwise, it's pretty good. They have an open-air dining area on the second floor with free coffee and bread, and there's a water dispenser on every floor, which is a nice touch!

The hotel lobby is opulent, but the rooms are tiny. The hallways are long, narrow, and feel very claustrophobic. Getting to the gym and pool involves walking down a distant, cramped corridor that feels like a maze, adding to the claustrophobia. Plus, the pool wasn't even open. The room itself was so small you could barely turn around, and the twin beds creaked loudly with every movement. I booked this room a week in advance for 900, but by check-in, the price had dropped to just over 600. The hotel refused my request to adjust the booking. To make matters worse, I was assigned what seemed to be one of the smallest rooms available. My request for a late check-out until 2 PM was also denied by the front desk. For this price, both the room and the service were extremely disappointing. Last week, I stayed at a Courtyard in Sha Tin for just over 700 and even got a free upgrade to a river view room, which was also very spacious. There's really no comparison. Eventually, Trip.com's concierge helped me get a 200 refund. Overall, this hotel has a 5-star lobby but 2-star rooms – definitely try to avoid it. It's fine if you just want to use the lobby, but I wouldn't recommend staying in the rooms.

The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is my top choice when visiting the city. Its location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of Wan Chai, next to the Exhibition Centre. It's just a short walk to the MTR station, making it incredibly convenient to get to popular areas like Central and Causeway Bay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The hotel has a luxurious, elegant, and high-end business style. The lobby is clean and refined with a premium feel. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. They communicated smoothly in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, offering meticulous and thoughtful service, making the entire experience comfortable. I stayed in a sea-view room with an absolutely stunning view. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct panoramic views of Victoria Harbour's beautiful seascape. During the day, I could take in the bustling city skyline, and at night, I enjoyed the dazzling nightscape—the ambiance was simply incredible. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a well-planned and tidy layout. The soft furnishings were simple yet upscale, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a stable and comfortable sleep after a long day of travel or work. The room amenities were comprehensive and excellent. The high-speed internet worked flawlessly, and the toiletries were of high quality. The bathroom was clean and fresh with a dry/wet separation. The lighting and soundproofing were both very good, providing a quiet retreat despite being in a lively area; I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a rich and diverse selection, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were authentic. There was a wide variety of drinks, desserts, and special Hong Kong snacks, making for a very pleasant breakfast experience. The hotel also features recreational facilities like a swimming pool and fitness center, perfect for exercising and relaxing in your free time. The supporting services are truly complete. Overall, my stay was a perfect 10. The hardware facilities were high-end and well-maintained, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the location was excellent, offering great convenience. It's particularly suitable for couples on vacation, families, or business travelers. It's my first choice when I come to Hong Kong. Both the value for money and the experience were exceptional. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

The room was small but fully equipped, exactly as pictured online – what you see is what you get. It was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. The front desk staff were friendly. The room had a fridge and a safe, but no complimentary bottled water. The view from the window was nice, and the soundproofing was excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise during my two-day stay. Most importantly, it's super close to North Point MTR station, making it very convenient to get to popular attractions. The 'ding ding' tram and bus stops are also nearby. Directly across the street is a shopping mall, and there's an ICBC bank where you can withdraw cash. There are also many authentic local eateries in the vicinity. Overall, it was incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. I had a great experience and would definitely want to stay here again next time I visit.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the entrance is very noticeable. It's close to the Wan Chai MTR station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. We arrived a bit early, and the front desk agent, Lina Liu, kindly arranged an early check-in for us since there was a room available. After dropping off our luggage, we were able to go out and explore right away. She also gave each of us a canvas bag; her service was warm and attentive. The room itself was great – clean, tidy, and bright, with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. As someone with sleep issues, I slept soundly for ten hours. All the front desk staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. There's an outdoor pool and foot bath in the side wing, which was very relaxing for a massage after a day of walking. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, so the images are of the nearby streetscape. I'll definitely come back again.

YYas_miniThis was my second time staying at the hotel. And I was glad to see the upgraded an refreshed the towels. The hotel itself and room itself is kept well. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Only the half shower door isn’t very practical and all the water still goes out. The rain shower was broken in my room. The bedding was clean and comfy. But only two pillows are provided not 4. One of the towels had orange stains on it . The cleaning could be better as I found the counter tops still stained with glass or can marks . Clearly showing the counter tops were not wiped down. The floor had hair and there was dirt in some corners. The downside of this room is that it gets a lot of condensed. So on returning the floor would have moisture and condensation on it. It was just so annoying. Other than that it’s in a super convenient location.

GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean. The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were warm and professional. The front desk attendant was particularly helpful; we were a group hoping to stay on the same floor, and he really went out of his way to accommodate us. What truly stands out is finding such a reasonably priced hotel in a place like Hong Kong, where space is at a premium – it's truly a rare find! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to Tuen Mun MTR Station, which is a terminal station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Light Rail stop nearby, and multiple bus routes just below the MTR station. It's convenient, affordable, and offers great value for money! 👍👍👍

Rruowen118The hotel is a bit far from popular attractions like Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay. A HKD 500 deposit is required upon check-in, and they accept RMB. There's a McDonald's, a 'cha chaan teng' (local cafe), and a convenience store nearby, so food options are pretty convenient. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel; you can take 4 stops to reach Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. Although the room is a bit small, it's very clean. Overall, it's still quite good.

AAnonymous UserYou really have to experience it for yourself to get the full picture. Service Attitude: Everyone was incredibly kind and nice. My child was speaking English at the front desk, and I was assisting. The staff were very respectful, leaning in to patiently communicate with my child eye-to-eye and thoroughly addressing all our questions. Before we headed to our room, a lovely staff member even asked us if it was our first time in Hong Kong and if we knew where to eat out. So thoughtful! Room Cleanliness: Connecting rooms. The room size is quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, and the sofa can even sleep one person. The attendant very nicely brought us an extra duvet and pillow. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with disposable toothbrushes, slippers, and mineral water. The dampness is 'standard' for a hotel by the sea, so we just opened the curtains every morning to let in the sun. Room Soundproofing: Not soundproof at all. The room next door was watching TV until past 1 AM. I finally managed to fall asleep with my headphones on.

LLuna Blanca Ysmeralda⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at Venetian Hostel in Tsim Sha Tsui! The location is honestly one of the best things about it — it’s right in the center of everything in TST. There are so many food places just outside the building, so finding something to eat was never a problem. The MTR is also very convenient, only about a 2-minute walk from TST Station Exit D2, which made commuting around Hong Kong super easy. If you’re coming from the airport by bus, you can simply stop at bus stop #14 (Mirador Mansion), which is very close to the hostel. Another thing we appreciated was the housekeeping. They collect the trash every day, so when we came back our bins were already clean. They also changed our bedsheets and towels even though we didn’t request it, which was a really nice touch. Just a small tip: they sometimes offer room upgrades when you arrive, but you can always say NO if you want to stick with your budget. We stayed on the 13th floor, and that floor has a free water refilling station (which the other floors don’t have), so that was a big plus for us. The only downside is that the elevator in the building can be very slow, especially during busy hours. But overall, the stay was comfortable, clean, and very convenient. Great option if you’re looking for a budget place in TST!

As is common in Hong Kong, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and slippers are not provided, so remember to bring your own.

BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊 At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food. The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!
