I really appreciated having a water dispenser, allowing me to drink water freely. Its proximity to the Twin Towers made it convenient for sightseeing and getting around. However, it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't see the Twin Towers from the room I stayed in this time. It would have been even better if I had a room with a view of the Twin Towers.
The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent.

A beautiful hotel but a mediocre experience. Maybe the hotel could consider changing the ceiling light bulbs in the room to brighter ones and there are not enough of them. The TV was malfunction but I did not make any report because I only stayed for one night. However, shouldn't the responsible party check the TV first before ”opening” the room to guests? The air conditioner also took a very, very long time to cool even though it was set to the lowest temperature from the moment I got into the room. The shower water on the other hand, I had to wait a long time to get hot even though it was turned to the left (for hot water). However, the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. I booked the Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre for F1 during the National Day holiday, knowing it would be late and hotel prices would be heavily inflated. I chose this Pullman after extensive research and comparing many reviews. However, right after booking, prices kept dropping due to the Indonesian haze… frustrating 😓.
The hotel itself is an older upscale chain with a certain sense of history. The facilities are quite dated; the overall decor, air conditioning, hairdryer, and iron all show their age, but they are maintained relatively cleanly. Noise is a major issue: 1) There's a construction site right outside the hotel. 2) The door gaps are very wide, offering no sound insulation (and I was given a room near the elevator, so I could hear people checking in late every night). 3) The air conditioning unit is old and makes a clunking noise when operating.
There are still some positives: The buffet breakfast offers a good variety and tastes decent, and there's plenty of seating, so you rarely have to queue. There's an outdoor pool and gym on the 10th floor, both well-maintained. The location is also quite good; Pavilion is just across the road, but note that you can't just walk straight across as there's no crosswalk. You have to walk about 300 meters to use the pedestrian bridge (the same bridge also leads directly to the Petronas Twin Towers).
Overall, it's decent. Shopping and dining in the vicinity are well-covered. However, the value for money significantly drops during holidays. If you can get it for a few hundred during off-peak times, it would be excellent value, given its prime location.FromJPY 15,742

We booked this hotel based on the reviews but it was different from what we expected. We stayed there for a week and unfortunately, our initial room was right next to the elevator and had no windows. It was extremely noisy and we could hear everyone passing by in the hallway. Eventually, they moved us to another room which was a bit quieter.
Cleanliness was just okay, not great. We had to ask housekeeping to change the bedsheets because they were stained, and the bathroom cleanliness was also average. However, there are a few things I need to complain about:
1. With about 20 rooms per floor on 25 floors, there are only two elevators. Waiting for 10-odd minutes for an elevator every time is really annoying.
2. The room curtains don't block out light well. There's a big gap between the curtains and the window, so it gets very bright in the morning.

The room is spacious and clean. Perhaps our room is not facing the main road, we do get peaceful night rest (love it).
As we booked the executive club, we were entitled to the club benefits, where we enjoyed ourselves every evening with great snacks and drinks, served by Audray. He is cheerful and attentive. He is always ready to clear the table in a timely manner, and make sure we get the help we need.
In the morning, you can choose to have breakfast at level 3 cafe with a wider range of food choices, or you can choose to have a quiet breakfast in the lounge, served by White. Even though the food choice is lesser compared to the cafe, the food was yummy and sufficient.
The swimming pool is small, enough if you just want a quick dip. I am not a gym person, but it is available.
This hotel is connected to lalaport by bridge. Is convenient and easily accessible.

Firstly, no deposit was required for check-in.
Secondly, the hotel booking wasn't last-minute; I had requested a high-floor, king-size bed, and no end-of-corridor room in advance. To my surprise, none of these requests were met. We ended up with twin beds on the 5th floor, and both rooms were at the very ends of the corridor – essentially two 'tail' rooms. The curtains couldn't be opened because they faced directly into someone's apartment, offering a clear view. On the day of check-in, we were traveling from Langkawi back to Kuala Lumpur, and after a tiring journey, both the elderly and children were exhausted, so we just let it go.
In one of the rooms, one of the two key cards wasn't activated, so we couldn't enter the room.
The hotel's location is good, very close to Pavilion. It's convenient to buy chocolates at Sungei Wang Plaza across the street, and there's a large Watsons downstairs in Isetan.FromJPY 7,233

The hotel's location is excellent, just a stone's throw from a major transportation hub, Pasar Seni station, which is a big metro interchange. Kuala Lumpur Railway Station and Pasar Seni Bus Hub are also nearby. Everything is connected by pedestrian walkways, which is very convenient. The hotel is located in Chinatown. Two famous Kuala Lumpur markets, Central Market and Petaling Street Market, are right next to it. Check-in was very quick. I liked the lobby with its stained-glass windows. I stayed on the 10th floor in room 1006. The view from my window was amazing, overlooking the Merdeka 118 tower and the famous Sri Mahamariamman Temple (where I unexpectedly stumbled upon an Indian wedding!). The room looked smaller than on the website, but it was cozy enough. It had everything necessary, including complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee, creamer, and sugar. The towels could do with being replaced. Hot water was always available, and there was shower gel and shampoo. Housekeeping was by request; you just needed to inform the reception. Since breakfast wasn't included in my rate, I had breakfast at the Mango Cafe in the hotel on the ground floor. The menu was limited, buffet-style, but I always found something to eat, and the coffee was good. Breakfast cost 22 ringgit and was served until 10:30 AM. The hotel's laundry service wasn't working as the machines were broken, but there's a paid 24/7 laundry service right across the street where you can wash and dry clothes, which is what everyone did. There are plenty of cafes and grocery stores (7-11, KK) nearby. Attractions are within walking distance, so you can take an evening stroll. The area feels safe, although there are harmless homeless people on the streets. Directly behind the hotel is a bus stop, which is stop number 17 Central Market on the Garden Route (Blue Line) of the KL Hop-on Hop-off tour bus. So if you decide to take this tour, you can catch the bus right outside the hotel. As I said, the hotel's location is simply ideal. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.FromJPY 4,538

Convenient location and close to the main attractions, although the roads are very narrow if you’re driving.
The parking information is misleading. The photos show automated/mechanical parking, but the hotel doesn’t actually have it. There are only a few free parking spaces in front of the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis. If they’re full, you’ll need to park at the open car park opposite for RM15 per entry.
The room looked clean at first, but there was quite a bit of dust beside the bed, a pin on bedside (which could be a safety hazard), and some stains on the bedsheet. The bathroom was clean.
Soundproofing is poor, and the hair dryer in my room wasn’t working (though I forgot to inform the staff).

Location is good. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Bukit Nanas Monorail. The room was great, and the washing machine and dryer were both functioning well. They also provided detergent, which was a nice touch.
I stayed in the single room while my parents stayed in the master bedroom. Overall, everything was great except for a very long/non-stop “beeeeeeeep” sound, especially at night.
For people who are sensitive to noise, this might be quite annoying, as it was for me. I’m not sure where the sound came from, but I could only hear it when I was in my room, not in the toilet. Maybe it was coming from the air conditioner. When I switched the aircond off or set the temperature around 23–24°C, the sound disappeared. TLDR: Ceylonz is a great hotel, but the provider (Five Senses) is not. Book a different provider if you want to stay at Ceylonz.

Initial room conditions:
When we first entered the room we encountered these things:
- Leftover jacket from the previous guest(?)
- stains on the chairs
- water stains on the wardrobe
- dead ants in the wardrobe
- a flickering light
Service:
Because we chose to stay for 7 nights, we had a 1 free make-up room offered to us which we appreciated. However when we flagged up the issues we found on the first day, they gave us a make-up room on the second day and consumed our free make-up room without our choice. We wanted to use it in the middle of the trip like the 4th day. Because of this we had no toilet paper, tissue box was empty, towels were not replaced.
After the 2nd day, they no longer replied to our texts when we enquired about using the sports lounge, requesting a makeup room, getting more toilet paper. Very bad service.
After their make-up room, they removed the jacket and cleaned the seat stains, but they did not fix the light or clean the dead ants in the wardrobe. We understand fixing a light might not be possible but the ants were easily removable and we did it ourselves after they left. It felt like they were cutting corners as they also did not replace our tissue box, clean the dead ants or clean the water stains on the wardrobe.
Ceylonz:
The hotel comes with
- nice pool,
- 2 gym rooms with great views,
- a minimart at the ground floor,
- amazing location, walking distance from Bukit Bintang's Pavilion
Room:
- the amenities provided are not the same for every room, the last time we came there was a water dispenser and pull-out kitchen, this time there isn't (same five senses at ceylonz, same room type)
- spacious
- tall ceiling
- well equipped
- bay window
- the walls are relatively soundproof so you cannot hear other rooms but the door is not and the hallway is very audible from inside the room, we can hear people chatting, checking in, pulling luggages
Bed:
- not soft, hard bed with springs
- pillows and blanket is okay
- uncomfortable bed
We would have given this place a glowing review if they:
- Stuck to their 1 complimentary makeup room offered
- service: replied to our enquiries at all after the 2nd day

Had a really nice stay at M Resort Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable, but what I liked most was how friendly and helpful all the staff were.
Check-in and check-out were both smooth and the service was great throughout our stay, from the front desk to the F&B team. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive.
The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight for me, there were so many choices that I didn’t even know what to eat first 😂
Also went to the pool and gym during the stay, and both were great. The facilities were clean, well-maintained and comfortable to use.
One small thing that really made my day was the gentleman at the pool. He greeted me so happily with a “Good morning” and honestly, it was such a simple gesture but it really put me in a good mood and made my morning start better 😊
And not to forget, I received a complimentary birthday cake from the hotel yeay 🎂 Such a sweet gesture and definitely made my stay feel extra special. 🥹
One small thing that I think could be improved is the response time from the housekeeping team. On my first day, I waited quite a while for a sejadah to be delivered and on the second day, the laundry bag also took quite some time to arrive. I understand that the team may have been busy, or short of staff ? but hopefully this can be improved in the future.

Booked a staycation here specifically to catch the Pokémon 30th Anniversary event at KLCC Park, and the location could not be more strategic! Easy access to KLCC, plus they even provide a buggy service directly to the mall.
The room was clean and well-equipped, but the highlight was definitely the view. It was absolutely majestic overlooking KLCC. Watching the Pokémon drone show right from our room window was an unforgettable experience, and the kids enjoyed every second of it!
Since we spent most of our time out catching Pokémon, we didn't get to visit the pool. But honestly, no complaints at all because the room had a bathtub, which kept the kids super happy!
Food-wise, everything was on point:
Club Lounge: Chefs were quick to refill the spread even though it was super busy.
Gobo Chit Chat Restaurant: The breakfast buffet spread was good and more than enough to start the day.
A special shoutout to the male staff at the Club Lounge reception during our check-in. Excellent service from check-in to check-out! He constantly checked on us to make sure our family was comfortable and enjoying the food. I forgot to catch his name, but thank you so much for taking such great care of us!

This is an established luxury hotel, centrally located in the business district. It's directly opposite Pavilion Mall, and close to Lot 10, Starhill, and Jalan Alor, among other malls and attractions. However, it's a bit of a distance from the Petronas Twin Towers, so you'll need to take a taxi.
Overall, the hotel is great. I didn't find the decor outdated; instead, it has a subtle sense of luxury. The service attitude was excellent. Even though I initially didn't realize tipping was expected, the service remained attentive. I later observed that the hotel staff maintain the same helpful and enthusiastic attitude towards carrying luggage, regardless of whether they receive a tip or not.

This is truly a five-star hotel. I was very satisfied with the facilities and the staff's service. My room was on the 13th floor; it was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The bathtub was a nice touch. Located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, right next to Pavilion and other commercial facilities, you can enjoy dining and shopping without having to walk in the heat. Quite a surprise! I booked this hotel last minute, and the price was great. After checking in, I found it to be very clean and much quieter than the hotel next door. It has a pool, and when you store your luggage, they give you a proper tag, unlike other hotels where they just haphazardly leave it at the front desk. Oh my goodness! We went straight to the hotel after landing in Kuala Lumpur. We arrived four hours before the 3 PM check-in time, but the hotel welcomed us in the lobby right away. The bellboy was so cute and strong, which really made us feel warm and welcomed upon our arrival. When we got to the 53rd floor, the front desk found two Chinese-speaking staff members to assist us, and they were even a supervisor and a subordinate! It was truly touching. They helped us store our luggage, showed us to the restrooms, and let us choose an aromatherapy scent while offering iced tea and snacks. The whole process was polite, thoughtful, and gentle.
When we checked into our room in the afternoon, we couldn't have been happier. It had a bathtub, double sinks, a smart toilet, a king-sized bed, a large sofa, and a spacious shower. In the afternoon, someone even came to turn down the bed and light an aromatherapy diffuser. The breakfast was incredibly exquisite – a combination of buffet and à la carte! Absolutely delicious! The hotel's location is superb, connected to Pavilion via a skybridge, so we didn't have to worry about sun or rain when going in and out. It truly maximized our sense of happiness and relaxation during the trip! Most importantly, we had an unobstructed view of the Petronas Twin Towers and all of Kuala Lumpur. I booked the forest room cozy and suitable for 1 night. If you could improve to clean the windows even though have the flora outside the scenery will bo pretty. The bed also I have no problem and bathroom also satisfied for me but enhance more on wiping the bathroom since it's glass door. For amenities if could prepare a keetle in the room will be good also.
